I am giving them 1 star on the merit that, I had a confirmed reservation on December 12, 2016. I got there and my reservation was non existent. I showed them my confirmation email and all they could say is we do not know why you have the confirmed reservation, its the computer. I live outside of Austin and drove an hour each way, for nothing. I even told them that and all they could do is reschedule me. I did specify in my reservation request that I would be using my Gift Certificate, wondering if I got bumped out because of this. I did asked for the manager and the receptionist said she isn't around. She called me the following day Tuesday to apologized and gave me 10% off of my service. I came and had my appointment today. Bonnie my masseurs was great! I had some left over balance on my GC, and wanted to use it for gratuity. Little did I know that I cannot use it other than products or future services. This would have been nice to know before I went in for my massage so I could use up all of my Gift card! I end up buying products I don't really want nor need due to the fact that I am not coming back there again! 1. You need a better system where yall can have an appointment reminder the day before. 2. Have a better receptionist that will tell you all the necessary things before going in for services. 3. Be friendly! They seemed like they could careless if they have customers or not. read more

I have gone to Spa Reveil for years. Literally since they opened. I think the massages that Melissa gives are top notch, but I'm not happy right now with Spa Reveil. I figured I would warn yelpers about their not so great gift card policy! Don't buy gift cards from them. I was going through my "junk drawer" at home yesterday and I found an old gift card from Spa Reveil that my husband bought me. It was pretty old - from 2010. I called the Spa to find out if there was money left on the card and their was -$200. They told me that it was expired. I told them that in 2010 I was pregnant and had been told by their staff that the spa did not offer prenatal massage so i couldn't use the gift card until after the baby was born. Well, after the baby arrived i completely forgot about the gift card. I mean come on - thats a really good reason to forget about things! My husband buys me a gift card from Spa Reveil every christmas. Plus I also go there occasionally and pay myself. So i am a recurring long term customer. The receptionist was nice and said that she would talk to the manager and owner of the spa about reinstating that $200 from 2010. She called me back today and told me that they will allow me to use $100 out of the expired $200 gift card. I said so you are KEEPING THE OTHER $100. They said YES!!! I told them that I will ask my husband to NEVER buy me a gift card there again, since they have bad gift card practices. They are KEEPING $100 of my money and not giving me a service for it. Their stated reason is "tax discrepancy". Really?? They are willing to lose a long term customer who has been with the spa since they opened over $100 and a "tax discrepancy". I understand that businesses allow gift cards to expire, but i figured since i was a long term customer that had been told by them that i couldn't use the card originally (due to my pregnancy) that they would honor it. I mean they took the money, I was supposed to receive a service for it, so give me my service. But alas, they don't see it that way. read more

This is probably one of the best spas around this area. I love coming here to unwind after a hectic day. Their lounge area is clean and relaxing. They offer water and tea. I've been here twice and have had a great experience with their masseuse. I leave this place feeling refreshed and ready to tackle anything :) definitely recommend coming here. read more

I went here with my sister to get a pedicure. In the middle of my pedicure she asked if I would like to get my nails filed while my feet soaked. I said sure. I thought it was very nice of her to do this for me. Then she continues to do sort of a mini manicure and paints my nails. She told me I needed to come back in 4 weeks b/c she said I had a nail fungus (which I went somewhere else and they said that I did not). I go to the front and find out that I got charged for a manicure! I paid over $100 for these services which I find ridiculous especially when I walked in with a pedicure appointment only. I spoke with someone there over the computer and they were going to give me 10% off any service that I would like to have for the next time. What's 10% of zero? Because I will not be going back. All I wanted was my money back. read more

I love a good massage. when they're good, they're so very good. I love getting into the zone - that blissful place between being asleep and awake, when you are ultimately, completely, effortlessly relaxed and your muscles and your mind both just surrender. give me that, and i'll gladly take care of the rest myself. I've been to spa reveil twice now for massages and have to say - when it comes time to fulfill my daydream, I will likely go poach someone from spa reveil. both of my masseuses were well skilled in the art of making me go "mmmmmmmmmmmm". yesterday's massage was with Carissa, who asked all the right questions beforehand and then delivered me into the zone, exactly as requested. bust my knots and i'll follow you anywhere. it was worth every penny (and services at spa reveil take lots of pennies). at my same visit yesterday, I was also treated to a luxurious spa pedicure. once we adjusted the water temperature (which was akin to a bubbling cauldron, initially), the pedicure was well done. my tootsies were soaked and stroked and tubbed and rubbed. very enjoyable. if I were reviewing Carissa alone, this would easily be a 5-star review. my one hesitation - and the reason for not giving 5 stars is that the polish application for my pedi was ...what's the right word here...sloppy. now, I am one who is a big pedi aficionado and i know that the polish application is just the icing on a big, deep delicious cake. however, it's the most visual result of a pedi and therefore accuracy and perfection are bold indicators of a quality job. I was not impressed to see polish where it did not belong. I have way better, more accurate, professional application done by my usual folks at the local nail salon where I pay a fraction of what we paid to spa reveil (like as in less than 50% of what spa reveil charges). so go - go for the massages, get into the zone with one of their skilled masseuses - but I would probably not blow the big bucks on a pedicure there again. read more

I've been a client of Spa Reveil for over a year now and have truly had some of the worst service in a SPA of my life. Why did you continue to go? Well I lived right across the street and had been pregnant and then a new mother in that time and convenience out weighed my need for good service plus as a resident at the Domain we get a 15% discount. I started going to them for wax's. I have a specific request to use hard wax which they have although it seemed that I had to specify that thats what I wanted when booking every appt, I also had to constantly remind them I was a Domain Resident at checkout as well. I'll just list my experiences as there are so many. After my first wax there was so much wax behind it was comical. My tech said to me since I was not working I could just take a shower after and clean up! Did she think a pregnant woman was going to take a shower hot enough to melt wax from her body? I forgot to specify that I preferred hard wax the tech didn't know how to use the hard wax so I had to get dressed and book another appointment. Came in at about 8 months pregnant and the tech wasn't notified that I was preggers and she freaked out and said she couldn't help me. Came in for a massage after baby and the masseur talked the ENTIRE time. I think since she was a mom and I had just had a baby she felt she needed to tell me every single detail about her son for an entire 60 very expensive and not so relaxing minutes. The last and final straw. For Valentines day my husband went and got me a gift card so I booked a wax, facial and massage. Unfortunately my son passed on his cold to me and by the time my appointments arrived I was a sniffling, sneezing, coughing mess. I called to rearrange my appointments they were very accommodating and let me reschedule my facial on short notice to Tuesday. Monday comes and I'm still feeling like crap I'm coughing so hard my throat is raw. So I figure I'm in no shape to be laying on my back while I'm coughing so violently I have actually almost brought myself to being sick. I call the SPA and cancel. Alls fine until about two hours later when I get a call from the SPA at 6:30pm. The receptionist proceeds to tell me that I can't cancel my apt since it was previously moved from another date and I either have to reschedule or lose my money. Umm WHAT? Did you seriously just call me and tell me your policy that A. was not explained when I moved the appointment in the first place and B. Not even offer a reasonable solution for me not to lose money! Okay but I'm leaving on a trip tomorrow for 3 weeks. EXACT WORDS sorry its our policy that the apt must be within 2 weeks so your just going to have to pay. Of course at this point my blood is boiling and ask to speak to a manager. She says she has stepped away from her desk and will call me back. I dont hear back from her and forget about until the next day but think it must have been taken care of why else would they just let my apt time go by w/o notice? At 4:30pm my appointment was at 10am I receive a call from the "manager" Terri. She proceeds to tell me that she can't do anything for me except be charged $30 from my gift card for the appointment I missed. I proceed to explain to her through my raspy no longer there voice and even start chocking while talking to her that there was no way I would have been able to get to today appointment and she says I'm sorry but I won't tolerate you arguing with me about this this is what I'm willing to do and I don't appreciate you yelling at me..HUH I can barely speak let alone yell? I continue to try and rationalize with her on how I couldn't move the apt and that if she had contacted me last night we could possibly have come to some arrangement but seeing as she is calling me 6 hours after the actual appointment was to take place its a bit late for that. Terri's response, "I'm not going to discuss the time I'm calling you so don't even bother" Does anybody else see the irony in her calling 6 hrs after the appt was meant to take place? Or that fact that she was actually stealing from me? So as I'm again trying to get it through to her the phone goes dead she hangs up! I have never experienced such total and complete disregard for customer service in my life! I actually called back and said to them keep my money I'll never come back to your SPA again and she says "OH WELL". Seriously? I will say if you must go there be sure to ask for Vanessa she is IMO the only good thing about this spa and the only reason I continued to go. read more

Well..I'm never the type to write a review..First time there I had such a wonderful experience. I was expecting the same today, I scheduled my appointment 2 weeks in advance, received their confirmation emails and texts. Confirming that I will be there even the day before. I recently moved to Belton and I am not quite familiar with the area... Since I did enjoy my previous experience, I wouldn't have mind the hour drive.. I show up to my appointment.. they tell me I have to reschedule due to a mistake made in there end. I'm usually very understanding but I was REALLY looking forward to this spa day, I've spend 2 months locked up in my home. I don't need your discounts for the inconvenience. Update - Babette the manager of Spa Reveille spoke to me after my facial. Babette has been the manager for about 3 months and she seems very intent on ensuring that the spa focuses more on customer service. She was extremely nice and apologized about the way the receptionist handled my call. The facial I had with Connie was amazing. I was lying there thinking how sad I was that I wouldn't be able to come back for another facial with her because I was so annoyed with the spa. Babette explained that she is making changes with the front desk and asked for ideas on ways things could be better. I am surprised and happy that she took the time to speak with me and also remembered my son's name because he occasionally has facials for his teenage skin. She offered to make the issue right if I would give them another chance. I am going to schedule another appt. for the end of Jan. and give them another chance. I also urge anyone who had a bad experience before Babette was manager to try Spa Reveille again. This spa is mediocre. While you are waiting for your service, you have to sit in a pretty small room, very close to others waiting for their services. I have had facials and a massage here. This spa isn't the best, but it isn't the worst either. The prices are as almost as high as some of the more luxurious spas in Austin - Lake Austin Spa and Travaasa. What I don't like is that they really push their products on you after the service and have a cancellation policy that shows their main focus is money. When making an appointment, make sure you cancel before 24 hours or you will be charged, even if the highways ice over, you get sick, or have a death in the family. I know this because I called to express concern about the weather and they told me I would be charged, even if the roads were icy. When I asked what would happen if the aesthetician couldn't make it to work, the receptionist said - then we won't charge you-. I asked about illness and death and was told that it was still their policy. I was more than willing to reschedule, but was told they were going to charge me and then when I came in, I wouldn't have to pay. So why don't they just pre- charge everyone for their services? I understand why they do it, but the spa isn't nice enough to warrant this kind of policy. I have had just as great services at Woodhouse, Aziz and Renew Spa in Georgetown. With so much competition, Spa Reveille should consider taking their client's situations case by case, rather than generalizing them all. I have been a steady client of this spa, but felt I was treated rudely the minute they thought they wouldn't get any money from me. They did get one more facial from me because I drove from the hill country in freezing weather to get it, but they won't get another one. I will simply go to other day spas who don't have this policy and talk to me like I am a valued client instead of a service charge. read more

So this is a double review for me and my sister. My sister would give one star only because you have to, and I would give 5 starts. I was going to give 3, but after talking to the manager I'm going to give 2. I would also like to note that I've been in the hair industry here in Austin for 10 years, so its very rare I give a bad review on any spa or hair services. I just know what customer service is supposed to be like. Lets start with the good. I saw Renee for my brazilian and she was amazing. She was friendly, made me feel comfortable in the uncomfortable situation, talked to me, and did an amazing job getting everything. I'm very impressed with the work and she got everything. I was offered water after my service and told I could sit and have coffee or tea if I liked while I waited on my sister. A 5 star experience and what I would expect from a spa in the domain. If you're ever going to go there I recommend her all the way! Then there's my sisters experience. After we were done we ran into each other in the bathroom. I asked how it was and she says, "it was alright. She made me feel dirty" I asked how so? and she responds with, "she kept saying how it looked like I never took care of myself down there, and how unruly it was, and like I've never done anything to it before. I don't know, I just felt dirty. Embarrassed that I let it go longer than usual" (she just had a baby 7 weeks ago. Things get crazy during pregnancy) I asked if she wanted me to say anything and she said no. Then when she got home she called me. Not only was all that said, Connie didn't get everything. Didn't get the back side at all, as in just didn't do it, and then missed spots and my sister just wasn't happy. Sad. She didn't even want to call. I insisted because her whole experience was terrible and I felt that the manager needed to be notified. So I talk to the manager. Altho polite, I can tell when someone is apologizing for something just to keep up the "customer is right" thing. I tell her about the differences in experiences and she interrupts me and says, "Connie does all my skin work and she tells me my pores are big and I have wrinkles, thats just Connie you either like her or you don't" Cool, but I would assume that a manager and an employee would be friendly like that. Then tells me the difference in experiences was because Renee went above and beyond. So now I feel like she is defending Connie for her lack of customer service by saying Renee just did too much? All she did was be friendly and offer me water afterwards. As for the actual service she was shocked that Connie didn't get everything. Then tells me, almost scolding, that my sister should have said something while there, and that I shouldn't have called, my sister should have. True. And I agree to a point, but my sister didn't even wanna call. She just wasn't going to go back. The sad part is we bought a groupon to the spa because our original esthetician flaked on us and we are in a search for a new one. The groupon seemed like a good way to try a new place out. My sister feels like she was treated differently because she was a groupon. This was our experience, hopefully others have better ones. Like I said, I loved Renee. read more

My fiancé and I made an appointment for 1 hour Swedish massage. There are no couple package for just a Swedish massage. The massages were great, but when it came to paying- we were told because we bought a couples spa package, we couldn't use the Yelp discount -10% discount Mon-Thur for checking in on Yelp. We didn't buy a spa package. None of the couple spa packages met our needs. So then 'Rachelle' at front desk says, we can't use the discount because we used a couple massage room. The Spa Reveil is a welcome oasis for two business people who are always tooo busy pamper themselves. This place is simply amazing!

There is a heaven and it's called Spa Reveil. My husband bought me a "spa day" and I finally got around to taking advantage of it today as a birthday treat. It included a body scrub and vichy shower, a 1-hour massage, lunch, a 1-hour facial and a pedicure. The facilities automatically put you in a calmer mood w/ peaceful music being piped throughout and water features at every corner. Bathrooms are complete with steam room, lockers, fluffy terry robes and cushy slippers, and showers as well as a bathroom counter filled with yummy all-natural products. The fact that everything they use is completely natural: sulfate and paraben-free, was a big plus that I wasn't previously aware of. Susan Deibert did my scrub, shower, and massage and I don't know that I've ever been that relaxed in my life. The water softly flowing all over you in combination with a full-body scrub made me feel like Cleopatra or some other ancient princess. I was curious about the draping and getting on/off the table situation, but Susan takes great care with every detail to make your experience that much more luxurious and comfortable for even the body-conscious types. I was also slightly concerned that the massage would surpass my standards, since I am a (newly licensed) massage therapist and we can be a bit more picky. Susan blew me away. I cannot stress how fluid and detailed she is. She even added a heatpack to my neck after I turned over as I mentioned having issues w/ my levator scapula from recently starting to work at a computer all day. After completing the front of my body, removed the heat pack and did some lovely neck stretches combined with compression with such fluidity that my head did not feel attached to my body because I had completely let go of it. Esther Lenk picked me up after a delicious little lunch that was brought to me in the relaxation room from the The Steeping Room. She completed the first facial I have ever received with an accurate assessment of my skin type, all kind of all-natural lovely-smelling creams, masks, steam, aromatherapy, hot towels...I was pretty out of it by that point. She did a lymphatic drainage massage and then more traditional massage of my face, neck, arms, and hands. She was just as skilled at massage as Susan. She also went to town on the nests of blackheads on my nose and chin as requested. Unfortunately, I wasn't in a state to afford some of the products she suggested I used, as much as I wanted them. Both Susan and Esther are graduates of Lauterstein-Conway, which made the experience that much more enjoyable as I am a graduate of the school and have a special place in my heart for it. I don't remember the young woman's name who did my pedicure, but by the time I got to her, I was a walking tub of jelly. She gave me wonderful pedicure and I guess my only complaint would be that they didn't have a huge selection of polish, but she mentioned several times that they would be getting more. They used all-natural polishes called Zoya which had no smell whatsoever and that was pleasant. I probably wouldn't go back just for the pedicure, but it was a very delightful end to my spa day complete with pleasant conversation, massage chair, and neon pink polish! I can't claim to be a spa expert, but my experience at Spa Reveil was above and beyond my expectations. And with everything they included, it was more than worth what it cost. read more

Not impressed! When we got there, the ladies locker room was being cleaned and smelled like chemicals. It was 10am so this is something that clearly should have been done prior to guests arrival. We then found out that the steam room was out of order and so we had to shuffle back and forth to the one in the men's locker room. I have to say the massage was very good but my relaxation was over when I had to take a cold shower b/c there was no hot water. Maybe I am spoiled living in California where some of the best spas reside, this spa would be shut down in a week with this kind of service. read more

I went to Spa Reveil for a lovely spa day for a bridal shower. I had the most incredible massage by Brandi Schultz! She was fantastic!! I get about 2-3 massages a year, but hardly enjoy them as I have tons of knots in my back so it feels like Chinese torture instead of relaxation. I always tell my massage therapist that I want medium pressure and the goal is to relax. Brandi listened and gave me exactly that! I booked my next massage for August and plan to come back to see her mthly/quarterly + recommend her to all my friends. Thank you!!! read more

Im torn between starts. i give the overall facility a 4 star, overall therapist 1 star, and overall experience 3 stars. so i averaged that with 2 stars calling to book i got hung up on twice. once a girl answered "hello?" and i had to say um is this spa reveal? and she hung up. second i just got a pick up and nothing. hmmm? not so great of a start. dressing room was nice. they explained where everything was and how to use the lockers. however when 3 or 4 people were in there trying to shower and change and whatnot it was very tight space with no place to sit. steam room, nice amenity BUT granite, tile and glass light fixtures?? a condensation NIGHTMARE! you have to sit in pools of cold wet puddles on the marble bench while the room heats up( which took about 7 or so mins) and then it rains condensation all over your head the entire time. they put wood in steam rooms for a reason! it wasn't near as enjoyable as it should have been. waiting area was really nice. i was comfortable and relaxed and happy. several times the employees offered me a variety of drinks. BUT whats with no champagne? i know you can't have alcohol before a massage, but geez i was there for a full spa day....at the end of my day it would have been nice if i could enjoy a glass of bubbly or even wine with my pedi. thats 5star spa. now for the doozie.....the therapist (which make or break an experience) i will say that the three therapist i saw were nice, and greeted me well, but lacked the skill level for the price and atmosphere. each of my four services (scrub, massage, facial, pedi) seemed so rushed and quick that i felt more like a burden to them than a client. they each moved so dang fast during the service that it was hard for me to relax, instead i was wondering, hmm are they mad? are they running late? why are the moving so fast??! the massage made my muscles a little less tense, but the bedside manor was missing. she was throwing me around like a rag doll. she also massages my scalp (with entirely too much pressure) and then went straight to my face without sanitizing her hands. the facialist did plain circles all over my face and was incredibly boring in her movements. didn't talk to me about my skin or recommend anything. she also massage my shoulders and scalp then when straight to my face without cleansing her hands. if you think about that you will understand how disgusting that is, now all my body oils and scalp oils were being pressed into my face. the pedicurist was nice and talked to me at least, since the others were silent and just seemed pissed off, but still was so rushed that i felt like i was just in her way. and my paint job wasn't the best I've had. overall when i got home i felt relaxed because i didn't have to do anything for 5 hours, but also felt sticky from all the lotions and oils, and my face literally was peeling oily residue. Trust me I'm an oil loving person, i love to be moisturized soft, but even after a body scrub and facial i just felt dirty and greased up. not to mention my face that was touched with unsanitized hands. so i instantly took a shower. not really the feeling you should have after leaving a spa. overall, i really wanted to like them, but meh. dont think ill be going back. read more

I left this spa feeling more stressed out than when I walked in. I was one of two bridesmaids that accompanied our bride to be here the day before the wedding. We got a bridal package for a 60 minute massage, a manicure, and a pedicure for $160. When we first walked in they instantly separated me from the other two so I could get my nails done while they got their massages, which is fine, I understand scheduling and how important it is for a business. When I got to the nail salon, I was told that they were not aware we changed our reservation to get gel manicures. The woman I had was extremely accommodating and had another coworker help her so we could be as close to on time as we could since it would take longer to do gel. She was very comforting and my nails came out great! I then got upstairs for my massage. It was fairly average as far as massages go. When I came out I realized I only got less than 45 minutes rather than the hour that I was paying for! I ended up sitting around for 45 minutes waiting for the rest of the bridal party to finish. At the front desk as we were paying, I brought up the issue. I was told that they had to cut my massage down because the nails went over on time. However if I'm paying for a service I expect that service! They told me since I had shellac on my nails that they had to take off it went into my massage time and it was my fault for not being prepared for them to take the shellac off (even though they charged me an EXTRA $10 to take it off, on top of the $20 extra they charge to paint with shellac polish!). Clearly just to shut me up, they said they'd take 10% off, which they only ended up taking 5% off, and it got added back on for a tip. I ended up spending $190 (more than the other two girls) and did not get the full services I paid for. Also, I want to point out for the $30 extra charge on top of the included manicure to get gels, I could have gotten a full service gel manicure anywhere else in Austin. If you want an amazing dermaplaning treatment, you must schedule an appointment with Carolyn - I have had dermaplaning in the past, but none compare to what you receive when you go to Carolyn. She has set the bar high and as of yet none compare to the attention to detail she uses. She takes her time and treats you as if it were her own skin. I always leave there with glowing, amazing skin! First time here after waking by it a million times. Started with a mini facial that was enjoyable then moved on to the best part of the whole place...the Vichy bath! That was the most incredible bath I've ever had! It is nothing short of incredible. The lounge area between treatments was nice but didn't feel as spa like as it could be I think. Ended the day with a great massage. They offer a great little area with snacks and drinks. Dressing room is very small but otherwise very nice spa. Staff is very friendly. Fantastic massage with Carissa! The service was exactly what I wanted and needed. I used an online deal to try them out but would pay the full price. Very reasonable considering the quality and facilities. Loved using the beautiful steam room as well! The only reason I'm not giving 5-stars is because they didn't check on shoe/robe size at check-in and I had to go hunt someone down for help and they also got a little behind on locker cleanup so there were used towels everywhere by the time I left. My bestie took me here for a bday pedicure - great service, lovely massage chairs, definitely an upscale experience. I usually frequent a cheaper, strip mall kind of pedicure joint where the line of chairs makes me feel a bit like I'm on an assembly line - this spa is comfortable, relaxing, and the mani/pedi room is small and intimate. I was in town and needed a massage and pedicure. i am usually very picky about my massage and rather not go to a spa. i used to think that spas were more about the environment and less about the massage service. Amber totally changed my perception! i would go to her every week if I lived in town. I do come visit often and even learned there is a couples retreat to try. i cant wait to go back. read more

I had a Pure Bliss spa package that included: - Vichy espresso which was amazing with Melony - Relaxing massage with Melony - Awesome facial with Tara - Hammam - Wow this was great Staff was very polite and accommodating. You're allowed to take your time and never at any time feel rushed. This is a great place to experience a SPA package. I highly recommend every bride/groom to be to experience a Vichy. If you were to have just one of these treatments by themselves, the price is over the top. read more

My wonderful husband booked a full day of beauty for my best friend and I. The day stated off great with the first treatment but my therapist continued to over share. It was so much personal information it really was not relaxing. Included in the full day was lunch but no one ever told us we had to order. So we were there for 7 + hours and the only snacks were peanuts and pretzels. The facial was nice she was very professional. We moved on to pedicures and they told us about the lunch but never said we could order. My nail tech talked way to much and got distracted a lot. My nails look terrible. My cuticles look terrible. The polish already looks grown out and I just had them done yesterday. Our services were close to 900.00!! It's so much money to not have a great experience. As we were leaving the female at the front asked how everything was and I told her about the lunch. No apology. No acknowledgement. My husband had taken care of the bill yet she asked me how I wanted to pay. I had to have her look in the computer so she could see it was taken care of. I am throughly disappointed in the whole experience and will not recommend this spa. read more

I had a great time at Spa Reveil. I did the Pure Bliss treatment. (Description: Relax with a soothing experience of body washing, scrubbing and Vichy rinse in Spa Réveil's moroccan bath. Then treat yourself to a Spa Réveil swedish or deep tissue massage followed by the revitalizing Spa Réveil pure results facial. Complete your experience with pre-treatment hydration in the hammam and your favorite beverage in the luxurious sanctuary lounge.) Everything was wonderful from start to finish. Susan D. did my vichy bath and massage. She did an excellent job of making me feel comfortable and relaxed. Jacqueline did my facial. She was very knowledgeable about skin care and my needs. She was not trying to "up sell" me on the spa's products. She made suggestions for other (less expensive) products if I didn't want to spend too much. The steam room was closed because of chipped glass on the door, but they welcomed me back anytime to enjoy it in the future. The locker rooms were very nice and the lady who keeps them clean was very sweet and accommodating. She brought me a comb because I didn't bring one. Of course it was wrapped in plastic and I got to keep it. The spa has pretty much everything you need following your appointment to continue with your day. (Although I forgot to bring deodorant, luckily I had some in my car.) I am very thankful to the BF for the gift certificate to go. I will definitely go back again! read more

This was one of the best massages I've ever received.... I have spent so much money on deep tissue massages because I have lots of knots... This woman not only listened to my request and made my experience individualized but was able to find knots and tension other therapist are afraid or simply neglect to address... They have a steam room, showers, a lounge they call the sanctuary I believe as well as complimentary yea, coffee, hot chocolate and fruit infused water. I'm not from the area but when I return I would definitely visit them again (of course with the same therapist). I highly recommend this place!! Some say it's pricey but it is worth every penny! read more
