We…read morecame up with a plan for replacing old cracked fillings and for a tooth that I hung onto for way too long. The hygienist was amazingly friendly and professional and so good at her craft. She put me on a shorter cleaning schedule so I could catch up from the neglect through Covid days. Didn't hurt a bit! After about a year and a half playing catch up, the work has begun. I'm well on my way to my teeth being fully restored! Also, after weighing all of my options about that darn tooth, I finally got rid of it and can smile again without being embarrassed. They provided me with choices and gave me time to make the right decision for myself. No pressure! I'm glad I chose here. I can see the difference in care from other places I have been. They work as a team. Dr. Seaback is amazing. Very skilled! She also worked with my insurance after a denial and they caved! She's amazing. This place has washed away my dental anxiety and I'm well on my way to a beautiful healthy smile again. I'm so grateful to them!

I was hurting so much that after that visit I had to take Naproxen for pain and I even went back to tell Dr. O'Brien that I was still in pain. his answer was that it will just take time. I called his office to say I had pain even after 8months; I cannot complete a yawn and I have pain all the time and I can't sleep on the side Dr. Chang worked on . This was THE WORST experience I've had at any dentist . I've always had dentists throughout my life until they've actually retired. I wanted to find a Dentist near Saratoga Springs since I've moved here from downstate . what a mistake. I've asked for a refund for that visit because after seeing my medical doctor , I've been told I have TMD, a jaw disorder. this Dr. has ruined my ability to chew, sleep and I'm in chronic pain. I have asked for compensation for that Procedure so I can go to an TMD specialist and I've gotten no response. I'm sorry to say it's a very unprofessional office . After talking with the insurance company, it seemed that the bills they had been sent were a mess and things had been billed multiple times for the same procedure. When I reached out to their office they told me that what they said insurance would cover is never a guarantee and is just an estimate so I was still responsible for the remaining. As a single income individual with a mortgage, getting a bill for $850 7 months after a procedure without so much as a courtesy call really puts me into a tough spot.

I was given a bottle of water to tide me over before my appointment. Little things like that make a big difference. I had an implant that had fallen into disrepair and was unusable. Dr. Choi had the arduous task of removing the implant close to the nerve. He was able to perform the task with a minimum of discomfort and time spent in the office. During the procedure, Dr. Choi was entertaining, personable, and humorous. I had a great time talking to him and the hygienist was actively engaged in her work and the conversation we were having. I normally don't get too ecstatic about dental procedures; however, he managed to make it a pleasant experience. We just clicked, and I felt the experience was rewarding. He gave excellent instruction for after care, which resulted in only a small amount of pain. His follow up appointment was quick and made me feel comfortable that everything went smoothly. I am really glad that my dentist (Dr. Erin Paige) recommended him. Bravo!
