I had purchased a monthly package car wash. Numerous times when I go to run through the car wash quickly it is closed for "Maintenance". Sunday was no exception. There were 7 cars in line to go through and all of a sudden there was a problem. I said for 20 minutes, as I was the second car in line. The employees proceeded to have everyone back out of the car wash and around the curve! The employees were very nice, as usually, it isn't there fault. I purchased a monthly package but then I have to go somewhere and pay of wash my car. This was no a one off, it happens way to much. Not a fan. read more

Came here to get my car cleaned, one of the better car wash experiences I've had. It's got a decent line before entering, prices are fair too. I appreciate that my Tires were done by hand too. Best part were the free vacuum after the car wash and the cleaning rags. People here are courteous about borrowing the cleaning products. They even have a floor mat cleaner too. read more

I know people are worried about COVID, but no more towels or window cleaner?? So I can vacuum my car by using hoses others have touched or the car mat machine. But I can't use a spray bottle to clean my windows??? Won't be back there again! Too many better places for $3, then your $5, that I can wash my car at and use a vacuum. read more

Sparkle is not run well. Young kids who work there don't care about service or quality. Yesterday, the bug prep bucket was solid mud. I asked the kid to refill it, he said, "maybe". It never got done. The mat cleaner was out of service. I asked the same kid if I could come back tomorrow with my receipt. He answered, "probably not." What????? I dont know what's going on with there machines but this car wash put scratches on my car. It use to be my favorite before that. I use to take my Hyundai there and it gave me a great wash but now I've been taking my camero there and it's been putting scratches on it especially the rear panel. read more

I came to try out this car wash today since the other ones in the area have damaged my car in some way. I have to say I was very pleased . They have a bug prepping station before your car goes in the wash. They have everything you need. Hand towels to dry your car or to clean the inside such as your windows , dashboard or seats. They even had 2 liquids free of charge to use windex and some dashboard cleaner . They also offer free floor Matt cleaning . I will definitely be returning . read more

This place is expensive. The people here are rude. The only going for this place is the Automatic Mat Washer and Dryer. I usually go to Jack on Essington Road here in Joliet. They have better vacuums, and a $3 basic wash, instead of a $5 wash. Plus, you can get an oil change at Jack's and it comes with thier $12 car wash, all for under $35, plus tax. read more

I came here a few times at the expense of my car's exterior to see if I was wrong about this place, but now all I can say is if you love having your car scratched to oblivion, you've come to the right place. I'm considering bringing up what's been done to my vehicle to management, but I know how a lot of car wash owners are and I'm not sure I want the hassle. read more

Deceptive advertising! With all the 3.00 car washes in the area you think you are pulling into one of them. When you get to the kiosk you find that it's a 3 min car wash for 5.00. By then it's too late to get out. Average wash. I can get better for 3.00 read more

DO NOT USE THIS CARWASH. They will not pay damages to your car, if the car is older than 5 years. BEWARE. They made $300 damages to my car, and refused to even open a claim. read more

Holy cow this place is AWESOME! I've been in the Joliet area for a few years now and from all the car washes I've gone to I can easily say I've never seen my car come out as clean as it did when I came to this spot. Their prices are pretty fair, and if you get a top 3 package they give you a free car wash if you come back in 5 days!!! Not to mention FREE vacs, towels, detailing products and they even have a mat cleaning machine (also free!). I would strongly recommend getting their Hot Wax wash ($15), they hand clean your rims and will get ALL of the bugs off your car before you even go through the wash! I'm sold on this place, definitely will be coming back!! read more

WOW! Not sure when this place opened, but I pulled in and got the Manager's Special for $20 and really got a great wash. My car was shining like never before. When I was done I got to vacuum my car for free and also got to use towels, glass cleaner, air freshener and an AWESOME mat cleaner. I asked the manager who do I pay for this stuff and he said it was free as long as I got a car wash. I am in this area a lot and I will definitely return. read more
