Not to mention not responding to texts and calls until a day later. I guess Rich believes his time is more valuable than me and my wifes time. Also, did not fill tub or even provide any instruction on how to use it. I called to inquire on behalf of my dad and was swore at repeatedly when asking. I will not buy anything here again and recommend others go elsewhere as well.
