As for the ACTUAL Onward service (wifi), when it works it's good. However, I am disappointed with the lack of range as it relates to the connectivity (wifi). I have gotten some improvement by using the app to "prioritize devices." I expected better as I purchased the highest quality option though. Hopefully this improves.

Their response was basically if you want local West Covina because that's where you live get the box back and you can access your city's feed. So pretty much screw you customers, we don't care. With all the technology there is and with all the money spectrum gets from its customers you mean to tell me there is no way to provide this basic service to customers.

We had been to this location before and had a wonderful experience, and once again, they did not disappoint. This particular visit, however, I have to recognize an amazing young man named Jason. I can honestly say I have rarely experienced this level of customer service. Jason was incredibly kind, patient, knowledgeable, and professional. We came in with a very complicated situation involving multiple phones and moving lines from one business account to another. After spending time trying to work through everything with Verizon's 800 number, it had become so confusing and frustrating that we were seriously considering giving up and moving to another carrier--which we really did not want to do because we've been happy with Verizon. Jason stepped in and patiently walked us through the entire process. It took several hours to get everything straightened out, and he never once made us feel rushed or like we were an inconvenience. He remained patient, professional, and genuinely kind the entire time. Without his help, I truly don't think we would have been able to get everything figured out. Jason was exceptional. We were told he primarily works at the Eastvale location, and we will gladly make the drive there the next time we need help with our phones or Verizon service. I was having trouble understanding what exactly the automated line was asking for. I went to ask for assistance and there was a short, bald man who's attention I got. He quickly prompted me for my phone, dialed the # for me and walked away. Needless to say I felt completely dismissed. Granted, I understand they were busy at the moment, & still I am also a customer who made an appointment. Adriel originally was going to help me and my family and was checking in with us, however only AFTER we were able to connect with corporate. I appreciate him checking in, however at that point I was already getting assistance on the phone. The lady on the corporate line, once I finally connected was x10 more helpful. Never coming here again. I should have checked the ratings on the store before I made an appointment so that is my fault. Will be upgrading my devices at a different location.
