As for the ACTUAL Onward service (wifi), when it works it's good. However, I am disappointed with the lack of range as it relates to the connectivity (wifi). I have gotten some improvement by using the app to "prioritize devices." I expected better as I purchased the highest quality option though. Hopefully this improves.

The facts are as follows: 1- The boxes are the exact same equipment that I installed & serviced in 2007 and NO ADVANCEMENTS HAVE BEEN MADE. 2- The interactive so called features are feeble & pathetic. 3- YES the DVR still incorporates a "copy to VCR" function. The recording space is roughly one third of that offered by Direct TV and Verizon for example. 4- The WIFI is unreliable as well. 5- Ironically Charter is only a few bucks cheaper than their competitors while their product is years behind. 6- AND last but not least Charter does not even offer NBA TV, LEAGUE PASS OR ANY SPORTS PACKAGES WHATSOEVER. Their response was basically if you want local West Covina because that's where you live get the box back and you can access your city's feed. So pretty much screw you customers, we don't care. With all the technology there is and with all the money spectrum gets from its customers you mean to tell me there is no way to provide this basic service to customers.

I was charged on my credit card, which I used on the new order, and again on my monthly bill. I didn't want insurance. I told the lady this like ten times. She brings her I assume manager into the conversation who immediately starts with "I heard you don't want the insurance?". Just let me buy this phone and leave, I don't want your insurance. Then my hotspot wasn't activated on my new phone, which I would have expected to be transferred from my old phone. Why else does this process take so long? I already dread the next time I have to go into a Verizon store.

I was required to visit the store multiple times due to problems with your credit check system. Each visit lasted approximately 3-4 hours, often with my children present, resulting in significant inconvenience and loss of time. After finally completing the transfer and purchasing new devices, I immediately began experiencing service issues. One of my lines has been consistently unreliable and frequently non-functional. I was repeatedly told that the issue was due to being "stuck in porting" between Verizon and T-Mobile and advised to turn my phone on and off, which did not resolve the issue. Despite multiple attempts to resolve this--including spending an entire day in-store from 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM--the problem remains unresolved. During this time, the level of service I received was extremely poor, and I was even disconnected during a call with customer service. I visited Apple for a diagnostic check. I was informed that my device is functioning properly, and the issue is related to Verizon's service. The diagnostic results indicate that one of my lines has been out of service approximately 76% of the time over the past two weeks.
