Carolyn was meticulous in getting them just so and talked to me to see what I wanted them to look like, short, long, how thick and how to care for them. She took care to tell me how much my eyelashes could handle because nobody wants broken eyelashes and I wanted lots! I settled for the shorter lighter ones. She recommended a serum to help my eyelashes grow stronger which they seem to be doing after only 3 weeks! I also got acrylic nail polish done by Denise. She did a great job. It's the second time she's done them and they lasted a good 2 1/2 weeks and only then I got tiny chip on my thumb and I certainly did not baby them! They both were a lot of fun too. They were able to answer any questions I had about the eminence products used, and customized my facial according to whether or not I was going out after or going home (ie. redness, shine, etc.). Unfortunately the esthetician and owner, Kim, was sick that day but had missed contacting me to let me know she couldn't be there. She felt bad for not letting me know and offered to reschedule my appointment free of charge. I went for my waxing appointment yesterday and it was great! Kim was very personable and made the experience very pleasant (as pleasant as waxing can be) and did a very good job. I would definitely recommend this place and it's services. Thanks ladies!
