had a disappointing experience at this spa, mainly because of the service I received from Sabrina. During my visit, I did not feel attended to properly and the level of care and professionalism I expected just was not there. I felt overlooked, and the overall experience came across as dismissive rather than welcoming or relaxing. When you go to a spa, you expect to feel comfortable and taken care of, but unfortunately that was not my experience here. I left feeling unsatisfied and disappointed. I hope management takes customer service more seriously moving forward. read more

Very bad salon Worst place ever! Rude and awful service If I could give this place 0 stars, I would! Everything about my manicure/pedicure was awful and terrible... for starters, the woman who did it was completely rude - she kept pulling in my arm and huffing because she was unprofessional and couldn't see anything with her glasses. My nails looked awful from the get-go (as if they water down the polish because they're completely see though), not to mention, they started chipping the next day! They charged me an additional 5$ for taking off the gel polish on my toes (it was only about 4 toes since most of it had already been taken off) when they never even used any product and just picked it off with their own fingers. Some of my nails were crooked, and the hot stone massage was a joke! When I complain about my horrendously terrible nails, they wanted to charge more money for nail polish that I don't like because the boy changed the color, and they only wanted to show me their store's policies and offer nothing in exchange for the horribly terrible service. I will definitely tell everyone I know not to come here! read more

Super disappointed with the poor communication and lack of customer service. I come here all the time for regular acrylic nails because I struggle with biting my nails, i lift weights everyday, and have a job where I am always using my hands! Acrylics last longer so I always get those. Last time I went they forced me to get dip and it broke 4 days later. This time they charged 55 for regular set that took 2 hours to do. i usually come here and get my nails done by michael. he is great - i was told he wasn't in today but that someone else could do what i requested. i changed the design multiple times to adjust to the lady's skill set - i even took hold of the brush and tried to do it myself because it wasn't working. i tried to be patient , i was there for over an hour because she kept messing up. she kept trying to draw it over and over again and i gave up i said don't worry let's just stop. they insisted to keep going because they probably wanted me to pay entire price. this is not at all what i asked for and i got super overwhelmed and ended up leaving the salon crying - still had to pay $25 out of pocket for this mess. never coming back. read more

My wife has gone to this place 3-4 times and for most part satisfied with the male technician that serviced her but today she got a girl that was horrendous . She messed up her French manicure with a pinking hue that didn't match her toe nails and it had to be redone to match . Also this person still didn't cut or paint the nails evenly even after my wife kept telling her to stop that she wanted to leave . My wife being the polite person she is stayed because the girl kept telling her she would be done soon several times . Needless to say 2 1/2 hours later she was able to leave . I went in to complain to manager and the manager just kept walking to technician and back ignoring my questions and speaking Chinese to the girl even though both spoke English , probably so we couldn't understand what they were saying . My wife left out of there in a horrible mood and swearing she will Never go back . I recommend going somewhere else unless you like screwed up looking hands and feet !!! read more

I call this place in advance to see if I can come in. They very kindly said come on in I showed up about 10 minutes later. Filled out the form. Waited about 20. I very patiently waited as I watch them taken three more walk-ins. Then the guy came up to me and said sorry we will no longer be able to accommodate you. We just got really busy with walkins. I reminded him I called in advance and was there before everyone else was. It didn't matter for whatever reason he thought it was a better idea to take them over me. Even the way he phrased it was horrible. He said "it's going to be a really long wait" I had no problem with waiting but it was a lie. It wasn't that it would be a long wait it was that they don't want to take me. I am very patient and flexible but I don't like being lied to. Just be honest to your customers you will find that they will be more appreciative for that. read more

Do NOT go here. These people do not know what they are doing. We made an appointment & didn't get seen until 45 minutes later. I chose a color, which was a dark periwinkle blue, but the color was not right so she traded it in for like a bright blue that a 13 year old would wear. I cannot stress the tackiness of this blue. I also made the appointment with my sister to sit together, they did not keep us with each other. But then saw a mother daughter who got seated earlier than their appointment & were put together. My sister's nails looked like a child did them. The lady never cleaned them. She never filed them. She never pushed down her cuticles. It was so sloppily done. Then when it came time to do my nails, I wanted a nude ombré, I even showed them a picture, & they looked like they had never seen that before--most nail salons have kept up w/ the times on this. This is the outcome of my nails even after I asked them for another coat because it was streaky and they also did not clean it up, and the polish was very uneven! Under new ownership. I gave it a chance for a few months, but it is just not the same. They have plug in air fresheners that spark my allergies. I asked them to unplug while I was there and was denied. My nail tech gave me a mask since she felt bad that they wouldn't unplug it for me. Both of my long time techs no longer work here. I tried a couple of other technicians, but I was very dissatisfied with the services. And extra star was given for the nice remodel they did. Looks great, but service is not there anymore. read more

HORRIBLE, PLEASE and I say PLEASE find somewhere else to go. Andrew is a Liar and Very Unprofessional. I made an appointment at 4 pm with Nancy today 8/22. Was told that my appointment was not until 4:30 pm, which was totally incorrect. WTH Also, the first time that I went here they did not honor my appointment time. I waited for over 20 minutes. Andrew who put the water in my bowl ran cold water basically. Then I sat there another 10-15 minutes waiting on Nancy. This place won't last long if they keep conducting their business this way!
