For me personally, communication is extremely important and sadly this person fails massively in this category. I am very understanding of small businesses. My husband had his own business and worked solo for quite some time so I completely empathize with how hard it can be. Trust me when I say I want nothing more than to support local small businesses vs big chain companies but I wouldn't be doing anyone any favors if i didn't provided a honest review of my experience. I initially contacted him and let him know what we needed help with. He said it was something he could do but it would be at least three days before he could make it out and to send him our address. We had no issue with that at all and were more than willing to wait for whenever he was ready. We understand it is a very busy season. When he finally told us that he could come out at a certain day and time, my husband planned that day to be off work. That day and time came and went and we hadn't heard one word from him nor did he answer our calls when we tried to find out what happened. This lack of communication continued the entire time it took him to finish the work. It was frustrating to be expecting something and to continually change around our days to accommodate his schedule only to essentially be stood up. It was a constant guessing game if he would show or not. It seems like he needs some sort of help with time management or an assistant to make calls for him and keep his customers informed.

I bought it unaware of their 20% restocking fee. I tried to return it the next day unopened and was then told about the fee. $1400 for a vacuum that is nothing like what I went originally went in there for. Unbelievable! I will sell it myself before giving them close to $300 to put it back on the shelf.

He came to the house the next day and gave a thorough and timeframe to start snd finish work. He ordered the liner ( the only cost upfront ) and a time scheduled to start work. Installation completed that day!! Had to wait for water delivery due to holiday weekend, so when water was delivered in the evening, a few days later, the skimmer was leaking!! Tad came within 15 min of my call and adjusted the screws!! I highly recommend his service !! Give him 5 stars!!

Never hire anyone that isn't licensed, insured and 100% factory trained not trained by installing their own pool!!!! messed up our pool it leaked no urgency to fix went out and did more quotes before coming back after we paid him almost $7000 cash wanted to use caulk of buytl tape to fix the leak that was at the steps we got tired of waiting and bought new kit and fixed the correct way! he got mad bailed and didn't pay for us to redrain, new parts and not his 1/2 ass hack way and refill. he wasn't happy we fixed the correct way after waiting a week and him not being available so he sent a letter text admitting everything and since we fixed he wouldn't WARRANTY ANY OF HIS WORK. He advertised he saves money but he cost us double! He has no equipment or tools it will cost you $$$$$ for him to learn. Hires help that are friends or off facebook I later learned. Tadek screwed us and walked away!!! BUYER BEWARE! We are in now for almost $10,000 and will most likely starting over next year we don't trust any of his work!!!

Unfortunately, we have not had a positive experience with Perrysburg Flooring. We ordered new…read moreflooring over 9 months ago, and the project is still not fully complete. The flooring that was installed in three rooms was not the same floor we ordered--the color run of the batch installed was significantly off from what we selected. This was only realized after the full installation was completed. Manny and the team initially proposed ripping the floor up, but given the disruption involved (moving appliances, removing toilets, etc.), we ultimately settled on keeping the installed floor. Fast forward nine months, and we are still waiting on transition strips so the project can be considered complete. We have made multiple attempts to get this resolved. Perrysburg Flooring has since said they can't locate the strips, has asked us to re-measure ourselves, and continues to push out installation dates while citing backorders. At this point, it feels more like scrambling than follow-through, and we're not confident the strips--if they arrive--will even match the installed flooring. Overall, communication, accountability, and execution have been far from ideal. Based on our experience, I would not recommend working with Perrysburg Flooring.
