Not only has she shown significant improvement in her academic skills, but she has also blossomed in her personal development. One notable achievement is her newfound independence, particularly evident in her ability to eat on her own. This may seem like a small feat to some, but for us, it signifies a major milestone in her growth. Ms. Kajal has played a pivotal role in nurturing her confidence and fostering independence. I commend Ms.Kajal for her dedication, patience, and unwavering support in helping my daughter thrive both academically and personally!A special shoutout to the front office team -- Ms. Lavanya, Mr. Shay, and Ms. Pooja. They are always so welcoming, kind, and incredibly helpful. We're grateful to be part of this amazing school - petite Maison Montessori!

She played a significant role in helping my very active child grow and develop patience. Her understanding and encouragement made a big difference, and I'm truly grateful my child was part of her class. If this school had an elementary program, I would've happily continued with them. Special thanks to her colleagues Ms Nighat and Ms. Farishta This is one of the best schools in Richmond, Texas (77407). Before joining here, my son attended another school where he would fall sick almost every day. But ever since he joined this school, he's stayed healthy - their cleanliness and hygiene are exceptionally well maintained. The front desk staff, Ms. Puja and Ms. Lavanya, are also very friendly and supportive. They're always welcoming and ready to help, which adds to the overall positive atmosphere of the school. Highly recommend this place to any parent looking for a nurturing and well-managed environment for their little one!

My family was allocated 9 hours per week for my mother's care and 9 hours per week for my father's care. Although both require assistance, my mother needs more support than my father. During the initial assessment, I was informed that the same caregiver would be assigned for all days, with the timesheets reflecting an alternating schedule for my mother and father, however the caregiver would primarily focus on my mother. This arrangement was suggested by PerryLee, not by me. Samya mentioned this during a phone call, and Jada reiterated it on the first day of service. On the first day, a caregiver arrived who did not present a professional appearance, wearing house shoes and displaying tattoos. She explained that her child had misplaced her shoes. Despite being told she had been with the company for 10 years, she revealed that she had recently moved to Texas and this was her first case with the agency. When our regular caregiver was unavailable, a substitute was sent who was not equipped to assist my mother with dementia. After her shift, she informed the agency that she would not return. While I respect her decision, the agency's response was inappropriate. They contacted the Harris County Area Agency on Aging and misrepresented the situation. This experience has led me to question the agency's practices and their suggestion of arrangements that were not initially agreed upon. I advise caution when dealing with this agency and recommend adhering strictly to the agreed terms of service.

I received a notice from Yelp last week saying that other clients found my reviews helpful & asking…read moreme to review other businesses in my area. So i started looking at other businesses in my area that I had experience with. I usually only post reviews if the service was stellar or horrible. I saw that Sugar Creek Montessori had a really bad score. So I'm thinking, "yep! They're still horrible!" I took my daughter to that location when she was 4 years old. She's in college now so it was a very long time ago. I decided to share my very low opinion of this location. My previous review endorsed the 1-2 star rating they currently have. When I took my Daughter to this location we had a horrible experience & we were charged over $150 for 15 minutes of their time. I told the administrators that we would not be attending classes there within 10 minutes of arrival. In my opinion the school was unorganized, dirty, & they were more interested in filling the roster than helping understand what would benefit our family & my daughter's education. I posted that they kept my supply fee (which they absolutely did) for classes that we did not attend. Our experience was a one star or negative star experience. A few days after my post I was contacted by their admin office so that they could research my financial claim & refund our money. I was a little miffed at first because now that we have wonderful platforms to share our experiences (good & bad) NOW they will refund my money that never should've been kept in the first place? Very convenient. After several messages back & forth we are at an impasse & it's clear this is not the same owner that kept our money & supply fee for services not rendered & for classes my daughter did not attend. I now have the financial support provided by current SC Montessori management to go back to our bank & investígate if the records they have are correct or if they were falsified. So my review is this: This location has had and still has a very rough road ahead of them trying to correct the previous owner neglect & bad business practices. I believe in second chances. If my daughter still needed a preschool or if I had a very intelligent 4 year old, I would definitely try this Montessory location again. We originally tried this location because my daughter was very advanced & was ready for Kindergarten. Unfortunately with the public school rule about September birthdays it makes it very difficult to place your children in an environment that they can continue to learn, be challenged, & eventually skip a grade so they can re-join their friends in your zoned elementary school at a later date. I attended Montessori when I was younger & loved it. I have many fond memories of time there. I suggested the new owners place a sign at their location saying, "under new management" or reach out to local Mom's Clubs because it is very hard to overcome the type of damage the previous owners created. I suggest trying this location especially if you're interested in eventually having your child skip a grade. When I complete the research with our bank and confirm the previous owners did not keep over $200 of our money for services not received I will update this review & hopefully be able to sing the praises of the current owners trying to correct past indiscretions. If nothing else they did spend a lot of time going through our history to try & find the errors. I wish there was a 2 1/2 star because right now we're still on the fence with this business.
