He offered his opinion but deferred to our preferences and worked to find ways to make our project less expensive. In fact, even though we ended up ordering new cabinets for the desk rather than re-using existing cabinets (because it looked much better) and he did some additional work, the job came in less than he estimated - the first time we've ever had that happen! John was great at keeping us updated on when materials would arrive and allow him to start, and accurate with his estimates. He worked around our schedule and cleaned up at the end of every evening, always making sure that things were safe for our three-year-old and pets. He did several extra small things at the end, such as rewiring some switches in the hall for us, and did them at no charge. John worked very quickly and his work is fantastic - very high quality. Integrity describes their work ethic, they have earned my trust and I will continue to use them until I run out of projects. The quality has always been excellent. The quality of work was poor at best, the amount of trash left that I had to clean up was unacceptable, floors, furniture, carpet, deck boards and walls were damaged, the installers entered areas of my home where the work was not being performed and I had installers/subcontractors entering my home when there was no work scheduled or without being notified. I was boldfaced lied to by my sales person on numerous occasions. I was asked if it was okay for the installers use my bathroom, which I told them that I prefer they did not, so they chose to urinate off my front porch into my flower beds for all my neighbors to witness. I was told this would be a 1-week project, but received their schedule when work began and it turned into 4. Ultimately, this project took 28 weeks from the lack of communication without the job ever being completed by Home Specialists.
