Unfortunately, the rainy Houston weather totaled my newer car, so I started searching for another Toyota Crown. I had my preferences, especially for a white pearl finish, and came across a 2025 Toyota Crown listed as corporate-used with only 910 miles and Toyota Gold Certified. It wasn't the Windchill Pearl color like my previous 2023 Crown, but it had great upgrades, a beautiful finish, and the dark interior I wanted. I inquired online and was quickly contacted by Marcus Stewart in sales. Knowing the car might sell fast, my dad and I headed to Space City Toyota (formerly Tejas Toyota off 59 in Humble). While the dealership was easy to find, the correct entrance was a bit confusing--sales is further down, near the end. Inside, the Space City theme was fun, and the open lobby had a few vehicles on display. After checking in for my noon appointment, Marcus greeted us after a short wait and brought the car around for a test drive. I loved it. I'm a creature of habit and felt at home driving it, especially since my last car lasted 20 years. We negotiated for a while, and I opted to finance through a credit union for a better rate. Unfortunately, the finance manager, Edward Rodriguez, wasn't very personable and gave me a bill of sale with incorrect numbers, raising the price. Thankfully, Marcus corrected it quickly while I was already at the credit union. I won't buy a car unless the numbers match, so double-check everything--especially in financing. Even the credit union had to follow up for clarification. When I returned to sign paperwork the next day, everything was saved onto a USB drive instead of printed, which I found efficient, as long as you don't lose it. The entire process (test drive and negotiations) took about 5 hours. I noticed a small scratch on the passenger door, and Marcus had a paint pen in the exact color mailed to me free of charge. However, it took the full 6 weeks to receive my plates and registration, something I had to follow up on with both the dealership and the Texas DMV. Also, the detailing was rushed. They cleaned only some of what I pointed out. Once my app connected to the car, I saw the tires were significantly overinflated, likely from transport. I visited Firestone to fix it and noticed an unusual psi reading in one tire. It was a small needle leak which I patched at Discount Tire in The Heights. Please check your tire pressure before leaving the dealership. It's important for safety. Marcus stayed responsive throughout the process and answered all my questions. He even helped my dad, who was also car shopping. A few months later, my dad purchased a stunning 2025 hybrid Sienna in pearl white with just 10 miles on it. Marcus even called to thank me for the referral. While my experience wasn't perfect, especially in the finance and detailing departments, Marcus truly made the difference. I've dealt with several Toyota dealerships in Houston (Fred Haas, Joe Meyer, Don McGill, etc.), and Marcus' service stood out. If you're shopping at Space City Toyota, ask for Marcus Stewart. He's the reason I'm giving this location 3 stars--they had the car I wanted, and Marcus provided exceptional customer service.

Noah was amazing. I've been to this location before the name change and they've never offered me a loaner. This was the best service I had here. It was a true pleasure doing business and I will definitely come back for service on my Toyota. I walked and was immediately taking care of which is highly appreciated in our busy lifestyles.

Always get great service when bringing in my 2025 Camry. Only complain would be they are not reporting my service to car fax which could effect my resale i'm already looking into getting the 2026

Well after complaining I finally got the title & registration! I'm still waiting on my plates since Oregon has to make the Disabled Veteran plates but I got a temporary Oregon plate to last me until my real plates come in! Not only that but the dealer admitted their fault with not being transparent & not keeping me updated or my lien holder updated on the title & registration. They personally walked the temporary tags & registration to my mothers house & gave me $200 worth in gift certificates which covered the cost of them using the 3rd party to do my titling & registration in Oregon. It's sad it had to get to the point where I had to report them to the DMV & BBB plus put them on blast with reviews for the general manager to get involved (while still being a bit rude to me) & make their titling department do their job but I'm happy it's pretty much resolved & I'm now able to drive up to Oregon! I'd suggest if you buy from them that you title it in Texas. They are not great with out of state titling & registration.

He did not greet me, he was not customer service friendly, he did not try to help, he did not look me up in the system. He was a very condescending and unreasonably rude. Edgar from the service department was definitely helpful. He has great customer service and great listening skills. Don't have to take my word for it, check them out yourself.

I took my Tahoe in yesterday for it's first oil change. We are preparing for a weeklong road trip and I wanted to make sure the car was ready for it. They noticed two recalls and said they could have it scheduled for next week. When I mentioned we were leaving for a road trip the next day, Henry found a way to get the oil change, tires rotated, and recalls fixed on the same day. He called afterwards to let me know it was ready and I told him I would come by to pick it up. I realized later that I wouldn't be able to make it and left a voicemail for him telling him I'd pick it up in the morning. I picked it up a few minutes ago and found out he didn't receive my message, but waited 10 minutes after closing for me to arrive. He didn't have to do that, but he did. Thanks for going above and beyond and providing excellent customer service!

If you contact the service department, expect to spend 20 minutes to half an hour on hold just to be able to speak to somebody. You'll be passed around like a bad cold. Bought a brand new Chevy suburban in for service because it just stopped driving on the freeway, shifting into neutral. They said this is a problem that happens periodically????? I had to coast off the freeway. Took them a month to replace the engine, which they said was the primary malfunctioning part(????). During the time they lent me two Silverado's, neither of which operated efficiently. The first one appeared to shut off periodically, so you could not accelerate. The solution was to turn off the engine to restart it. I've never seen anything quite like it. The second one has so many electronic glitches it's not funny - both brand new Silverados. THEY SCAM PEOPLE!!…read more We took my car in here to get a tune up. They called to tell us that my spark plugs are seized and I had coolant leak going into the engine head which can cause corrosion inside and messed up my engine head. Keep in mind my car was up-kept in all maintenance and my check engine light just came on, so this was odd. I've had no signs my car was not running properly They said I need a whole new engine and quoted us $14,000! Then offer to buy my car for only $5000 and try to get us to buy a new car from them. I try to look at all options, I was pretty upset and confused on how this happened. They basically told me my car can blow up anytime. While we looked into buying another car, they dare ask me " do you need to sell that car?" Like you want me to buy a new car and keep making payments on the one you just told me would blow up on me and my kids anytime? I just had a newborn that's not even a week old. Which they knew and still tried to scam us. I could not afford to pay for a new engine or really buy a new car. Finally, we decide to take my car to another maintenance shop and tell them what was told to us by ford. The owner of this shop was very confused and said that doesn't make any sense. He takes a look at my car and was able to switch out my spark plugs, coil packs, and topped off my coolent. ALL IN A DAY! Nothing was wrong with my engine like Ford told us. They were trying to scam us out of $14000! Or possibly even more if they would gotten the sale on us for new car plus causing me to be $10000 upside down on my payments because they wanted to buy my car for only $5000. (Which apparently would blow up anytime") probably to turn around and sell it for so much more. To do this to people is absolutely insane and disgusting. You saw a person who just had a baby and tried to exploit them. Do not go here for anything.

I live in California, but I didn't want to fly into Texas to buy the car and drive it back. I was very nervous & apprehensive about buying a car sight unseen. My experience could've started off better. I was interested in this car and several other cars at various lots across the country. They dropped the price of this car from 23k to 21k, and that was the push I needed to start the negotiations. Once I was alerted about the price drop, I emailed the sales rep who had been contacting me to ask what the total price out the door was. I knew I wouldn't have to pay tax until I brought the car to California. The sales rep emailed me back with a quote of 23k+. I was confused because the price had literally just been dropped to 21k the day before. I wrote an e-mail back asking for an itemized price sheet and my email went unanswered. At this point, I was about to lose interest in this car and start pursuing other deals. I decided to place one more call to the dealership to get some clarity on the price. I spoke to Edwin, he listened to my concern, and the following day I was contacted by a salesman, Brandon R. It was annoying being bounced around, but in hindsight, I'm happy they assigned Brandon as my salesman. I don't need to be "sold" on a car. I know what I want, and I was willing to pay the asking price after the price drop. What I needed was an honest salesman who would not bullshit me about the condition of the car just to make a sale. I understand that a used car will not be perfect, but I do not want to give them 21k cash and then find out later they were hiding defects from me. Brandon was very reassuring, and he sent me pictures of tiny defects like a scratch on the leather seats, minor instance of curb rash on one of the wheels, etc. I REALLY appreciated him doing this. This proved to me that he was honest. I have hired over 500 salesmen in my life, what the bad salesmen fail to understand is that honesty is the best policy. If the buyer feels like they can trust you, they are more willing to accept minor defects on a car or whatever it is you're selling. Throughout the process, Brandon was there when I needed something answered. It rarely took him more than an hour to get back to me, even on his off days. I had his cell # and was able to text/call him anytime I had a question. He did not write me off, he genuinely wanted to make the sale, and do it the right way, so I had no reservations buying from him. When my car came in, it was in really good condition, and I was happy with my buying decision. I am going to send Brandon a thank you gift for doing such a great job. I cannot comment on anything regarding this business except for the salesman I worked with, but there is no doubt in my mind that he deserves 5 stars for his work on this sale.
