Last year, almost a year from today, our pool pump motor took a dump. I went in and they attached my impeller to a new motor and installed a new motor shaft seal and all on the same day. Today my wife called while I was at work and said our pump wasn't working. After a little investigating it seemed the pump motor was out again. Looked at it and it seemed there had been a leak under the bottom of the motor. Took it in to Mark and he deemed the motor shaft seal had failed. Took my motor, told me he get me a new motor, attached an upgraded shaft seal and attached the impeller. They called as promised, same day service, and it was warrantied. If you need pool items or any supplies I highly suggest you go see Mark and the team at The Poolside Shop for honest and reliable service.

You have to read through all there bulletins on the wall to see it. I went there for a Dolphin premiere vacuum. They did not carry it. A saleswoman recommended the Polaris Elite instead. I bought it unaware of their 20% restocking fee. I tried to return it the next day unopened and was then told about the fee. $1400 for a vacuum that is nothing like what I went originally went in there for. Unbelievable! I will sell it myself before giving them close to $300 to put it back on the shelf.

He came to the house the next day and gave a thorough and timeframe to start snd finish work. He ordered the liner ( the only cost upfront ) and a time scheduled to start work. Installation completed that day!! Had to wait for water delivery due to holiday weekend, so when water was delivered in the evening, a few days later, the skimmer was leaking!! Tad came within 15 min of my call and adjusted the screws!! I highly recommend his service !! Give him 5 stars!!
