Absolutely scam company. Worst customer service. They scam you ever penny they can and then just DONT SHOW UP FOR DELIVERIES!!

While I'm thankful that they are the only water company that will deliver to my house because I live out in the country, I can't count on them to deliver. So make sure to stock up. We have experienced this for over a year now. Also, the call centers are nice but it seems to never work in getting things delivered. Update** 10/2017 I have to update this and make a point to give Sparkletts a hand. They have changed management and are trying to improve customer service. Now I can depend on them 90% for appointment times and even on truck purchases of additional items I may fancy for at the moment. The only thing I would kind of like but I'm in no way complaining about is, customer service always says that if we run out of water, we are available for extra deliveries at no charge. However, that never seems to workout because the routing manager has set routes and driving out were we are is just too much "out of route" on most days. So! I just learn to stock up and have 5 gallons always on hand. But I'm greatly impressed with the improvements and attitudes they have shown in the last 6 months. very well done! read more

I agree the service is attrocious. They never do what the online schedule says they will do in regard to delivery so I never know when to put my used containers out. Really really bad service. Nice people on the phone but again you never know when they are coming. The drivers are very nice so I cannot fault them. Probably better to take the empty container to Walmart or somewhere and fill it yourself. read more

Terrible customer service. Could not get their Web or app to work (it gave me errors). Waited over 30 minutes and could not get a hold of customer service on the phone. Could not get a response to my email inquiries and I was trying to ADD to my delivery. Now I am looking for another vendor. read more

This has to be the absolute WORST customer service I have ever received! Somehow I acquired these people as my last service apparently went out of business or something we never got an explanation. My delivery has been rescheduled 3 times WITHOUT my knowledge! I have a newborn baby and I DEPEND on my water!! I've had several reps call the "Supervisor" and supposedly they tell them oh we will get to her today. ALL LIES!! Either they aren't calling them and just putting me on hold pretending or the "Supervisor" is lying to them! Either way it's horrible customer service! Out of 3 months of service with a two week delivery schedule they have only ever delivered twice. They constantly cancel orders, I call them at least twice a week trying to understand whats going on and I'm always told "We were down 5 driver" or "Our truck was down today." Then I get "we can deliver xx day no worries." Of course they push it to Sat and then when Sat comes around they cancel the order all together. I'm done. Y'all win. We signed up via Costco. We love our drivers they have always been helpful and friendly. However I am dropping the service because their customer support is the absolute worst. We had set up an appointment for Thursday after 3:00PM to have the cooler replaced. My wife took the afternoon off from work, in order to be home for the appointment. However, the delivery person who was supposed to come out to service our account, didn't bother showing up, without at least letting us know that he was not going to make it. My wife proceeded to contact the customer service number and was informed, that the person coming out had changed the appointment to Monday. That delivery person never informed us nor consulted with us prior to making that change. The customer service rep, who was very helpful by the way, said that our account was due for water delivery today Friday and that she didn't know why the previous rep didn't just set up the cooler replacement to be done at that time. Yesterday's experience with this "company" was the last straw. We have been having issues for the last 3 years. Problems ranging for the wrong amount withdrawn from my account, to incorrect deliveries, incorrect charges, and now my wife lost pay for a half day of work. For those reasons we decided to cancel the account. I know they won't care as we were just an insignificant $25/month account. Would give 0 if possible. Ordered the service online and on the date the cooler was supposed to be delivered no one came or called me. Called the customer service number and waited 45 min or so and just gave up. Today I spent another hour trying to see what was going on. Customer service person was friendly enough but could not get the local delivery team on the phone. When I was hired at this company, I've been told they have had bad service with the water delivery. There were times they had no water at all. When I joined, I made sure we always had water up until recently. We've been completely out for a week and even though I requested an early delivery (which btw - on the site to request is horrible system to use to request delivery)...they never came. They made the excuse that due to the holiday they were unable to make it. They have promised me on Friday....Monday...Tuesday....still nothing. They even missed our scheduled delivery which was on the 15th. I called again and it turns out they said they will be here today. I highly doubt it. Also, if you try to call the water.com customer service hotline. It doesn't work!!! It goes straight to a busy signal. All their numbers on the site does NOT WORK! Luckily, I found a review that listed an old number and got a hold of someone. So if you need customer support...call this number 888-432-4823. Horrible customer service. Untrained. Not knowledgeable. Rude. They never know anything. They transfer you constantly to the next person and you still do not get an answer. Water is great, I like the water service, but dealing with this company is a joke. The convenience of renting a cooler and having my water delivered is not worth this headache. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY-!! Customer service is TERRIBLE-!! Every time I called I was on hold for 30+ minutes before I could speak with someone. I called the number to sign up for service and get someone on the phone immediately. How convenient. The delivery guy did NOT put the water cooler where my wife wanted it. The unit would not work so another had to be brought out. The unit leaked on our floor so we called them up to come get their junk and canceled. We were told we would be contacted about fixing our floor and two months later still no call. I just called and was told we will be getting a call within a day or two. The DS Water company scheduled a 8 to 5 delivery for a new replacement cooler and large water would be brought to my home today, Oct 3rd ( I rent a cooler and it leaked the entire large bottle of water on to my floor). I took today day off to be home to accept the water and cooler. I waited and waited at home today, but no Sparklette deliverer came, nor was I called to be told they couldn't delivery today! My area Sparklette representative never phoned me at all. I was told they took it upon themselves to reschedule my delivery 7 days from today. But no one phoned to tell me any of this information. I took off today. I can't stay home waiting all day 7 days from now. I have appointments that day. No called me. This company's operation is less than professional! In my complaint call was told there was no supervisor I could speak with about this. ("really?"). Then they said some one would call me back today. Very poor service I ever seen in my life.. customer service phone keep on hold for hours and hours.. only sales service is amazing .. with lots of false promises. I will ask everyone before signing up for the service.. doubly check the what offer they give and how they bill.. they bill like anything and water dispenser hng als .. initially they told me that it fee to use and if u ant to purchase then u have to pay monthly $14 for 8 months and its yours.. now they telling its their equipment and need to return.. Had for almost 3 years and just can't tell you... STAY AWAY!! They drop off extra bottles and charge you for them. Just will drop off bottles like 2 days in a row and won't pick up! They over bill. They don't CANCEL and then continue to bill you. They keep you on HOLD forever to keep you from talking to anyone but it doesn't matter cause they won't CANCEL or PICKUP the bottles and cooler!! Sparkletts Water and Primo Water North America are absolutely terrible. The next available customer service representative is always more than an hour away on HOLD. Delivery is often skipped and rescheduled delivery never shows up. I've been listening to PRIMO WATER NORTH AMERICA's recorded message on the phone for over an hour waiting to speak to customer service to CANCEL this damn account. This company does NOT take account cancellation submitted via website account. STAY AWAY from Primo Water North America! This company deserves NO STAR review, but the lowest rating is one star! horrible horrible customer service!!! And WAY TO EXPENSIVE. they sent me an email saying my price would be going up in tiny letters on the bottom of my bill like I read every word. I have never been late on paying a bill and when i asked them for a price adjustment because my small office water bill is over $100 a month they wouldnt help and took over 4 days to get back to me. The lady on the phone Shanequa told me my bill was late by 7 days insisting that every day it will acrue late charges. I told her WTF are you talking about late charges, I just got my bill 7 days ago. The staff there is so uncordinated and only cares about their money and not about their clients. HORRIBLE COMPANY! We signed up through Costco, it's been a nightmare from day 1. The billing is always wrong and impossible to figure out. They deliver the wrong amount of water jugs, they do not show up on the right day most of the time. The customer service is so bad you may as well not even call. Their jugs leaked and our hardwood floors were damaged from it, and they will not repair the damage. Now I found out Costco has backed out of their contract with them. Oh boy, seriously I would do zero stars. I can't believe I'm back here having to do this 4 months later having the exact same issues as before and getting absolutely no assistance. I've been communicating with "Cara" the owner it says about the MAJOR DISRUPTION in my account not just in my last 4 deliveries but since I started services with Sparkletts. Cara only seems to care about brushing me off and providing excuses instead of solutions. Every delivery is missed, no notification is being sent and I'm taking my time days after my scheduled delivery date to have to call and find out why I have no water and when I'm getting it. If I don't call, I'm not getting my water. So all I hear is we have you on schedule for tomorrow l, well A. That's because I've called and had to file a complaint and ask for my water that AGAIN WAS A MISSED DELIVERY, B. It's AFTER MY SCHEDULED DELIVERY TIME AND IM NOT BEING NOTIFIED. So I can get every other email they send, but yet somehow a "computer generated" email that's supposed to send when a delivery is missed is missing every single time my delivery is missed, there's an inside issue. Come Friday morning on my scheduled delivery days, if I do not receive an email saying "your order is out for delivery today" I know I'm not getting water. Last time I dealt with someone amazing and wanted to personally handle this, but whoever this Cara is, horrible!!! You can't take customers money and allow your team to delivery when it's convenient for them and not even tell the customer. Especially if the customer has had several missed deliveries prior due to your branches mistake. DS Services obviously is more concerned about taking their payments then taking care of their customers. I plan on reporting them and this to the highest federal entity I can. If you have any issues similar to mine or in general and feel they're not being fixed, let's get together and do something. I have been a customer for over 20 years and in the early years, this was a super company with reasonable prices and delivery. However, their services have gone extremely downhill in the last 3 years. We are supposed to get water delivery once a month - would it be too much to ask that Sparkletts try to keep that schedule?! It's only a month and I still have to call customer service and ask...WHERE IS MY WATER? Customer Service is great - they will tell you exactly what you want to hear...with no follow through. My return phone calls from branch, district or regional managers...and still no water...until finally 1-2weeks later, I'll get home and lo and behold, there are some water bottles sitting in the driveway. WOW. Where is the accountability? Where is the service expectation? It's not in Sparkletts!!! I just want my water delivered, is that too much to ask? read more

This is by far the worst water delivery service in the whole metroplex, if they're scheduled to deliver on Thursdays, they might show up on Friday or next Monday, then leave you two bottles when you needed/signed up for 5. Cancelled their service after a year of going through the same drama. If you want to keep your sanity, chose a different provider. read more

We moved, and we went more than a month without water. They kept saying our account was blocked over a $6 cooler fee which both my husband and I each paid. The last time I called they said our water hadn't been delivered because the account was still suspended on the delivery date(we paid an additional $6 the week prior to the delivery date), so that is why we didn't receive our water. Supposedly it would be another week before we got any water and when I asked for an earlier date the guy said he could put in an order, but it wasn't likely they'd actually show up. Oh how I wish I had researched this company before ordering weekly water delivery from them. We received our first two bottles of water yesterday to the tune of just over $30, which includes a deposit on the bottles. Okay, fine we were expecting that. What we didn't expect was a truck to come later on that same day and try to deliver more water. We stopped them alerting them to the fact that we had received our order. Today we received an email confirming delivery of 3 more bottle of water PLUS a WATER COOLER. We're stuck at home and at no time did a Sparkletts Water truck drive by or stop at our house and deliver anything, much less 3 more bottles of water and a COOLER!! We would know. We have a front door cam. No one has been here and no more water or cooler arrived. BUT, we now have a charge of over $70 on our account and after two fruitless calls to the company tonight, we still owe them $70 for two bottles of spring water. If I had read these reviews I would have been warned about their terrible customer service and if tonight is any indication of what we're in for, we are in trouble. read more

They delivered 3x more than what I ordered due to computer glitch but refused to pick up or credit my account for a month even though it made it hard for my handicap father to get in and out with his walker. When I told the customer service rep that she laughed and when I told her to cancel my account she hung up on me!! Horrible experience. Started out with erratic delivery, missed deliveries, etc., then things evened out for awhile. Then, we moved locations. Within the same city. Called and got that all set up. It's been a month and no water delivery. I reached out to customer service (800 #) no less than 4 times and all they can tell me is that they will notify the branch. I ask for the branch contact information and they refuse to give it to me. My guys have been out of water for weeks and I can't get water delivery nor a call from the branch to resolve the issue. Culligan stopped by and beat their price. So glad to be out of misery. I heartily do not recommend Sparkletts, sadly as I had been content but this latest fiasco is unacceptable. read more

Sparkletts cannot keep up with the delivery schedule. Worst delivery service ever. I called the customer service 3 times to inquire about the missed delivery and every time they rescheduled it for the next day, which went on for a week. None of the customer service representative was able to tell me why the delivery was not being made neither were they sure if the next delivery would be made. They were at the mercy of the route manager and the area manager, who BTW they are not supposed to contact directly. I have no idea how they manage to run such a business. I am going to find an alternate service soon, these guys are just too unprofessional. read more

Our local Sparkletts delivery service has really let us down at the worst possible time: 90+ degree weather during the coronavirus pandemic. We were supposed to get a scheduled delivery yesterday (05/26/20) but did not. We tried to call and email the office all day without success. We are almost out of water and just learned this morning that we will not get another delivery until 06/02/20. We were not given any advance notice about this delay. We have had Sparkletts delivery service for almost 40 years. Is this any way to treat a loyal customer??? read more

We have not had water delivered in nearly 4 months, still being charged for equipment (water dispenser) but no water to put in it. I've called numerous times and was told they are having issues hiring drivers. We gave them more than enough time and the last 45 days have been "trying" to cancel with them. They are telling us once they pick up equipment we are cancelled. They never pick up equipment. They also told us to have it out front of our house because they do not come in. Well it has been out there along with empty bottles since March 10th. One bottle blew away in a storm. They keep changing our pick up dates and the equipment is too heavy to bring in and out daily. We are still being billed. I've made so many calls and nothing has changed. I'm sure they will be going out of business, I can't imagine they can keep up business like this for very long. We had Gladden water delivery and it was great! Then they sold to Sparkletts and it's a desert in our office. Customer service hotline promises they'll deliver but nothing. We finally cancelled today and they want to charge a $3 pick up fee to come get the equipment. My boss about blew a gasket. I told the rep on the phone that I'd be shocked if anyone ever came to pick up the equipment since we can't even get them to deliver water. This company is not able to recover when they lose a driver. Once again, we are not getting water delivered. The same problem occurred two years ago when our route driver left. No matter how many phone calls or escalations, texts, emails, etc. my water remains undelivered. I'm not sure if it was with this particular center but I have Sparkletts and I'm leaving. I had the worse delivery service. Every other delivery it was something. I had to call and see where the water was. This last time was the draw. It's been almost two weeks with no water. and they keep asking me if i will wait just another day... NO.
