He ordered a FULL workup on both of us to get a clear baseline and the follow-up visits were appropriate not "overdone". The PA staff and front desk staffers are ALL great to work with!! I soon discovered I have a condition called heart arrhythmia in addition to a slight heart murmur. Most cases of arrhythmia are harmless but some can cause serious symptoms and can be fatal. My Dad had open heart surgery around my same "young" age which caused me to take this serious and want to have a good doctor. Doctor Heinrich has been just that and more.He is very thorough having ran several tests consisting of Echocardiograms, EKGs, and after experiencing more episodes even placing me on a heart monitor and small doses of medication. Doctor Heinrich and his staff have always made me feel comfortable, are friendly, caring and don't make me feel like just another patient on the list. They call days in advance to remind me of my appointment and there is never the long dreaded waiting room times, I'm seen within minutes. After being able to be off my medication, minimal symptoms that are now few and far between, and the last few years of good test results I am happy to say that I do not have to return for next year's follow up and tests! I'm thankful for the great care that I received at from Dr. Heinrich and his staff at TriCity Cardiology and know if I ever need to return my heart will be in great hands!
