It's a pretty typical nail salon. I got facial waxing this time and she did a good job and was very friendly. Great pedicures, it's a calmer, darker room where they have the pedi chairs. There are three levels of pedicure, with the middle one adding a mint scented clay mask that I like and the highest one adding a hot stone massage which I didn't think was worth the price difference. They are very clean and seem to sanitize their tools. You can't charge a tip, so don't forget cash like I always seem to do. it was $75 for brows/lip/chin wax, mani and pedi. read more

I went here for a manicure/pedicure and it was fabulous! The nail technicians were very professional and courteous and did a great job. The room where you get your pedicures done in the back is very relaxing (no cell phones allowed!). Everything was clean and organized and you can't beat the price. read more

I have been here several times the manicures and pedicures are decent however the customer service is the biggest problem I've experienced. I recently walked in (was the first person to arrive when they open) behind me were several other walks ins and a few people who had appointments. Not only was I the last person to be helped but after they seated me they moved me to another seat while my gel nail polish remover sat on my nails. In the seat I was originally seated they sat someone else and started her manicure while I waited for 15 minutes with the nail polish remover. I barely had any gel left on my nails so it definitely did not need to sit for 15 minutes. When it was evident there was nobody around to finish taking off my gel manicure or to start my manicure I washed my hands and left. There are too many other places around to be going to a place that consistently has poor customer service. read more

While the staff and decor were very nice, the requested service was not. I have two infected toe nails after going here. It is very painful. Every time I walk, it is a reminder of how I paid to have a badly done pedicure. I usually do my manicure/ pedicure myself (not a professional), and I have never ever gotten infected nails. You may have a better experience here, but I do not plan on returning. read more

I have enjoyed manicures, pedicures, and waxing services at this particular Spa 1 location for the past four years. I especially enjoy the extra time and attention provided and the luxury of remaining seated in the oversized massage chairs while my pedicured nails dry. My first pedi ever.. Loved it!! We used Kenny and Kim today for me and me mom.. Mom has a lot of pain with her feet due to arthritis and back surgery so it's important the service be gentle.. Kenny has been taking care of her for a year and has always done a superb job.. Kim took care of me today... She rocks! So this is a real gem.. Clean spa atmosphere, very nice. read more

I had a full set of acrylic nails done. They are super thick and uneven. The French manicure that I asked for looks so bad. She did the line way to thick and half of my nail is covered. French tips are supposed to be at the tip of the nails, not halfway down the nail. I'll never go back. My nails are uneven and I will have to buff and re file and re polish all of them myself. I went here about 4 times before throwing in the towel and running screaming. I really wanted to like it here. It's clean, close to home, and set up nicely. Unfortunately I had bad experiences with a couple of the employees. I've never had a mani pedi done by more seemingly angry people. I felt like they hated me! It was very strange. They also push the gel manicure on you hugely. If you don't get it they treat you like you're stupid. Straw that broke the camels back though is that I had my eyebrows done and they are VERY uneven. The worst! Very dirty and the worst customer service. They continue to talk about you while looking at you dead in the eye. I got gel on my nails and feet and they never put the base coat on first!!!! My nails were not filed straight, and the place is just not organized one bit! I visited this salon on saturday March 31. I was in a hurry and thought I wouldnt be able to get in so with that said, before I knew it I was seated and happy I got in right away but very fast I was sorry I was even there. The place was flithly !. The chairs are ripped and dirty, all the nail dryers are dirty with smuges of dirt and nail polish paint dripped on them. They need to give their machines a good cleaning and tlc. If the outside of the nail machine is dirty then the inside must be slimy and dirty also. The floor hadnt been swept in along time Im sure and dust on the frame of the chairs. My nail tech was not professional. Sneezing and sniffling. Allergies or a cold she should have been more hygenic. Putting a mask on would have helped from the get go, it would have eased my mind as I was concerned she was giving me her cold, germs. Reaching into a cabinet to check her cell phone when it didnt even ring, she was more concerned about messages she may have missed. She needed to make the customer priority...(tip). This was an older woman also. Older women seem to know how to treat customers ( they should know at least, but not in this case) as to younger techs just starting out. Im surprised alot of customers were coming in and also overlooking the cleanilness, maybe they did the same as I did, once your in you look around and realize oh crap this place is hazardous to my health ! Every salon should be very clean, white glove clean for the most part. Catching other peoples germs from nail dryers,pedicure basins to chairs is high enough but to see the equipment not cleaned and basic overall cleanilness not tended to is very unsettling, adding to the risk of catching germs, flu bug and the unknown...itkkkk ! Not ever returning to this salon again. I usually like to say you should always give a business a second chance. When it comes to being clean there is no second chance, either they get it or they dont. Pride in the business (clean, tlc) and customer service is number one. I have a review post Im about to write for BBT Nails and Spa also. Ladies, if it isnt clean speak up and tell them, they wont get it unless enough of us say it to them. Let them know you wont be back unless it gets fixed. One star is one star too many ! read more
