The person waxing me, Desiree, was meticulous and did not leave one piece of hair behind. She used the hard wax and it was perfect my skin. When you are done they add a cooling serum and glycolic acid serum. Also, since she used the hard wax, there was not that sticky after wax feeling! The employee did a deep scalp cleaning, water therapy, head massage, shoulder and neck meridian, shampooing, nourishing hair and blow dry.​ The treatment took about 30 minutes and I felt so relaxed after. My hair felt very clean and soft and looked more shiny and healthy. After getting dressed, I checked out, paid and tipped with my credit card which has a 3% surcharge. We started with a pedicure then right to my nails. The tech told me I needed a new set. Ok, sure. I'm happy with starting fresh. Well, how is it possible that I got both a manicure and a full set in an hour and 15 minutes, was charged $185 and it's three days later and I already have 4 nails lifting?! I went there because where I normally go had to cancel all of their appointments for an emergency and I needed my nails fixed ASAP. Never again.
