Dr Rademacher saw me after another dentist said I needed my dentures relined. She did a full exam of my mouth (the other dentist didn't). She said the dentures fit perfectly-no need to reline them. She noticed a tiny sore on my gums/ compared it to my dentures/saw the issue/gently filed down the cause of the sore/what a difference!! I am saddened to post the review, I called to attempt to register my daughter and my self as new patients. i Was told to get a release of prior X-rays so I can set up an appointment. I called the next day after I did the foot work to be turned away. Darlene did not even listen to me and turned me & my daughter away, very rude and unprofessional. Diane is a great dentist and has truly helped transform my teeth over the years. Unfortunately her incompetent husband has truly ruined the office. He is extremely demeaning and does not belong in a customer service area let along medical. For example, I called this morning to reschedule an appointment a week in advance. He clearly scoffed over the phone and said this is ridiculous. I was completely caught off guard as I've never had a medical professional act in such a way. I responded with can you please just cancel, I may find another provider. He responded with "good as you should". Diane, I would highly recommend reconsidering an office reset. I will never be returning to this office and will advise people to stay away. I was rescheduling due to a child care conflict but wasn't even able to get to that point in the conversation. read more

I have been going to her since she first opened in Ballston Spa and if you can't make it at a certain time they give you you can ask to be put on a cancelation if some one else can't do their apt. They take time to work on you and they talk with you. Very Very friendly ! read more

Having relocated to Ballston Spa I opted to select a new dentist in my new location. I selected Dr. Rademacher's office and have been seen twice. Site was easy to locate and staff were very professional and attentive. While the cleaning experience is not always pleasant .. they were thorough and not that uncomfortable. The dental hygienist, DDS and financial representative were all very professional and pleasant.They did request prior payment (basic exam, cleaning and x-rays were $110) My insurance did send my check in full within 5-6 weeks.
