This nail salon is fantastic! I've been going for two years now after trying pretty much every nail place in the area. After a couple good mani-pedis as a walk in, I ended up with a poorly done manicure one day. I decided to go back hoping it was a fluke and the manager remembered me and knew I had been unhappy with my last manicure (and I hadn't even complained...but he just knew!) and he was quick to ameliorate the situation by informing me the woman I saw had been let go and recommended I see this young man on his staff named Ricky. Ricky is simply the best. He's precise and quick and I enjoy spending time with him. For the first time in my life I'm now going every 2-3 weeks consistently and my nails have never looked so good so consistently. Everyone in the salon is so friendly and kind and the salon itself is very clean and very attractive. When my best friend comes to visit me, she goes in as a walk-in and has never been disappointed. Terrible place. First, the Gel X nails are the same as any pharmacy and they didn't have the colors we asked for. When we told them it wasn't the color we chose, they started getting aggressive and saying things to us in their language in a rude way. We told them it wasn't what was agreed upon -- over the phone they told us $55, then there they said $65, and because we asked for French they said $75. When we told them it was an excessive price just to glue on nails, they started getting even more aggressive and treating us terribly. I went to pay and they said cash or, if by card, there's a surcharge. All while shouting things at us in another language. TERRIBLE PLACE. read more

Heinous results I got a dip powder manicure and a regular nail polish pedicure. I usually do my nails at home but I needed to get a pedicure for an event the next day, so I just decided to do a manicure to save time. BIG MISTAKE. I should've done my nails at home. The photos attached were taken when I got home from the salon. When I got them done, it was an hour before closing. The guy who did them started to rush when everyone was cleaning up. When he put the cuticle oil on, he was rushing and didn't even put it on my cuticles. Also, he didn't paint some of them completely. The top coat wasn't complete. I know people are going to say "why didn't you say something?" It's because they were already closed when I was done. read more

I decided to go with the feet and leg facial, with gel polish. The Grand pedi....There are other luxury pedi spa services which are totally worth it, But today i upped my service to the ultimate grand pedicure. All I can say is WOW, so relaxing, and adding steam? Nice! What innovative thinking, putting several services together in one spa package . I highly recommend trying this grand pedicure. Dishonest and rude When you ask for the price of a gel mani/pedi you expect to get the price for your needs. If they say $30 for gel mani and don't say anything for the pedi, do you assume it's the same? If a soak off is additional do you think this should be mentioned? If the price for a gel pedi isn't on the price list, do you assume it's double the price of a mani? If you disclose a disability do you expect the tech to complain how hard it is for them to do their job or have empathy and patience? I won't be visiting ever again but if you do here's a copy of their price list, make sure you confirm twice. I was charged $95.00 for a crooked, messy French gel mani/pedi with soak off. read more

I came as a walk in and everyone was really nice. The only thing I didn't like too much was the guy doing my nails was also answering the phone, making payments and etc so he would stop doing my nails every few mins. I understand this if they are understaffed but I wish there was a little more attention to detail. The place is really nice has a clean and modern atmosphere. They play nice music. I was not able to get an appointment for today at the nail spa I usually go to, so I asked for some recommendations. Creative Spa is close to my house, so I went with that one. I am not at all sorry that I did! I had the most amazing pedicure with Justin. He was careful with my diabetic feet, gave a great massage and my toes look awesome! No I found this place when googling for a nail salon in Weston (I currently live abroad and am in town for a bit) I got a gel manicure, regular pedicure, and my eyebrows waxed. The place has been newly renovated and is very nice. They offer drinks and the service when you walk in is great. The same tech did my mani and pedi but there was a world of difference between the two. The pedi was great and I have zero complaints other than that it hurt a bit. The manicure was one of the worst I have had. She spoke very little English so it was hard to communicate with her and I think she didn't understand me. She shortened my nails way too much. I asked her to push down my cuticles more but it seems like she didn't understands the request. I also asked her to get the polish a bit closer (since she shortened my nails so much I wanted to have the polish be as close as possible so they wouldn't look stubby) but I guess she didn't understand that either. When I was getting ready to go, I noticed that my thumbs weren't dry and half of the polish on my right thumb came off before I even left the shop (the layer underneath the top layer wasn't dry and it causes crinkling in the top layer, which makes it peel) I showed the receptionist and asked for a light to fix the left one (cause it was just the top layer) and showed her the right thumb, she found someone to redo it. He redid both thumbs. The photo is my left thumb after being redone. Wrt my eyebrows, I showed the tech a photo of my eyebrows when they're shaped the way I like it and told her that I don't want her to take off too much hair cause people sometimes do that since my hair is thin. She told me not to worry but proceeded to shape my brows totally differently from how they look in the photo and took off the end of my left eyebrow (this happens a lot cause the hair is thin, that's why I warned her about it) They were very apologetic about my nails (I didn't tell them about my brows cause there's nothing you can do anyway and I didn't have time) They offered to let me come back later so they could redo my nails but I'm leaving on Monday morning to a wedding (today is Friday) so that's not an option. I'm a business manager and if someone was as unhappy as I was, I would offer a partial or complete refund for the services with which they weren't satisfied. I wasn't offered that but I'll call next week when I have some time and maybe they will be willing. I was in a rush to leave so I couldn't stay to talk to a manager. I'll update this review with their response All in all the ambiance is good and everything surrounded the the services themselves was great but the gel mani and brows weren't. May have been a fluke so I would go back but I'm disappointed that they didn't offer a refund to correct how bad the manicure was. Won't get my eyebrows done there again unless I see photos. read more

Horrible nails I had 4 different nail techs the first time I arrived and I left with the worst nails. Then I came back for a redo and it was even worse. They rush. New owners/management and I'm incredibly disappointed. Absolutely terrible pedicure, possibly the worst I've ever had. The trimming, cuticle care, and nail shaping was very sloppy and one of my big toes started bleeding because she cut the nail way too far in on the side. I've also never had a pedicure that didn't include a foot/lower leg massage with lotion or oil. I didn't even realize we were done until she was picking up my stuff and moving me to another area, at which point I asked if I could get some lotion or oil for my legs which were very dry. Her reply? "Oh you want some lotion?" Like it was some surprising request and not a very basic part of any pedicure!! So now, a few hours later, I have dry, scratchy feet and legs as well as a red, swollen toe. I recommend looking elsewhere for a quality nail salon. read more

I'm really happy with creative nails and spa. I came here after I had a negative experience with a nearby salon and I'm really happy I did. The receptionist is extremely attentive and kind, the spa itself is very clean and organized and it looks like they've renovated it recently. Michelle did my pedicure and she did a good job. I'm happy with the way my toes look, Phillip did a full set for me with gel polish and I don't think I've ever been so happy with my nails. I'll definitely be coming back again.
