I've been coming here every month for almost a year now and always get the custom 90 minute facial. I would highly recommend it because Alessandra because she knows what she's doing and remembers my skin history and even things about my life which makes it a fun experience. The facial is really thorough and customized to what my skin is going through (whether it's acne or dryness). By the end my face is always dewy and glowing and noticeably better. Alessandra is an absolute gem and was very caring and sweet during my facial/ Brazilian waxing. She was super gentle especially knowing that I am pregnant and consistently checked up on me. Though the waxing was painful, she made sure to walk me through the pain through breathing exercises so it wasn't as painful. Found this sweet little gem on google.. made same day appointment with no problem. Parking was a pain in the butt.. but nevertheless the overall experience made up for it. Her suite is so cozy and inviting. It was like a warm hug exactly what I needed. The bed was warm and sooo cozy with all the plush blankets. Fast forward to facial My skin was really dehydrated and my pores were suffocating.. she did a skin analysis and went in creating magic to hydrate tf out of my skin!!! Alessandra does amazing work, I am so so happy I found her. When I first came to her I was having some skin issues and needed someone to work magic on me and she did just that. She went above my expectations and really did change my skin, I hardly have to wear any makeup on a daily basis. Alessandra is the best! I generally have nice skin so I never really understood the importance of facials until now. I've done a few facials, but I found that they made my face look worse (and no, it did not "get better" later). In a time before Alessandra I broke out. :( I started booking facials at Spa Bem-Ti-Vi after reading some reviews here. I never thought facials could be relaxing, but I definitely almost fell asleep here! Alessandra is also takes great care of your skin and is very thorough. When it comes to extractions, she really gets to EVERY small bump she can find on your face. There were a few pesky ones that were too deep for her to get and instead of letting it go, she gave me a sample to put on it in the next few nights and make it go away. And even though those extractions made my eyes water, the next day they closed up and were fine! Alessandra is just whom I've been looking for since coming back to the bay area! Nowadays, it's hard to find a facialist that you can trust wholeheartedly, but Alessandra is extremely professional and personable. I had some white and black heads that I've been really frustrated about, as well as dry but oily skin that needed some TLC. Alessandra really pulled through and throughout the whole 130+ min session, was extremely gentle and kind, even with extractions. My face felt extremely refreshed and moisturized afterwards, and while it was a little red for the first couple of hours, like Alessandra had promised, it returned back to normal the next day! She really makes you feel comfortable throughout the process and you can trust that you're in good hands with her. Best of all, I definitely fell asleep during my facial, which is always a plus in my book. Alessandra has been amazing! My first visit with her, she was so thorough in cleansing my skin and extractions. It was hard but so necessary and also so much better than the alternative. Alessandra is amazing! She is so knowledgeable and teaches me about my skin with every visit. I love how she customizes her treatments depending on your skin type and what concerns that you have. I usually go for a micro-dermabrasion and mask treatment - my skin never looks better after leaving! I've never experienced a break out after extractions with her (she is SO thorough - ouch but THANK YOU). I once had a scratch on my face and she gave me a scar fading cream sample which I know would have cost me a pretty penny at a derm. My daughter wanted an acne facial and she found this salon. She came out and was thrilled with Alessandra. She said that it hurt ALOT but that she wanted to stick it out. The following day her face was very swollen and painful to the touch. It was also quite angry. The pain remained for a week or more. We reached out to Alessandra to let her know that the reaction wasn't good and that there we were concerned about scarring. She was immediately concerned and agreed to refund our money. I highly respect that Alessandra was not defensive or angry. She did explain that she had many years of experience and that she was very sorry for the bad reaction. Hoping my daughter will recover as she is still trying to get back to the baseline so we can maybe try again and be more cautious. read more
