No call or anything and even deactivated my account. Roxc is a little 9 lb dog that their sitters seemed to love. I know I had several last-minute request, but I always asked them if this was OK and if not, I would understand and make other arrangements so I'm not really sure what was wrong. I always tipped the sitters and even left them more when it was last minute. I left a screenshot of the message they sent. Again I like their service but believe this is extremely unprofessional to not even call and speak to me or return my message before they deactivated my account. Just thought this review might be help if anyone was getting attached to using them. Just kind of not understanding the unprofessionalism . **update** Ashley, I also stated with any of my requests that "if you couldn't I fully understood." As for Roxc's medications I always left detailed instructions as discussed in initial meet & Greet, and I was assured that your sitters had no problem because they did this all the time. I understand though, it's your business and you may operate it as you see fit. Cancellations happen, and last minute requests do as well, as you surely must realize in this ever changing world in our day to day lives. Just a note, I would have paid any cancellation fee requested but you never mentioned anything. In the end a professional call would have been nice instead of a text, and then not answering any phone calls I made trying to get a more detailed explanation. Hopefully this is a learning experience for you so you can more better engagement with your clients and their babies.

Mixie updated us with photos and videos as did Ashly when she was on duty. Mixie stayed with them overnight to make sure they were comforted and safe! They also let us know when we running low on supplies and needed to restock as well, which was awesome! They really understand the physical and emotional needs of are pets and gave them the affection and engagement that they needed. We really trusted them with are pets and we recommend them very highly. Words can't describe how truly thankful we are to have found them truly gods gift!

All the ladies clearly adore animals and take special care to treat your fur babies as if they were their own. We are also so thankful for the extra assistance provided by Claire when we were away for a longer period of time, during which our realtor was doing viewings of the property and bringing in potential tenants. She helped to keep the house clean, tidy and free of cat hair / tracked litter all over the floor, she would also brush the cats daily and brought some toys round to play with them as theirs were all packed up in anticipation of our move. After reaching out to multiple places during one of the hardest nights of my life, we chose this establishment based on the reviews, which I now question entirely. I was told I'd receive an update within 24-48 hours. At 72 hours, nothing. I called on day 4 and was told they had no updates and would call me back. They never did. I finished an entire work shift waiting. When I called again, I was sent straight to voicemail, called back two minutes later and finally got through, only to be told "I left a message but haven't heard back." From who? Their own staff? There's no clear answer. When my cousin called shortly after, she was told the office was already closed for the day. Mind you they "open 24/7." And we called them at 1am and was answered. The next morning I called twice around 12pm, no answer. Then, 5 minutes later, I receive a text from Mariela (see photo) that went from "I'll update you tomorrow" to "we're backed up" to "you can pick him up @2:30pm." In 2 hours. That kind of runaround is unacceptable under any circumstances, let alone this one. And it didn't stop there. I purchased the Complete Package, which is supposed to include an engraved name tag, wooden urn, paw mold, and death certificate. I also paid for a second paw mold for my sister. Every single thing was wrong. The birth and death dates were switched. "Your presence will be missed" was misspelled "precense." The name tag wasn't engraved correctly (just an outline of his name WIDEN). One paw mold was weirdly done, the paw print was better. And the second mold was never made. I just wanted to lay my dog to rest with dignity. This place couldn't even deliver what they promised, let alone the care and respect that moment deserved.

I planned on asking her to sit my dog while I was away from vacation but after hearing the obscenities that she screamed from her deck at those poor dogs I want to do everything I can to make sure she dosnt get any more business again. All you ever smell from her property is cigarette smoke so good luck getting that smell off your animal! I could not sleep with my window open without hear this pissed off old woman in the morning yelling at some very sweet looking dogs. I would strongly recommend anyone else even a boarding school rather than send your loving animal to this sad old woman
