I went back three times during business hours and no one was there. I called and called an no answer. I had a friend go back every day the following week and no one was there. A plethora of calls as well with no answer. Finally my friend got it but it was too late, even if sent overnight, for the event. Incredibly disappointed people at the event. Then the cleaning itself was sub par. I definitely would never use them again. My friend also paid for the cleaning. They should never have charged me at all. Seriously poor business acumen. I couldn't imagine a worse experience when it comes to just about everything you would expect from a laundromat. The lady(who described herself as the sister-in-law of the owner) was very rude and not helpful at all. If anything, it seemed like she took pleasure in seeing me struggle. I brought in one of my already altered pants to give them a guide. When I dropped off my pants, it was only the husband working, I told him specifically what I wanted, but if I had not gone in the next day to make sure the message was relayed it would have been wrong. The wife dry cleaned my pants which I did not ask for. When I explained what I had wanted you could see she was upset at her husband. I apologize for not waiting until she came back, to explain to her what I wanted. But I did again specifically explain what I wanted and yeah, I've included pictures. Let's just say I did not get what I paid for. I paid $36 dollars for something that I could of did for less. I'm not bashing this place but if you do go here make sure you tell them several times what you specifically want. This place is a disaster. We aren't even going to start with the environment around them. It's…read morenasty and unsafe. I understand the strip mall area isn't probably owned by this business, but they can do better. The attendants act like your bothering them if you ask for any kind of assistance or even to open the bathroom. I get that they deal with a lot of unsavory characters, but that's not my problem. That's the business owners problem to make them feel safe and supported. The machines seem like they have not been serviced in years. They're always breaking down or not working or it take $5 to dry a single load of clothes. I've wasted so much product on these machines it's not even funny. Today took the cake though. For the 3rd time in a month the machines failed. Their large machine did not spin the clothes and they were soaking wet. I had to show the attendant that water was dripping out of the clothes. I am soaked in water from having to remove them to put them in another machine. Did the attendant offer a shirt or anything? Absolutely not, are there shirts on the wall for sale. Yup, there sure is. Not my usual hour and a half washing time has become two hours. Not to mention you have to smell the machines before putting your clothes in otherwise they smell like mildew. Also these pictures are old because this place hasn't looked like this in the 10 years I've been coming here. Please go take a look at other laundry mats and make the needed changes.

Worker helped assist me with the purchase of a card and loading money on to the car via a kiosk. Super easy process! As we waited there was plenty of seating areas with outlets to charge devices. The worker who helped earlier came with coloring books and crayons to help my toddler son be entertained as we waited. Laundromat was very clean! Machines were very modern and clean. I loved that they had specific washers for oilfield workers or heavily soiled items. My comforter was washed and dried quickly! Will definitely be my go to laundromat!
