I highly recommend you AVOID this nail salon. The staff was rude. I had a 230 appointment & didn't get my spot until 3. I explained what I wanted beforehand & asked for the price. I was told $60. He didn't listen to me, the design looked like a kindergarten art project, & each time I asked him to fix it, he proceeded to ignore me & was rude. when I finally got out of this chair of torture, he charged me $100!!!! Went in to get a fill in. The lady starting to remove my gel nail polish. When she took it off. I noticed huge gaps everywhere.i knew this was not going to end well so I had her remove them and do a new set.So disappointed and will not ever return. my toe is cut my eye brows look awful and the nails are terrible. My daughter and I have both been coming here but this time was a very bad experience and we will never be back. Mistakes happen but how it was handled by Henry the manager was not acceptable! I was there for over an hour and went from long pretty nails to horribly shaped extremely short, no nails short! On top of that the guy that was doing nails was extremely rough and was paying more attention to who was coming in door. He cut himself while doing them and was pulling on nails to get off which I am sure is not good for your nail Beds. Henry did say that he would redo but I was already late to picking up kids and leaving town. He gave me a 20% discount charging $36 for a complete waste of time. I will be paying someone else to take these off on my vacation. I told him this but he said that was best he could do! For $36 they have lost two clients which makes zero business sense. If he would have just not charged for their mistake we would have been back and I still would have been out paying to get these off!!! read more

I gave them two stars because I've gone here many times and it's been amazing. However, the two men have always done my nails. This time the older women did them and they were terrible. I cannot believe she would let me leave her stores with nails that look like that. I asked for short and natural looking. NONE of them are the same length, they are crooked, not filed straight, some corners are really sharp while the other side of the nail is rounded, acrylic is all over my fingers and way too big for my nails. DO NOT GET ANYTHING DONE HERE!!! My 11 year old daughter went in today to get a manicure with friends and was told it was $17 for 12 and under. They asked her if she wanted gel nails and being "11" she said yes. They didn't let her know know that it was double the cost. When I called and asked to speak with a manager they refused and I was hung up on! Their website speaks of friendly customer service which was NOT the case! This nail salon is about 10 minutes from where I live and a typical go to whenever i'm looking to get french tip done. The staff is smaller compared to other nail salons i've been to but they are all very nice and not too talkative which I like. They also never seem to be too busy if busy at all. I've only ever gotten a full set of french tip done here and it turns out well every time and lasts for a good 3-4 weeks before chipping. That being said, i've really not had a problem with this salon so far and they seem to be doing the job well. read more

I got my nail's done with my boyfriend's little sister. She's 12 and she is seeing all the flaws on her nails. They didn't paint the sides of every nail and did not clean up the edges. Also, she got acrylic on my fingers and I had to take it off myself. The guy went to sleep right away and was rushing doing my bf's little sisters nails & has bumps all over it. None of my nails are even, i told her about it and she wasn't willing to fix it happily. I don't normally write reviews but this was just ridiculous. Terrible service! I am new to the area and have been trying out new nail salons. So I figured I would give this one a whirl. The man who did my pedi rushed through it! DID not trim cuticles etc, and did a sloppy job painting. Then the lady who who did my Gel manicure was nice, but did not trim cuticles either and rushed it. I was in and out in less then an hour! Terrible. I'm from Texas(Dallas subs) and every salon was clean and amazingly wonderful. My gel is already peeling off 5 days later. This never happens! I will not go here again sadly enough. Awful, such a scam! First I was charged for a manicure with my gel polish, that he said I agreed to, which I didn't. Then he charged me to soak the preexisting gel polish off. I have never been charged for cutting my cuticle and a 10 sec rub of lotion on my hands and especially for removing old gel polish!!! Will NEVER go back!! Crooks!! Disgraceful! read more

I use to go to this salon when it was owned by someone else. Service WAS amazing! The hygiene of the staff was unacceptable so I moved to another salon. Because this salon is 1 mile from my house, two years later I wanted to give them another chance. Hygiene is still bad, was told that they would get to me in 10 minutes and waited over an hour. After my nail tips were glued, I was told he had to polish someone and would be right back. After 15-20, he finally came back. I was in the salon for nearly two hours and the quality was not good either. My clear polish continues to turn brown. No, it isn't due to the tanning bed and nor is it due to chemicals. I've gotten my nails done every two weeks for 15 years and have never had this happen. read more

I went to Majestic Nail to get a basic manicure, and it was awful. I was completely disappointed. The man who did my nails clearly did not care about providing a quality manicure. The paint job was poorly executed and he did not file my file my nails into a neat shape. However my bigger complaint is that the technical work of my manicure was a disaster. He did not nip away at the dead skin but picked a live skin in turn hurt for days. I complained about the poor service but they would not refund my money. I would not recommend this place. read more
