My feet were left completely smooth, with all the dead skin removed, and I felt like they really took their time. The technician even pointed out how much dead skin had built up since I hadn't been in a while, and she made sure to get it all. They have a large selection of polish types, and my pedicure still looks perfect over a week later. I don't have a particular person I see--I usually end up with whoever is available--and they're always sweet, gentle, and great at what they do.

I can say that they are strong on my fingers. The reason I can't give 5 stars is that the thumb nails both broke the second I got in my car and turned out of the parking lot. Literally just cleaning the bottom off of another nail and Blam it broke. They never got shiny either. They have stayed matte no matter even if I put clear shiny on them. I have never had this happen before. Luckily I have dip at home and filled in the broken park with a similar green and made it work. It's nit as pretty but oh well. The lady was very nice and understood english ok. Maybe better than I could tell. I don't speak Vietnamese so I can't communicate very well either. I won't be back.
