I have dealt with Patio Heaven for several years and found them to be real pros who know their business. last year i ordered a bunch of bar stools and one had a minute scratch. it didn't bother me but they insisted on making it prefect. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!!!! They have the worse customer service ever!!! We are a towing company that towed their vehicle back in October. The insurance company sent us the information to tow the vehicle (have proofs) and now they are saying that we towed the wrong vehicle. I called Patio Heaven to get information on the type of vehicle, and they were extremely rude, unprofessional and disrespectful. I spoke to the receptionist; I think her name was Alisse and she transfer me to Julie. Julie has the worse attitude; she didn't let me talk and hung up on me. I called back because I thought the call got disconnected and the receptionist hung up on me as well. I called back again and the "owner" that didn't want to give me his name was being extremely disrespectful accusing my driver of changing the plates or changing things on the vehicle. All I wanted was to verify the vehicle information so I can collect payment from the insurance. I am extremely disappointed as an owner myself of how they treat people. I feel very bad for whoever shops at this location. UPDATE: After our company conducted an investigation, it was concluded that the insurance company had sent us the incorrect information on the vehicle. I called back to apologize to them for the misunderstanding and the "owner" was still unprofessional and called me a "Jerk" because I called them and I "wasted their time ", when they didn't give me the opportunity to talk. He hung up on me again. How Rude. I hope they never make a mistake/ have a misunderstanding and they don't get treated the way he treated me. I was very happy with the chaise lounges I purchased, they were exactly as described right down to the color!. There were minor issues that I brought to their attention and they (Elise) responded promptly and was very accommodating and made sure I was happy with my purchase. I am disgusted by this company and want to warn everyone NOT to email them with questions or quotes. I made that mistake and then I got a Linked In request from someone named Chris Price who works for them. Excuse me Patio Heaven, I asked for a quote- I did not ask for you to give Linked In my contact info. I did not ask to be "connected" to this business. They gave away my email to who knows what companies. You May think, "what's the big deal?" But I value my privacy and I expect a professional company to NOT try to "network" with me. Now Linked In has my email. Chris could have just emailed me- hey, did you buy furniture yet? Can I help you? That would have been fine. But this lazy and haphazard use of customer information makes me question the integrity of this whole company. read more

I've been looking for a new patio furniture for quite some time, wanted something that was not the usual store bought stuff. I was looking for commercial quality that would stand the test of time. Patio Heaven's product line is just that, a high end product at a fair price. Their cushions are custom in terms of fabric, color and design and are the best in the business. Lorrie was amazing and was with me from beginning to end. At first i wasn't sure what i wanted, but after some fairly extensive discussions i ended up with the perfect set. Not impressed with this company. We ordered a Pergola. It was not delivered timely. It took forever to even get a delivery commitment. When it arrived it looked cheap. I was quite surprised how bad it looked. Also it was made incorrectly. Holes were in the wrong place, paint was chipped, paint was bubbling, they made the legs incorrectly, need I go on. I was so disappointed with their product and I must say their customer service leaves a lot to be desired. Not planning on doing business with this company. read more

I called bright and early (9:00am) to get information and the young lady assured me she'd get back with the information, Well she gave the info to a Sales Associate and I waited until 2:30 after not receiving a call back I called the store back only to be helped by an English woman that had no clue! I wanna start off by saying thank you to Patio Heaven, you helped me create a beautiful backyard oasis for my family and friends. I went all over the south bay looking for inexpensive patio furniture and couldn't find anything. Everything was so high in priced and really cheap quality. I came across Patio Heaven's instagram account and saw that they had worked with big hotels. I went to their website and was able to browse their amazing collections. I just fell in love with one of their sofas! I thought it wouldn't be in my budget but I was surprised when I got a quote back. I decided to visit their showroom. It's fully stocked with awesome furniture. I love that i was able to sit on the sofa before I purchased it. I was also able to customize my order and choose my own fabrics, pillows and foam. Delivery was easy to set up. The staff was so welcoming and helpful. Overall i am very pleased with how they handled my order and will definitely come back for more! read more

In a world that sometimes forgets the art of great customer service, it is a welcome relief to find a business that treats a customer as if they were members of their own family. I was in need of a replacement of a very sun weathered outdoor umbrella canopy. After using Google to find relevant companies, I called three businesses to compare prices. The one company that stood out from all the rest was the information I gleaned from Jared at Patio Heaven. He was super friendly and knowledgeable when we initially spoke on the phone. I decided to visit the Gardena showroom with my tattered canopy. Jared couldn't have been nicer! And the two women that greet you upon arrival also proved to be incredibly friendly. Everytime I called for an update, they knew me by my first name. Like I said, there's a true family feeling there. Jared kept me in the loop with updates as to the finish date. I was very pleased with the quality and workmanship of my new custom Sunbrella canopy. I called Jared to request a minor alteration to the final product. Customer service is such a high priority for him to ensure my complete satisfaction, he actually came to my house to pick the product up then re-delivered it later the same day!
