Both times were a complete success and everyone enjoyed the water slide. The slide was setup on time in advance of the party. And we were allowed to keep it overnight and it was picked up the next morning. This was a great deal as other companies I have used in the past only allowed a 4 or 6-hour window. The owner himself was there for the setup and takedown of the slide. He also put out a tarp under the slide and some cones near the slide exit for safety measure. Several of the kids at both parties said that they had a great time and it was one of the best parties they had been to. This slide was definitely a lot of fun!! Phillip Schnorr is the owner of the company and initially offered no refund. After a period of back and forth, he only offered around 20% refund.. It's not about the money. It's not about the money at all. It's about the fact that we rented a week before the wedding. The likely hood of someone else renting in that short a time frame is low. At least my mother had the strength to call and cancel. 20% and returning calls days later after several people have called over the last week? People like him are what is wrong with the world. Not how you run a business.

Not only was I out of my element, I was unsure of what I needed. I shouldn't have worried, the crew at Luxe walked me through the process. Then allowed me to make changes. Then make some more changes. When the day of delivery came, I realized that one of the changes I made deleted some fans that I needed. After placing my order, I received a phone call regarding my order. In the call two things happened: I was given a shorter wait time and an option for the coveted helium. Bad customer service Unhelpful staff…read more Cashier cant even ring up the entire order and on top of it she tells you to take receipt to get the balloons you order but that she didnt include on transaction. Then the staff that works filling up the balloons look at you like you have 3 eyes because the balloons are not on receipt, maybe if the cashier does her job they wouldn't have this issue. Do not blame it on the customer. If not how about you install self check outs then if the customer forgets to pay for it there. Then you can blame the customer Definitely not coming back to this location
