I found this place using a basic Google search for facials, massage, etc. The website is pretty bad, but I figured whatever - and I tried to call them because I had a few questions. The voicemail is tinny, grating and just odd sounding. It sounds like an actual old school answering machine from the late '90s. Yet it tells you to press 1, for etc, press 2, for etc. Unfortunately, when you press any key, the voicemail simply repeats itself. There is never any option to leave a voicemail. But I'm tenacious. So I used the 'Contact Us' form to submit a request to be contacted. I also, very politely, informed them that the voicemail for one of their numbers was cycling over and over and not allowing callers to leave a message. While the other voicemail says that it's not accepting calls and hangs up. I got contacted alright. Today I received an e-mail form 'Jodi' - telling me to use the website to book an appointment. I responded back, incredulous, and asked if I was actually being asked to book an appointment without being able to first speak to someone to answer some questions - since the website is sorely lacking in information. No response after that. Why even have a voicemail or a published phone number? This is insane. It's pretty ironic that trying to schedule something relaxing, would actually result in the opposite: frustration and irritation. I wish them the best, but I have no idea how this type of business model - one where you are not allowed to actually speak to a live person before booking an appointment - and the website looks like something an 5th grader created 10 years ago - can be successful.

WARNING TO CLASSPASS…read moreUSERS::: I would love to leave a good review for this lady but sadly she ended our business on a sour note. I had been using ClassPass to book her service. She mentioned how she didn't feel like she was getting paid from ClassPass and I asked her multiple times if she needed me to do something about it. She told me she would handle it herself. Meanwhile I was getting her non invasive services which I was later told by a doctor was NOT ACTUALLY EFFECTIVE in ANYWAY. I decided to get sonobello this year as a quick decision for myself which included a Venus package. But I still wanted to use her services with it because I THOuGHt she was a nice person. But she's actually mean spirited and does "extra services" that I NEVER asked for hoping she would get an extra payout when all you had to do was increase your prices on ClassPass like everyone else's lymphatic massage prices... She cancelled on me the same morning of my appointment saying she had a virus. BUT ONCE I told her I actually had surgery the lie went out the door in seconds...she went off on me (minutes after the initial lie of a stomach virus I might add) and said I was unloyal and revealed the true reason she cancelled on me. I was so confused on how she went from being "sick" to seconds later and I quote "that's the PROBLEM USE me" continuing to say she didn't want to do business with me because I'm not loyal for not buying her packages because ClassPass barely pays her and her clients don't treat her like "this" chile. When I told her it was out of my control she jumped to her next excuse saying it's because I was late but every time I was late I offered to reschedule another day so she can fit someone else in but she still took me with a big fake smile. And I still spent monthly credits on her services which my SURGEON said was NOT EFFECTIVE after assessing me. Should have known it was BS the first day she measured me and FAKED INSTANT RESULTS aka use the tape measure loosely on you and once done with her fake procedure uses the same tape measure tight as hell on u for a better number (now that's on me for ignoring the signs). Her ClassPass schedules are rarely ever accurate either. You live and learn and move on. I won't be responding to her if she sees this because I'm only leaving this for possible costumers who want a different perspective. She isn't accountable, her schedule on ClassPass RARELY matched her actual schedule. Don't book her through ClassPass I beg...just pay her up front on her site if you still move forward. And maybe she won't randomly go off on you and harbor unknown & hostile feelings. God bless her but I wish I didn't experience this or her ever.
