We visited the spa twice last week while staying in the hotel. Both massages were very lovely. I particularly enjoyed my treatment by Sylvina (I know this is spelled wrong, my apologies) - really made sure to tailor to my needs. Beware they try to upsell you at the front during check in and during the treatment - I was not advised the sugar foot scrub was an extra 25$ during the treatment). The spa facilities have their own outdoor pool with lunch menu available and poolside drink service. The area is quiet and peaceful which is a nice change from the busy hotel pools. The loungers at the pool are super comfortable, and the staff is attentive. There is also indoor hot and cold plunge baths. I really enjoyed both days at the spa.

Spa services wonderful. Amenities are pretty great too. My biggest complaint is the worn out chairs, cushions and wicker furniture out by the spa pool, and in relaxation area. I've been coming here for years, and the last year or so it's obvious they're not keeping up , which for the exorbitant prices they charge, a real shame.

Absolutely a very nice spa. Definitely the facility needs a facelift. They have many treatment rooms. I come every year with 20 of my buddies and they always fit everybody in for a service. During spa month they offer services at $150. They have a hot jacuzzi / cold plunge / dry and wet sauna. The staff is super accommodating. Chris the locker room attendant is great.

I had an excellent day at this spa! We were not staying at the Marriott and came in a day in advance to inquire about services. I made an appointment for a 25 minute express shoulder massage in the express suite. At $40, this was really worth it. Even though it was a chair massage, the chair was high tech. It was heated and had a screen where you could view relaxing naturescapes during the massage. I recommend wearing a loose strapless shirt for this. I also purchased a day pass for $50 and it was amazing! The locker room attendant Shelly was extremely welcoming. I arrived around 9AM (an hour before my massage) and she showed me around the facilities (sauna, steam room, cold and hot tubs, showers, balcony/lounge, hair dryer station etc). I tried a little bit of everything because I had ADD and didn't know what I wanted to commit to. I lounged on the balcony for a bit then went to my massage. Post massage, I lounged at the spa pool and ordered lunch. Lunch was very tasty - the lunch starts at 12PM and consists of smoothies, sandwiches and salads. Definitely check out the spa if you want a nice getaway - I think the earlier you arrive the less people there are, so you can have some of the space to yourself. The locker area opens at 7AM.

Absolutely top notch service from check-in, to the locker room staff, to the poolside server. A definite must if you are looking for some calm, quiet, peacefulness & a great massage!

As a spabrat in desperate need of a day of relaxation, this is wonderful place to be. It's $50 for spa day pass and you get access to side by side cold plunge, jacuzzi, working steam room and sauna. And my favorite...the relaxation room with snacks, water, and tea. The robes were delightful and reminiscent of fine sheets. The outdoor area was beautiful with a mineral / Epsom salt bath adjacent to the private spa pool And outdoor jacuzzi. The service I chose was the express shoulder massage. It was 25min in a chair with your face pressed into and you watch blue planet of the beach while listening to an appropriate symphony. Gloria did a great job at alleviating the tension in my shoulders. She told me I need to drink more water and get more massages. Overall, it was $40 for the treatment. Whatever way you can weasel your way to getting a service and utilize these amenities, by any means necessary.

Today I complained again and said I was shorted. I was at the check out desk 10 minutes before my hour was up. Mind you I had already changed into my clothes. When I complained she got snotty with me and said I will review the cameras. Horrible customer service.

Recently, my husband and I decided to relocate, and I needed to cancel my monthly membership. At the time of cancellation, I had accumulated three prepaid hours. To avoid continuing to bank additional hours, I completed the required online cancellation form and was verbally assured that my remaining hours would be converted into gift certificates. Shortly afterward, I received three gift certificates via email. Today, when attempting to use the last gift certificate, I was informed that it had expired because I only had 60 days from my final monthly payment date (4/13/26) to redeem it. However, the gift certificate itself clearly states that it is valid until 10/22/26. The assistant manager, while polite, proudly presented a copy of the cancellation agreement and insisted that I had agreed to the 60-day limitation when I signed the form. Unfortunately, she appeared to have no authority to resolve the issue and demonstrated little understanding of basic customer service principles. Based on previous reviews, it seems this is not an isolated incident. The discrepancy between what customers are told, what is documented on the gift certificates, and how the business ultimately handles these situations reflects a pattern of deceptive and unprofessional practices. Long-term customer loyalty appears to hold very little value here.
