My bracelet, which my granddaughter Khaleesi made me last Christmas, broke a few weeks ago. I was sad, made more sad because my fat fingers could not fix it. I remembered the kind manager at Michael's from previous helpful experiences so I thought she could direct me what to do. April guided me into the classroom where she worked on it for awhile - still answering other customer and colleagues needs while painstakingly stringing my beads together. Bless her. I learned how and why she genuinely loves working at Michael's, helping people with her beautiul smile. After many careful, creative minutes, April had my loving bracelet back together. What an absoutlely display of heartfelt kindness. I am going back with both grandaughters on Sunday for Make Break. And I have new friend with April.

I believe they were playing YuGiOh but I'm not familiar with the game so I can't be certain. There were probably 40 people in there all playing, a very cool sight to walk into! I stopped in to buy Pokemon cards for my nephew and me to open together. They don't carry very much sealed Pokemon products and most of what they have is listed at market price. I don't know if they regularly get items at msrp. This shop has a pretty large and diverse selection of single cards as well and I ended up picking up some from the display case as well as a few from the $1 box. I had great service from Brian on this visit. I will definitely be back, especially if I'm looking for singles.

More than just fabric and ribbon - Hobby Lobby has an extensive variety of home decor, photo frames, memo boards, baskets, cake decorating supplies, party supplies, seasonal items the list goes on and on. Art supplies - as an Amateur artist, I don't want to break the bank spending money on paint, brushes, and canvas with their deals I can get the supplies I need at a discount and they have a very wide variety. Custom framing - they offer custom framing and if you catch it on the right week, it is 50%! If you enjoy any home crafting or decorating this is the place to go. If you just want a unique frame or piece of furniture this is the place to go, and if you want to enjoy some time browsing unique craft ideas this is the place to go! They are closed on Sundays so their employees can worship, that is wonderful too and each ad runs Monday - Saturday.

We went to Hobby Lobby' today to buy a table top pelican for someone's birthday. I had seen that…read morethe pelican was $16.99 online but it was marked $32.99 in the store. When I went through the checkout, I asked the cashier how much it was figuring she would punch in the code on the ticket and then tell me it was $16.99 Instead she told me "$32.99," I said "did you ring it in ?" and she said, " no it says $32.99". I then said "well online it said it was $16.99". I was almost sure it was but I didn't think of taking my phone out and showing her the app. She said to me," I have worked here a long time and I know my job and those are never on sale". I said very calmly "I didn't ask you how long you've worked here and I didn't say you weren't doing your job correct? All I did was ask you to ring it in to see how much it was" and she said "it's $32 ,99." So I left got in my car looked at the app and it said it was $16.99 which is what I thought. I went in and asked for the manager and the person who came upfront that said they were a manager told me that there was no way the girl could've done anything else but look at the ticket because unfortunately hobby lobby app marks things down but doesn't tell the stores? And here's what I don't get she said the girl couldn't ring it in?? So does that mean they don't keep track of their stock? That makes no sense to me whatsoever. I gave the store 1 stars because I do like hobby lobby. I do like the worship music that plays over the loudspeakers . However, I think they should really get this together somehow /could you imagine if I didn't know that I would've paid $32.99 for something that only cost $16.99. Again I raise the question if they just ring in what the ticket says and don't tell anybody what was bought how do they keep track of their stock??? I would love someone to answer that!!!
