My wife and I visited Red Carpet for massages and facials to celebrate our 5 year anniversary. The Parking: Free parking lot The Service: The attendant at the front was nice and funny. The Massage & Facial: The massage felt great. I asked for a deep tissue, which was an extra $10. I felt the deep tissue massage that I got was really good but it wasn't any strong pressure. It felt like a regular massage. Though the massage felt great, the masseuse for my wife and I were both very chatty. We were there to relax but they were talking our heads off about self care at home and how we should come back more often. I appreciated the info but we wanted to limit our talking. This was my first facial and it felt amazing! I did have pimple and was hoping for an extraction but didn't happen. I have been going to Red Carpet Salon for many years to get Dermalogica facials. They used to be the best! Unfortunately, they are no longer good or effective in any way. The last couple of times I went for a Dermalogica facial, they did not do any extractions and I don't think they use any Dermalogica products anymore, which is how this specific facial is promoted and sold. The products used now do not smell the same, nor do they have the same after effects that it used to when using Dermalogica products. For example, skin purging for a few days after as well as visible refreshed look and feel. Also, when I asked about not doing extractions, the person told me that I had to come back for another appointment for that which makes no sense because the Dermalogica facial DOES include extractions per their website. My daughter also went recently and she also expressed that the Dermalogica facial is not worth it anymore. They also did not do any extractions. We can do the same facial at home as the one now given at Red Carpet. It's disappointing that this service is no longer any good. Best place in Atlanta to get a message and facial. The message therapist Tabitha (ask for her :) is incredible and really gets all, and I mean all of the right knots out of body. She's also very personable, easy to get along with and always asks me which part of the body I want her to work on... and then goes in with dexterous hands, elbows, fingers and sometimes even forearms!!! She gets all the knots and trapped tight muscles loosened up. The woman front desk is very nice and it's easy to call and make an appointment, even on the same day! I walked in for a spontaneous eyebrow wax and facial. I waited a bit for the esthetician but I walked in so I can't complain to that. We settled on a microdermabrasion facial. I asked her how long it'd take to get done and she said 1.5 hours. It ended up taking 2.5 hours. It's nice but I had plans and the extra hour was kind of wearing on me . She also put some type of colored lip cream or lipstick on without my permission. Very annoying because I don't wear lipstick or tinted creams too often, especially not a bright pink, and it was smudged on my mask because I was unaware of it. The facial was amazing but stating the correct time of a procedure and asking permission to do extras is necessary. Got my hair cut and full highlights here the other day. My stylist was Tania, she did an AMAZING job. She told me she loves doing color and could do it all day and it shows. Everything is exactly as I asked for. I took her personal card, even if she doesn't stay at this location, I will follow her. I wouldn't blame her if she didn't stay here. There are boxes everywhere and it looks like they just moved in? Very odd. You can tell the spa/massage area is the main star at this place. There was obvious tension between the woman who was answering phones and the masseuse. It was very awkward for the customer I between them. The salon was just about dead on a Saturday. So maybe Tania was just the hidden gem? If they paid attention to detail a little more and put some boxes away, they might be a little busier on a Saturday! read more

Her cuts are awesome, and the prices are very fair. I love that I can get a massage or manicure while he gets his hair cut, and Im waiting for my turn. The staff are always very curteous, and if you're not really sure what you want, they can help you decide. I have a bad habit of walking into a salon with a page ripped out of a magazine saying "I want THIS hairstyle". Not many places can (or will) replicate what I want, but Serah is spot-on. The Salon has recently expanded to the space next door and has added 4 or 5 private treatment rooms. Check with the salon to find out exactly what spa services are available now. read more

She argues with clients about what has happened or been said, incorrectly books appointments, tries to force couples massages, and is very unprofessional overall. I have had several massages here, and each time there is a managerial problem. We regularly have to wait 10-15 minutes for our massage which is never actually an hour long. My back was killing me, sciatica, and I needed some help with the pain. A recommendation and mix up lead me to Red Carpet...I am very happy things happened this way. I was able to get a same day appointment within the next hour. Even though it was in the middle of the day on a weekday, I was shocked to get the appointment but very happy. I was more happy when I walked into the spa. Being that I live in the area and pass by all of the time, I knew the building but was pleasantly surprised at the interior. When you first walk in, you see the salon area. It is a basic salon. On to the left, you see the entrance to the spa area which is lovely and puts you in the right mood to relax. The massage was one of the best ones I have ever had!!! What makes them even better are the prices, $45 for an one hour massage is great for me especially for the area. I will start with the good first: The salon and spa itself is beautiful. I have come here more than a dozen times for massages with Tabitha and Melanie. An hour massage is $45, you can't beat that anywhere! Most places around here charge $60 and up for an hour. I have always enjoyed the massages and they can always fit you in and they stay open late. The bad: There is no receptionist here. So when a customer calls on the phone to make an appointment whoever is near the phone has to stop what they're doing to answer the call. I think it's poor customer service to have someone who is doing your hair and they have to keep stopping over and over again to answer the phone. I had a great first experience with my hair, then the second experience was awful. The owner charged me full price $110 for a hair color that I was not satisfied with and she tried to charge me even more money to come back and have her fix it. I will never return again to have her work on my hair. If you just stick with massages you should be good. read more

I bought a groupon for foot massages at Red Salon. I call in to make the appointment and the owner was very helpful and nice. On the day of the appointment I went in and fill out some paperwork. Very professional. The salon looks small on the outside but inside they are bigger and the massage area was decorated in a Chinese theme massage relaxing place. Alot similar to the Treat your feet massage parlor in BuHi. The foot massages was 60$ for an hour. The price is higher here than BuHi. After filling out paperwork I was led to the massage area with five massage chairs and a tv. They first soak my feet for 15 minutes then its a 45 minutes foot massage. Overall, my experience wasn't bad but it wasn't that relaxing. I would stick to the BuHi massage place. read more

I received a card in the mail for a $25 wash, cut, and blowdry. I decided to use it for my daughter. When I got there they told me that her hair would be $20 more because it's curly. I told them Nevermind. The stylist went on to explain that it's "starting" at $25. I showed her the card that does not say starting and it doesn't have any asterisks or anything. My daughter and I left and went somewhere else. Let me be clear. I have no problem for paying extra for my daughter's "curly" hair. However you need to be truthful in your advertising and if there are possible additional charges, that needs to be disclosed on your marketing materials. I wouldn't have passed 10 other salons to come here and pay $45 anyway. read more

I've come here several times to get haircuts, trims, highlights, you name it. Sarah is amazing with hair! She's very experienced and does a great job at giving me the hair style I'm looking for. I've come in wanting highlights and not knowing what color to pick, and she's helped me find the perfect color for me. Her daughter Elaine is wonderful as well! Bought a Groupon here a while back. It expired so I redeemed it for a 1 hour foot rub. Worst foot massage I've ever had. I was taken back to a room with a row of chairs. I sat there for 10 minutes. Then they brought in the hot water to soak in...for 15 minutes. Then she finally came and rubbed my feet for 30 minutes. Not the hour I paid for. When I brought it up, the massage therapist said she would "get me back next time". HA! I'll never be back. When I see them still trying to build their business via Groupon, I just laugh. How does this place only have one review? It's not like you run across spas like this on Hwy 78 between Snellville and Loganville very often! I redeemed a Groupon for a one-hour reflexology foot massage (paid $25 for a $60 massage). I called to make an appointment for later in the week, but there was an opening that afternoon that I happily took. Their operating hours are impressive, lots of options for getting pampered! From the outside the spa was not noticeable, located in a small strip mall off busy Hwy 78. But once you step inside, the ambience and decor is lovely. You enter the hair salon, which looks like a regular hair salon. And after filling out an informational form, you're escorted to the waiting area for the spa. The tile floor, wood walls, soothing music, and low lighting make you feel instantly cozy and content. The tile work was so eye-catching, on the floor and walls. Since I was getting a foot massage, I didn't actually go into the massage room itself, so I can't comment on those. The staff was really friendly, offering something to drink, to turn on the TV, or turn up the lights if I was reading. My masseuse, Melanie, was so nice! I didn't wait more than a few minutes past my appointment time, and she had me soak my feet in a wooden bucket (lined with a plastic liner, thank you hygiene-conscious-spa) while she took care of some cleanup duties between clients. For the foot massage, I didn't even have to move after soaking my feet. She kicked the recliner back, pulled up a little stool and got to work. She was great to talk to and the hour flew by (boo!). You could have watched the TV if you didn't feel like talking, but that's not very relaxing! She finished the massage up by using a steaming-hot towel to get all the massage cream off my legs and feet. I always appreciate not slipping into my socks, literally! The only weird thing was when the next massage client showed up early the owner offered to let him sit in the waiting room area (which was where I was getting the foot massage). He kindly declined and said he'd sit out in the salon so we could enjoy our "girl talk." I appreciate that, because having the next client show up 20 minutes early and then sit in on a third of my relaxing massage time would have been strange. So I wonder if they are busy with multiple massage therapists taking multiple clients, whether you'd be getting a foot massage in the same room as the clients waiting for their appointments. I certainly prefer a more private experience, getting pampered isn't as relaxing with onlookers! But it's no different than getting a pedicure I guess (just more expensive). Who knows, maybe they have a separate room for foot massages, she just kept me in there because she was the only one working and knew it wouldn't be busy. Overall, my experience was great and I will definitely be going back! They seem to be running some great specials for hair, body , and face pampering. read more

I strongly discourage anyone using their services. The estheticians are not trained well and are unprofessional. I've been there about three times. One time the esthetician was so rough that she left intense bruises and scratches on my face from Microderm treatment. The next time the esthetician skimmed over most of my extractions claiming that she didn't have enough time despite the one hour facial I paid for. When I informed the manager she had me to get on a spa bed in a room so the she could rush to finish the incomplete facial. She was very rough and did not change the sheets on spa bed that I was on.
