The dogs stay in their own room with a dog door that is always open for them to go out into a little enclosed area for bathroom or to just enjoy sitting outside. There are cameras that you can access whenever you want which was nice knowing I could "check" on my babies anytime. I would definitely go back and will recommend this place to anyone who asks me where to find a safe boarding for their fur babies.

I reached out to Linda, and, even though I was asking for services that were outside her normal business hours she worked with me to provide a safe place for my baby. My dog is rarely left in a kennel and I was a bit nervous leaving her behind but when I came to get her, she seemed confident following Linda out of the area where she was kept while I was gone. That made me feel like she must have had a good experience with Linda and put me at ease. The only thing that was a "negative" and not even worth taking away a star is that Linda only takes cash or checks and I am strictly a credit card girl (gimmee ALL the points), but the value of the service is wonderful and she even gave us a little gift bag and a report card when we left. It had some nice pens, good treats and a little plushie that Riley has taken an instant liking to - she was even using it as a pillow this morning, back at home, when I left for work. I texted to ask why this was the cause and I got a text back saying "We noticed that whenever we were bathing him that one set was noticeably shorter than the other"... I sent back a picture of him a few days prior to show that he had TWO full sets of eyelashes whenever I dropped him off. There was NO apology or ownership for this mistake. I can completely understand that mistakes are sometimes made and maybe my dog made a sudden movement and this occurred but to give me a poor response as to insinuate that I don't know what I am talking about and not take ownership is simply NOT OK. I will never use this grooming company again while I am in town visiting.

Baby Star arrived on the scene to "Spa Paw" with a anxious mom, wiggle mode and any new "friend' causing an unwelcome pee christening of the concrete, the unsuspecting "friend', etc. Upon check in, the facility showcases as immacutely sparkling & staff alighted upon Star with palpalbe warmth & understanding of an angst ridden mom. Grooming options were presented with empathethic options presented as I am shaking in fear of a possible botched shaven lion scenario & suggested bath with trim of face & "potty area. (so impressed with their subtle & appropriate wording). She happily lept into the arms of her groomer as she exudes warmth & loa trim of face & "a potty area. Driving home at a legal rate, I felt soothed & awaited to be beckoned for princepessa Star. 1 hour later, I received a cheery text letting me know she was coifed & ready for her ride. Stunned & simultaneously envious as to how diva squirm, wiggle morphed from bedraggled muddied, stickered fur ball turned into a polished, poised, teensy poof with a pony sitting perfectly mid point on her head! The Bow was adorned with a star to emulate her name. She smelled of not doggy antics but, of ambrosia! Moreover, she was ecstatic & the wiggle became a shimmy & shine!
