Car was mostly clean but they didn't do any work on the back. It seems like they didn't even open the back door at all. The whole back was still very dirty. Also second row of seats seems to not have gotten that great of a clean either. Maybe they just assume if the outside looks clean and where you drive does you won't notice. I got the most expensive wash on accident when I chose it while pumping gas so don't expect the highest level of service because you paid the most. If I just wanted the outside nice I could have saved a ton and just gone to the shell down the street for 5.99 and the vacuum there is free for my own use. Seem to try and push for the detail and that's where they will actually clean the car. read more

Hugo and team at Sparkle and Shine always do an excellent job cleaning my truck. I typically have my car cleaned on a weekday and get lunch at Deliluv, which is also great. My go-to there is to get a wash, vacuum, interior detail, and surface dressing. For my big ole truck, the cost is very reasonable and my truck looks brand new. Pretty annoyed that I just got home after getting the "Diamond" car wash ($29 plus a $5 tip ) and had to proceed to finish washing my car myself as soon as I got home. All sorts of bird poop left on the car (which easily came off so not sure how they missed it) and dust and crumbs inside. This car is 4 months old, not even that dirty and they still managed to give it back to me like this. How on earth do they have 4 stars???!! read more

I have been coming to S&S for 5 years, before and after, ownership changes (New ownership has done a great job with the renovation). However, the one constant and most important part has been Juan and his crew. The very best around hands down. We NEVER go anywhere else and its quite a haul from our house, where there are many other car washes. Juan has gone above and beyond to help us. I took my X-over SUV in to get a decent wash at Sparkle and Shine and ended up buying the Mini Detail ($100). Hugo said I would not be disappointed. I said I needed 45 mins or less so he offered to buy me a sandwich because it would take an hour. My SUV was INCREDIBLY dirty from one year of dog hair and my four year old throwing food and kicking the seats in front. My car has NEVER looked BETTER! Inside of the car was vacuumed well but the wash itself was not great. The hood of the car and the back had unwashed spots that needed attention. Overall not bad, but not the best. This was honestly a very disappointing experience. I paid for the gold wash and they didn't even clean the inside or outside properly. I still had bird poop on the outside of my car when it was done. Also, the inside wasn't even wiped down. The front console was still dusty and sand was still on the floor mats. Literally seems like they just hosed it down and called it a day. For 20$ I expected more.... a lot more. read more
