For my toes, Diana, is a sculptor because she always transforms my feet from a mess to perfection. I go to sparadise every 2 weeks. Always very satisfied with the people and service. Everyone was always so nice. Last visit i got Mary, who I've never seen before. She barely looked up from her phone that she was talking on the entire time. She ground my nails down so aggressively i yelled ow 3 times. They're so thin now they're literally bending backwards when I touch anything. So now they're all crackimg and breaking off. I had long beautiful natural nails when i went in that day. I left with a mess so bad I have to cut them all down and now can't go back until my nails grow completely out due to my nailbed being paper thin. I had a really disappointing experience at this nail salon. When I first sat down, I was told one price, but by the time I checked out, the total was much higher with no clear explanation beforehand. They added extra charges for things that should have been clearly stated upfront, like wanting my nails just a little longer and getting a basic French tip. I was able to get a quick appointment with the help of Tom, owner, after someone canceled their appointment. I was so happy to get my nails refilled by Sofie! This nail salon is too adorable. Located in a shopping center, they have plenty of parking. One thing I really liked is how spacious this place is! With high beautiful ceilings, the nail and pedicure areas are separated (graciously) and I didn't feel rushed. Sofie really made my nails look beautiful, the prices are very reasonable and it was so easy talking with her. The only thing that would have been the icing on the cake, if they offered refreshments (wine/water) while getting their services. But that's only a suggestion. How should I write this. I'm sort of at a loss for words because I am very sad and upset. Let me start at the beginning. My friends and I made an appointment for a mani pedi. Everything started ok, and we were seated immediately for a pedicure. I opted for the spa pedicure with gel polish, which is their least expensive option. The lady was really rough with my feet, with grooming and massaging. I don't know why she kept clipping away at my skin and nails because I purposefully cut my toenails short the night before. It was so painful. She was basically digging into my skin, and clearly I was uncomfortable because I kept flinching. You can see in the photo that she cut me so deep that I bled, and there is blood dried up on my nail. And why did she cut it so short? You can see the skin where there should be nail. I was talking with my friends and did not realize that she was doing that. Furthermore, my pedicure took double the amount of time because for some reason the polish didn't dry between coats on my left foot and came off when she was trying to apply the top coat. So she had to remove and drill off the polish, and redo it. To top it off, the brush she was using to clean up my nails with acetone was dirty, or who knows it could have been my blood. She started using it on me then had to wipe it on the white towel, which I saw stained the towel brown. What that was from I don't know. Now for the manicure. My friend who made the appointment specifically asked for a full set mani, which the person on the phone said was doable. The lady, however, said she can only do dip. Not the end of the world, but would have been nice to know because I prefer to get a full set. On to the bad parts. I should have known when she was rough with my feet that she would also be rough with my hands. My goodness. I almost cried. She cut me in so many places, and on my thumb she cut a chunk off on the side. You can't really see it in the pictures, but it's there and it hurts. It started bleeding a lot, and she didn't care to wipe it....?! I literally had to ask her to wipe it because it was about to drip off into the UV light machine. Then she put ACETONE on the cut with some cotton. Why? I don't know. I almost lost it. It hurt SO bad. Throughout the entire time when she was cleaning up the nail and applying polish she kept touching that bleeding area, which irritated it more and made it bleed more as well. And, I am extremely dissatisfied with the result. I asked for an almond shape and for french nails. This is more round, and I kept asking for her to file it to be more pointy, like the almond shape. The white part is too thick, and I kept asking her to make the white part thinner. Every time she took my hand I thought she was fixing it because she nodded and said ok. I was talking with my friends and assumed she was taking care of it. Not sure why she didn't understand what I was saying, and at the end after she had done it all she said she couldn't change it. If you can see, the nails are also very lumpy and uneven. I'm not sure what to do. Maybe I should have watched her every move to make sure she wasn't cutting me or doing the nails wrong. But I shouldn't have to do that. I've put Neosporin on all my cuts, hoping none get infected. All this for $86. They didn't offer anything or apologize at the end. She only apologized when I verbally said "ow." I feel sort of bad writing a low rated review like this, but I am feeling pretty helpless, in pain, and frustrated. I was concerned when I saw other reviews echoing what I went through today, but I went based off a friend's recommendation. However, this place is just not for me. read more

I love the ease of scheduling an appointment with my favorite nail techs. However, more than once I have been pushed to a different tech for no apparent reason. The tech I scheduled is walking around without a clear purpose. In addition, in my last few appointments, my tech talks on the phone for extended periods of time while performing the service. We did not receive the peppermint sea spa soak, my nails were not trimmed nor filed, "intensive" callus removal included 5 seconds of a metal grater - still have dead skin /callus on our feet post pedicure, sugar scrub was minimal (and that's generous), White tea mask was barely rubbed on and immediately wiped off, zero massage & hot towel was only used to wipe off lotion. I found this place based on the kids chairs for my 3.5 year old to experience her first pedicure. My husband made appointments for 3 of us ahead of time. First, they did not reserve the chair next to the kids chair so they made me sit across from my daughter. (Weird experience) I couldn't see or tell them what I wanted for her. Then they rushed my pedicure (It was not enjoyable) and did not paint/ gel my baby toe. Next they didn't give us the new customer discount. My friend had regular nail polish on her toes and they charged us gel (later refunded). My 3.5 year old daughters nails (both sets and flowers) cost $42. That's a crazy price for tiny nails where they didn't trim or file. To top off this terrible experience, my friend left her workout shoes there and Sparadise Nails said they did not have them. I will not recommend this place to anyone. I will continue onto yahoo to leave my review and experience. I hate writing this bc I have been going to this salon for over 6 years. But the last 3-4 times I've gone, each time getting worse. This salon is disorganized, they shuffle you between manicurists, even with an appointment I have waited almost 45 min. The salon it's self is absolutely filthy. Sitting at the manicure table I noticed clipped fingernails in the cracks, nothing is wiped down between customers, and I saw one manicurist eating a plum while she gave a pedicure to a customer. The manicurist are rude, act like they don't understand you and talk on personal calls the whole time they do your nails. Went in with my daughter the other day to get new dip nails, and left with my skin literally glued to my nails. I have to go home and dig the glue out of under my nails. It hurt so bad. They will cut you and make you bleed. My daughters nails looked to bad, I sent her to a different salon to get them fixed after we left, even tho I spent $110 at Sparadise for both manicures. They over charge you for everything & then don't explain what they charge you for. When I asked, they said they charge $5 to remove old polish and $20 for designs plus 10$ extra for dip. Makes no sense. This place is a complete disaster. Such a shame bc the have the best colors. But there are SO many salons, there has to be a better place then here. read more

The guys, quick to get customers in and out, are nice if you consider nice not speaking. I had to ask him to refill my nails because he missed spots. This is by far the worst nail job I have ever received. The man didn't check up on me to see if my nails were dry and I had to bother another lady to check me out. After a year and a half as a regular customer, I'm looking for a new salon. The salon is still very clean, conveniently located and easy to get in for appointments. But if the manager isn't working, the environment isn't very friendly. In fact, I often feel like some of the manicurists seem bothered when customers walk in the door. My mom and I did mani/pedis there and we had a lovely time. There was a bit of a language barrier between my mom and her tech but we managed to work it out. My mom ended up being extremely pleased with her manicure (and she is a tough cookie to please when it comes to nails). My feet felt brand new after the pedi. I love that they have all the colors on nail palettes so you can browse while letting your feet soak. The exterior does not do the interior justice.... It's in a plain 'ole strip mall but the inside is very luxurious and relaxing. For the quality of both services, the price is dirt cheap.
