I also asked if I could get screens from them. I was told they needed to take the balance bar and the screen and would return it within a week. it's been almost two weeks and I called to find out what happened this time. I was told the balance bars would cost twice as much as I had been quoted and if I want my property back I could come pick it up or wait until they come to my area. I called numerous companies to find out about balance bars, Everyone was less expensive for the glass repair and the balance bars. I suggest checking other companies first try to find someone honest.

Went to their shop, and they were so knowledgeable and informative enabling us to make the best decision for our shower door. They installed timely, communicated well, and did an impeccable job. We purchased the Shower Guard warranty (which is a different company from Buffalo Glass, but warranty is offered through Buffalo Glass) and within a month we realized one of the shower glass panels was spotting in one area even though we had it treated to prevent water spots. We called Buffalo Glass to let them know, and they came out immediately and confirmed that there were water spots that should have been prevented by the Shower Guard. So they contacted Shower Guard on our behalf and the warranty allowed us to replace the shower door that evidently had an untreated spot. He was out the same day I called to inquire about their work, and schedule. This made me very happy because from the start AJ's glass was very responsive, kind and courteous. We were selling the house, and we had a two week deadline to when the buyer wanted to do another walkthrough to see all the new windows. After taking measurements Logan said the solex/clear glass would take two weeks to get in. After a week I inquired with AJ what the delivery of the glass looked like. He was hard at work trying to find other vendors that had the glass that matched the rest of the glass in our house because he knew of our deadline. They ended up getting the glass just shy of two weeks, and they had it cut and ready to go within 2 days.
