I actually live in Upland, but after having such a poor experience at a Verizon store closer to home, I decided to make the drive to the Verizon at Victoria Gardens. We had been to this location before and had a wonderful experience, and once again, they did not disappoint. This particular visit, however, I have to recognize an amazing young man named Jason. I can honestly say I have rarely experienced this level of customer service. Jason was incredibly kind, patient, knowledgeable, and professional. We came in with a very complicated situation involving multiple phones and moving lines from one business account to another. After spending time trying to work through everything with Verizon's 800 number, it had become so confusing and frustrating that we were seriously considering giving up and moving to another carrier--which we really did not want to do because we've been happy with Verizon. Jason stepped in and patiently walked us through the entire process. It took several hours to get everything straightened out, and he never once made us feel rushed or like we were an inconvenience. He remained patient, professional, and genuinely kind the entire time. Without his help, I truly don't think we would have been able to get everything figured out. Jason was exceptional. We were told he primarily works at the Eastvale location, and we will gladly make the drive there the next time we need help with our phones or Verizon service. That is how much of an impression he made on us. If you have the opportunity to work with Jason, ask for him. Outstanding customer service like this is becoming increasingly rare, and Verizon is fortunate to have someone who represents the company so well. Made an appt to open an new line and upgrade my devices. I was told I needed to connect with corporate via a phone number they provided to release my lines, okay understood. I was having trouble understanding what exactly the automated line was asking for. I went to ask for assistance and there was a short, bald man who's attention I got. He quickly prompted me for my phone, dialed the # for me and walked away. Needless to say I felt completely dismissed. Granted, I understand they were busy at the moment, & still I am also a customer who made an appointment. Adriel originally was going to help me and my family and was checking in with us, however only AFTER we were able to connect with corporate. I appreciate him checking in, however at that point I was already getting assistance on the phone. The lady on the corporate line, once I finally connected was x10 more helpful. Never coming here again. I should have checked the ratings on the store before I made an appointment so that is my fault. Will be upgrading my devices at a different location. read more

Store manager working frustrating Friday at a busy mall, is a godsend. I was incredibly frustrated with another corporate store as well as the Apple Store that could not get my SIM card to work. Overwhelmed with the day and without being with a phone as needed for emergencies, this angel didn't care about the time of closing and asked me how she could help me. As she clearly saw I had enough. That store manager helped a couple people that same evening even that are also overwhelmed. When Cell phones become our main hub of communication, we depend on them kind of like a life line. Sometimes just brings you good people when you're having about enough. I recommend the business not this store in particular. I have a business account with Verizon. No issues with the Verizon service. But this particular store is the worse. DO NOT GO HERE. Every time I have come here I have been waiting for a long time, appt or not. This most recent time, (today) took the cake. I was told I was next and waited for over 1:20+ minutes. Never told the could contact me by message until I was frustrated and done. The same excuse for their service is people called off, ( don't believe it). Unfortunately for them there is a T-Mobile store over two shops. They lost a large plan just due to the store service. Verizon stores needs to make the process faster. It's not complicated. I want to Victoria Garden location From the beginning of the process, there were repeated issues during the transfer of my lines to Verizon. I was required to visit the store multiple times due to problems with your credit check system. Each visit lasted approximately 3-4 hours, often with my children present, resulting in significant inconvenience and loss of time. After finally completing the transfer and purchasing new devices, I immediately began experiencing service issues. One of my lines has been consistently unreliable and frequently non-functional. I was repeatedly told that the issue was due to being "stuck in porting" between Verizon and T-Mobile and advised to turn my phone on and off, which did not resolve the issue. Despite multiple attempts to resolve this--including spending an entire day in-store from 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM--the problem remains unresolved. During this time, the level of service I received was extremely poor, and I was even disconnected during a call with customer service. I visited Apple for a diagnostic check. I was informed that my device is functioning properly, and the issue is related to Verizon's service. The diagnostic results indicate that one of my lines has been out of service approximately 76% of the time over the past two weeks. read more

Pretty useless customer service. They sold us two new iPhones and an Apple Watch refused to have it delivered to the store due to liability - they said. UPS tried to deliver while we were at work and shipped the phones and watch back to a warehouse. They told us they couldn't resend what we paid for and should ask for a refund over the phone - because they can't do that. Spent 1.5 hours on a phone where they said they'd try to reroute and resend to no avail. Only offered a refund and told us to go buy them again and pay for the taxes all over again. I was there on Saturday just to activate my SIM card to my pre-existing phone that I've had for years. Was there for a whole two hours. with me being the only person in the store for a good chunk of it the manager and associates were just chitchatting while I was on hold for over 30 minutes with the tech-support. Nobody really checked on me until I flagged somebody down and even when I did all they recommended was I get a new phone. I ended up leaving with no resolution and my phone still not working. He also changed my account information including my email address, phone access number and PIN number so that neither Verizon or I can get into my account. Today we went in because my fiancés screen protector had a bubble. Less than 3 months before I had to go in and get a new one on my phone as well. Being familiar with this service they provide we go in and right away are hit with not just one but two really outright rude associates. Then I even told them well look Jerry the SM took care of it last time I came in and three employees including another "manager" named Gerardo proceeded to tell me well maybe Jerry just made an exception for you. This is the worst customer service I've ever encountered and these people are taking our money every month and every time we've upgraded we've spent hundreds to get all the fancy new gadgets. Showed up today, worried they might be closed early due to the soon arrival of Hurricane (Tropical Storm) Hilary, but they were open! Went in, was quickly greeted, and then was immediately assisted with getting my son a new phone. They had what he wanted in stock, gave us a great price on our trade in, explained the pricing clearly, put the new screen protector on diligently, started the transfer of data from the old phone to the new phone - and we were out of there in 40 minutes.... I would avoid this Verizon location at all cost. My wife signed in to be seen, and the associates kept taking people before her who were signed in after her. Then, after an hour of waiting, the young gentleman who was working said she was next, and then he proceeded to take another customer who came in after her. When my wife asked, "Wasn't she next, the gentleman just responded by saying "sorry well get to you in a minute. Located in Victoria Garden. The parking lot can be a war zone during the weekends specially around afternoon and evening. Best way to get here is go on Daycreek and right on Main Street. You can see the verizon store real quick because is pretty big. I went on a Saturday around 6pm and one of the greeter checked me in and guided me with my verizon information. I told him what I needed and he said the specialist will be with me shortly. I waited around 10 to 15 minute for the so so specialist, so I looked around and checked different phone while I was waiting. Then the specialist told me to come to a computer table and asked me what I needed. His name was Xavier. He was pretty funny guy and straight to the point. He answered all my question without selling me anything.(you know how some stores are) I feel like the store is a bit understaffed and if he told me that If I have to pay for the case because I know most store give cases for Free. The service was quick and nice. I set up an appointment online which was nice, we showed up a little before and they saw us right at the appointment time. We went in to get iPhone XR's and he talked us into the iPhone 11 which is fine it was actually around the price I was looking for. He asked if he wanted anything else we asked for screen protectors, well when he asked if we wanted to get the iPad or the iwatch promo going on we declined at which point he just rushed us out the door, didn't get the screen protectors. And didn't even tell us that our new phones were activated. So we left thinking we would activate when we get home, walked out and couldn't figure out why our old phones weren't working. Here's my advise to the owners of this branch. Based on the ratings I see here as well as my own personal experience, I would highly suggest you close down and end business. It's not working. Your workers don't know what they are doing. I walked in today looking to upgrade my phone. As soon as walked thru the doors I had a bad feeling already. I was looking for a place to sign in as you see at other stores. The guy who was signing in people was busy with a customer so I had to wait incase I get skipped. Finally I am checked in. Everything was going fine. The phone I was to take home was decided. The sales rep, Amanda, was nice and helpful. But the system responsible for taking orders broke down. She could not sell us the phone. We stayed there for over an hour for her to test the system over and over again. Finally she advised that we come back in a couple of hours to see if the system would return and we can finish the sale. Okay, very inconvenient, but whatever. We went to get something to eat, come back. Amanda had left. The other helper told us the system did not go down and not sure what we were talking about. We asked her to sell the phones but part of the service was to transfer data between my old phone to the new one. Her reason for not doing it is because they closing in 1/2 hour and it takes an hour to transfer. We walked out. No sales. NO business. Just wasted time. We won't be back. read more

Not even a 1 start more like 0. Came in today because my mom bought me a new phone for my bday yesterday. I didn't have service in my new phone so I wasn't to make calls on the new phone even tho most of my stuff was transferred on it. Fat older Indian/Mexican looking dude was no help. I told him everything carrier was under my mom. He didn't even bother to restart my phone. He asked me a few questions as if i'm supposed to know all the pin numbers on my phone he didn't even check. He asked me where my mom was I said at work and told me to use one of the stores phones to call her. I don't know what the point of that was. Dude was no help! I went to apple and one of their workers helped and restarted my phone and that was it and it worked. All the other guy had to do was restart my phone and didn't even do that. read more
