Saw a nice truck online decided to drive an hour to come see the truck. Walked in and was greeted, I asked to test drive the truck, but instead of behind handed the keys I was asked if I had the money for the truck to buy it outright for $31,000, or if I had a accepted auto loan. Who the hell asks that? First of all if I have the money I will buy it, 2nd you do not ask a potential customer if they have the money, 3rd I'm not buying any of your vehicles without test driving it And 4th that mom and pop shop does not do in house financing? That's the most shadiest thing ever Is one that does not do it and wants their vehicles bought outright, 5th the truck isn't even worth 31k it's worth 21k. I know my vehicle, I'm a mechani. I was looking for a car and I saw his ad on the Craigslist Houston, the picture and condition of the car he has posted and listed was in mint condition. "Photo Shop maybe". So i decide to waste my weekend to go out to the location and thinking that I will buy a car. When I arrive with my family in toll there was no one in the parking lot, and when we started to walk around a man came up and just said can I help you not even a smile. what a salesman "NOT". I ask him about a particular car that I was looking for and all he said was out by the front in the next lot and walked off. Then finally some one came by and just drop off the key and it is not even the same guy that I spoke to in the first place. So I got the key and before I even open the door I notice the car as all dirty scratch up, all the door seals are messed up, the inside of the car is very dirty, the rotor are all rusted. Nothing like the pictures that was listed on the craigslist. So I took a look inside the car the inside under the dash has wires all hang out and looks like some one just broke into the car and hot wire the car. Again none of this was mention and in the picture. But I still want to start the car and see what happen, so I turn the key and nothing. The battery is dead. So there was no testing of anything. But where is the salesman? nowhere insight to ask any questions. So I have to walk back to the office and hand them the keys back, and there was two salesman sitting and chatting about something, they ask me how was the car? I told them it didn't even start and they looked like "Oh Well", very nonchalant about it and said maybe the battery is dead. How can you tell a customer to test or start the car when the battery is dead. They are still looking for a lots of money for the car and they said that, well the car is so many years old so it is not going to be very pretty. But the car was not even close to the listing that they have on advertising. "So Buyer beware" I will never go or recommend this Dealership that is what they call it to anyone. read more

Great smaller dealer, thats family owned. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I worked primary with Raja. They made coming in and looking/test drive easy and with very little waiting. I feel these guys are more personal since they are a smaller vs the big lots. You even get help a faster to questions etc.. Whats best is its no pressure buying or hassle. Other big lots are using call centers now and the people know nothing about cars and what they are selling. Raja on the other hand can answer your questions well. I was looking for an Mercedes SL 500 in good condition and found one here through Car Gurus. The dealership has a very authentic feel with no b/s which I appreciated. They seem to get their cars from auctions but in good condition with good carfax. The SL drove great and barely had a scratch. I bought the car on my next visit and all the people in the office worked as a team to get my deal done quickly. STAY AWAY FROM FALL CREEK MOTORS I bought the White 2006 Lexus GS 430 (that is still listed on Fall Creeks website) When I test drove it the low tire light was on and when I inquired I was told by FRED that it was just a "low tire" and air would fix it. However a trip to Discount Tire on the same evening that I purchased the car confirmed that I needed 4 new tire monitoring sensors at $75 a piece. I called FRED to inform him (thinking surely he would meet me halfway on the expense ) since I had just driven off his car lot less than an one hour ago, but I was told in a dismissive tone that the car was "As Is." Ok so I swallowed the $300 for new tire monitoring sensor. The very next week I started to hear a "metal on metal" noise from the front end, especially as I drove over speed bumps and made turns. I took it to our trusted mechanic and was informed that basically the entire front end suspension was wore out i.e. strut mounts, stabilizer links, control arms, and sway bar links, this repair all rang out to the tune of $2000 dollars. Again I contacted Fred (even sent him a copy of the bill) but you guess it I haven't heard from him, and its been a month now. Fall Creek Motors in Humble, TX comes off as a friendly family owned business who only sells great pre-owned cars when in reality they buy functionally wore out inventory that is clean in appearance. I want call Fred again it is obvious that he is not going to return my calls or text messages. LISTEN to me when I say no matter how clean or what their supposed Carfax says about their inventory run as fast as you can from these guys. If you buy from them chances are you will get a piece of junk and there will be absolutely no service after the sale ( and it seems not even a return phone call when you need to talk with them ). This is a true case of Caveat Emptor!!! STAY AWAY!! read more

I saw this beautiful 02 540 on line and spoke to Raja, he invited me for a test drive. We'll I drove 800 miles for this car as I had been looking around but none were on excellent condition nor with the options I was looking for. When I arrived to the dealer I took it for a test drive I worked flawless I purchased it and got a great price on it. I had car trouble when I drove off the lot and I called Raja en promptly sent over a tech and fixed it immediately. I was surprised he fully supported me even after I drove of the lot ad sent his techs to my hotel. I would highly recommend Fallcreek for a one owner quality used luxury vehicle. They have a huge inventory of Bimmers that are in excellent condition .
