The studio was super clean, and they have personal washrooms/ change rooms to use. The treatment room and linens were also clean and organized. The location was relatively quiet and there was soft music playing to assist with dulling sounds from outside. Linda did a great job! She was very friendly and was concerned throughout whether the pressure was too much or too little. There were two other therapists there and this must have contributed to the lack of interruptions. I felt like she was totally dedicated to me for the hour and I'll be back. Great job Linda!

Another plus was the ladies weren't pushing to sell the service, they really wanted your business, but they were very professional about it. The location is really convenient - right downtown St. Albert. It's in the professional building (think - Cajun House) on the second floor. They are nice and big which is nice - I hate feeling cramped. But they are very bright. The blinds stay open, which lets in a lot of natural light (don't worry, the windows are dark so nobody outside can see in), but it leaves it much too bright and I felt a little exposed. The massage was very good though. She asked the right questions and checked in on me throughout to make sure the pressure was not too much. Prices are reasonable and the staff are all very friendly.
