I found out later that the owner had an awful temper and the staff found it was best to remain silent when he was around. Anyway, when the day came I had to file my own nails (because the nail tech had filed them into points that looked like house roofs), I paid my bill, never went back and found another salon that I'm happy with. I'd never recommend this salon to anyone.

I got a shellac mani at Signature nails and it peeled off several nails in 9 days. For the cost of it, I expect better quality than that. Cleanliness of the salon was great. I was rushed to pick out my colors before I had even looked through all the options. It was repeated to me 5x by two different employees--what color, what color, pick a color, have you chosen yet? There's hardly any massage in the mani or pedi. Like less than 45 seconds for each one. I'm sure of this before the girl massaged my hand/arm while the other hand was under the curing light for the shellac. If the shellac had stayed on for 14+ days, I would've went back but I won't pay that cost and only get 9 days worth.

Obviously, this was a difficult experience. The young man did a superb job at covering my scar. I needed most of my hair taken off to match what the surgeon removed, and he was very good at checking in with me that I was happy with each and every step of the cut. He was able to cover most of my scar even though it's while large, and he took his time. I would definitely suggest for anyone looking for someone who is passionate and hardworking. I typically wear a wig full time, and I asked for a cut to go under it perfectly. Now, my wig that I wear full time looks better than ever and I'm comfortable at home. We had been loyal customers of Magic Massage for nearly 10 years and always enjoyed our visits…read more Unfortunately, our experiences have changed significantly since the business came under new management. During our first visit under the new management, my husband's massage felt more like oil being spread around than an actual massage. There was very little pressure, no real muscle work, and none of the relaxation we had come to expect over the years. We decided to give the business another chance, but our second visit was even more disappointing. We noticed the same massage therapist appeared to have a visible issue with her hand or arm, so we politely requested a different therapist. Despite our concern, she still performed my massage. Throughout the session, she relied almost entirely on one hand, resulting in excessive pressure on my left side while my right side received very little actual massage. It felt extremely unbalanced, almost as if she was trying to prove she could still perform the service rather than ensuring I received a quality massage. To make matters worse, because of her height and the position she had to stand in, the sequins on her shirt repeatedly snagged my hair as she leaned over me. That was uncomfortable and distracting during what should have been a relaxing experience. Since payment is required before the service, I felt obligated to stay and hope the massage would improve. Our final concern was regarding the length of the massage. We paid for a one-hour massage but did not receive a full hour of hands-on service. When we mentioned it, we were told that the hour begins at the time payment is made. If that's the policy, it should be clearly communicated before customers pay. It also raises the question of why customers are asked whether they want a 30-, 60-, or 90-minute massage if the full amount of time paid for isn't actually spent receiving the massage. After being customers for about a decade, it's disappointing to see the decline in both the quality of the massages and the customer service. We truly hope management addresses these issues because this used to be one of our favorite places.

When I was done and came out, I saw that 2 women masseurs were giving women chair massages and that's why they had left me in the middle of my massage. I had called to make my appointment so this is completely unacceptable. Because of the unprofessionalism, I do NOT recommend this place.
