Wagbnb booked her into a spacious suite at a moment's notice, sent lots of photos and videos of my puppy's stay, and made sure she was comfortable and safe. When my puppy was a bit too nervous for playgroup, staff immediately contacted me and arranged to do individual play with my puppy instead. Staff puts dogs' safety first. Puppy came home without being overtired, hungry, or thirsty. I rarely board my pets. When I do, Wag is the only place in town that I trust.

No courtesy call to explain that she had a seizure from more than likely hypoglycemia which is PREVENTABLE especially in YOUR CARE! When my husband and I went to see her she was solid, cold, her eyes were matted from crying and her bedding was wet!!!!!!! How disgusting! She deserved some dignity! She was my therapy dog! I loved her like my own child! How can your staff be so cold! I am requesting her medical records. The audacity to have me pay 1100.00 dollars and then you still request 43.00 plus dollars?? Camps and we have NEVER had a problem, she has been well socialized at the dog park and when approached by an aggressive dog will roll over or walk away unless she absolutely has to defend Herself. This tells me that 1: no one was paying attention or 2 there was no attempt to stop the aggression. The place is too small for that many large dogs in one area! Beware! I responded with "Please do not touch his eyelashes, and gave a comment that he gets a lot of compliments on how long they are." I texted to ask why this was the cause and I got a text back saying "We noticed that whenever we were bathing him that one set was noticeably shorter than the other"... I sent back a picture of him a few days prior to show that he had TWO full sets of eyelashes whenever I dropped him off. There was NO apology or ownership for this mistake. I can completely understand that mistakes are sometimes made and maybe my dog made a sudden movement and this occurred but to give me a poor response as to insinuate that I don't know what I am talking about and not take ownership is simply NOT OK. The worst was when they were restocking the dog food before Halloween 2022 and there is no where to go down the aisle. None of the three employees who paused briefly to see me with a shopping cart asked if there was anything they could get me. That still rubs me wrong because I have to see these same employees on a regular basis. I guess their adoption program has been canceled since the COVID-19 pandemic as I never see a single animal anymore. If I could shop elsewhere for my pets, I probably would. They have a rewards program. It's free to join. You buy 10 bags of food and get 1 free. Additionally, Petsense and Tractor Supply customers can be a part of the "Neighbor's Club."
