I was trying to resolve concerns with the clinic director, Hailey, and was told I would receive a follow-up call... but that never happened. That lack of communication was frustrating (as an "expected call" has happened other times) , especially when trying to address a legitimate issue. Additionally, I feel the contract terms were not clearly explained upfront (they rushed over some details initially). When I mentioned I was moving to a state without a Semper Laser location, I was told I could simply "fly back every six weeks for treatment", which is completely unrealistic and not a reasonable solution!! So now I'll still have to pay for services that I cannot receive (by no fault of my own). I also felt pressured at times to add more services to my plan, which made the experience uncomfortable. I would encourage anyone considering this place to take their time, ask questions, and NOT feel rushed or pressured into committing to more than they originally planned. While the service itself works, the customer experience and contract transparency need serious improvement!

If they don't want to do a basic facial why have it on the "menu?" First into a chemical peel which wasn't the solve for existing pimples. Then into a diamond glow facial. Then proceeded to wash my face and do a mask that took 20 mins. I asked for extractions (which are typical) - she left the three zits on my face and bypassed by chin altogether until I asked again. Never walked out of a facial smelling bad and with a face full of zits. It was $130 to have my face washed and a mask.

I've had hydrafacials before- this one was a big $150 joke and I would recommend going literally anywhere else before purchasing one here. The whole thing took maybe 10 minutes.The girl who did it seemed super irritated and rushed through the whole process. At the end of the service I laid in the room alone for at least 10 minutes before she came in to check on me, I was about 2 seconds from getting up and walking out. On top of everything, I left with my face feeling more dry than it did when I went in. No products get put on at the end or anything. Complete and total waste of $150. I will say I never had a bad experience with my laser hair removal or Xeomin, besides my initial phone call where I was talked into a $3500 package by a very pushy sales woman who told me my hair would be completely gone after my treatments and that's ..not how it works. Overall I would recommend LaserAway for laser hair removal and potentially Botox but not other services, and I think many of their sales methods are QUITE shady.
