The bathrooms were dirty and looked like it was just wiped over and the floors were still dirty after 8 swiffer pads were used. Amanda was the first to respond when I contacted a few different cleaning services and they made it out of their way to accommodate us to clean our apartment on short notice. She moved things around to get out here sooner because we needed to move in. I have to say, Amanda and Elvis were exceptional!!! They cleaned the apartment beyond our expectations and got the stains off the carpet that even the apartment carpet cleaning company couldn't take out. I did pay extra for their extra efforts and was not refunded at the end. Them being the professionals, as they call them self's, they should have been able to figure out at what point it is useless to make an attempt to get a carpet clean. We did not receive the expected professional behavior.
