The inconsistency of the employee's information when calling in regards to questions about billing, scheduling deliveries/pick ups, etc is beyond frustrating. When the company makes any type of mistake on their end, they don't take any remorse or blame, even when it compromises the water delivery you expected and were promised to recieve after you pay the amount, they tell you that you owe at that time. I've spoken to mutiple employees and a woman named Celeste was beyond ill-mannnered and discourteous. March 2017. Don't waste your time with this company. In 6 months of doing business with them they delivered incorrect amounts of bottles 4 times and when I called, customer service told me they will be out on Monday or Friday depending on day of call. Well they no showed all 4 times. However, today was the worst!!!!! I scheduled final service to end today 3 weeks ago with a pickup window of their equipment before noon. Based on poor performance history I called at 9am to confirm pickup. I got confirmation and at 12:09 pm I called and asked where they were at and when they were coming as I was promised a pick up before noon. All they can do is send an email to Tom, the Phoenix district mgr and Scott the route 3902 driver and was told they have 48 hrs to respond. Whaaaaat??? I said I'm moving at 8 am tomorrow and them flaking out on me again cost me $200! I had scheduled contractors for the new home at 1pm and they each charged me a $100 for no show. Of course the supervisor said they won't reimburse me for MY losses and now they are threatening to charge me for the Costco machine, because their people are incompetent and unprofessional. So still waiting and it's 2:47 pm. Like I don't have better things to do with moving tomorrow than waiting on these flakes! This is a very unorganized company. Horrible customer service. Horrible website. You can do minimal on their website and so you must call them and sit on hold for well over an hour each time. Of course, any emails you send them is completely ignored. If you don't get your delivery, you get no notice. If they fail to deliver all items, you get no notice. Ordered a new water service for my office with a rented cooler and 2 bottles of water at a time. Was told that our first delivery would be about a week away (on the 28th) over an email. 28th came and went. Called on the 29th and they seemed confused and said it was supposed to deliver the next week. (that's not what the email said) Because of their mistake they said they'd get it delivered the 29th or 30th but would give me a call to let us know when to expect. No call. No delivery. I was out of the office Friday so I call on Tuesday (yesterday) after the holiday weekend, in the morning, and wait another 30 minutes on hold to talk to someone. (I think this was my 3rd call to them and wait on hold with all this) ...they say sorry again and that they will deliver that day (yesterday) and someone will call me with a time frame for delivery. The afternoon comes around and no call, no delivery. I once again call back and wait on hold and give one final chance to deliver and tell them I will cancel our service if you cannot get this delivered today. I gave numerous chances for them to deliver and/or at least call me like they said they would. They never did any of it. I also sent multiple emails to a couple addresses and none were ever returned. I called today and cancelled. What a waste of time. Our company has been a customer of Sparkletts for many years. Our water cooler broke & they replaced it fairly quickly, within 2 days. Well the new one is not working properly. I made a call & they said they would be here tomorrow. Well I called again stating they did not show up. Today (my 3rd call) they said they changed the date to our normal delivery day (which is 6 days away) without notifing me. When I asked to speak to a supervisor, they said no-one here can help & someone will call within 48 hours. Unacceptable. read more

I have this service from Costco for the last 4 years or so, ever since the beginning The service is terrible, they do good for several months and then bad for other months. They deliver more than was ordered, I ordered X number of bottles per month and them Deliver X number of bottle twice per month, sometimes they deliver X+1, some times X-1, I find my self calling them almost every month to rectifier the charges and the number of bottles. I must say equipment and water are good, but customer service is terrible, Costco needs to find another company to work with. For that only reason, I do not recommend this service read more

I was moving to a new apartment complex and I thought I'd try having water service as a treat almost, I was tired of buying cases of water bottles and hauling them home. I've always been aware of sparkletts so I signed up a week before move in date and set it up so the water would be delivered on move in day since people would be home. Water never showed up and it was about 1pm even though I signed up for morning delivery. I called them and they said "oh it says here there's an issue and they are backed up so they will get the water to you as soon as possible." And I was like okay, when? And they said "hopefully by today but maybe tomorrow." Mind you they never notified me of this, I never would have known if I hadn't called. I waited all day and it never came. The next day I was excited for it to come. I called to ask for a time frame since I had to work and wanted someone to be home. They said "sometime between 8 and 5." 4:30 still no sign so I looked at my account online and it says it's going to be delivered the next day. I'm actually just going to cancel because this is unacceptable. How can you run a business this way honestly. Don't use sparkletts unless you want a headache. EDIT: also I called again to cancel and they said they didn't do the delivery because of "severe weather" (and I was still never informed about this until I called) even though there was literally no severe weather it was a perfectly sunny normal day AND I saw a sparkletts truck delivering water at the complex that day so wtf are they even talking about? This company is a giant mess when it comes to managing your account and customer service. They operate through something called primo water, they NEVER ever answer customer service emails And in fact send you emails with a bunch of different customer service emails within them so you don't even know which one is the right one to use. I have tried to manage my account through the app, over the phone, and the other website and the orders are wrong. They are constantly bringing more that I don't need even when I skip through the app, online, AND call - same if I try to reduce to one bottle. Two stars only because I was happy for a year. Hot side of our cooler died. Not a HUGE issue so I just submitted an email complaint. Never heard back from them. A couple of weeks later it starts leaking water all over the floor. Call, sit on hold forever, explain what has happened - now they say they will be here Tues with a new cooler and some free water. Okay, no biggie. Tuesday my hubby stays at the house all day. Goes out to check around 3:00 pm and the new water is there - no cooler or free water. He calls and spends 30 minutes on hold and says l, basically, get your butt back here. Manager says someone will be here by 5:00. Nope. Sparkletts guy left ME (not hubby) a message at 4:30 stating he was done for the day but he'd be back in the morning. He said he "left a note and knocked." There was no note and we have dogs. Had he knocked, we'd know. Since they were closed I put in ANOTHER complaint online. *6:30 am* the Sparkletts guy calls and says he's coming. We get a new machine - woo. Guess what? NO COLD WATER COMES OUT OF IT! And, again, no response to email complaint. I either get 1-2 months free or I'm done at this point. read more

When I called the wait time was over 50 minutes each time. Spoke with a rep and she made notes in the file to have the delivery location repeated. Next delivery same issue left out side by the alley. When I called to cancel, another 50 minutes on hold, I was told I would be charged for the 3 bottles, even though they were not delivered to my house, due to the fact the delivery person, said they were delivered to me. Signed up at Costco and EVERY delivery this company has made has been wrong unless I was home to correct the delivery person so he left the correct product. They leave the wrong products, then you have to sit on hold for an hour to get their customer service. Then they make promises they will have someone call you back and resolve the issue and I've never had a returned call. Never had the problem resolved either. I finally canceled after a year of hell with Sparkletts. My service was canceled and I was done with them...then all of a sudden I come home and find water being delivered again. I'm no longer a customer, I didn't order their product, but they are charging me and won't credit my account. Again, they need to contact someone else to find out why my service started up again and that person will call me back. Three days later and I've heard from no one. Their product, that I didn't order but paid for, is still sitting out in front of the house because they say "leave it and someone will come by and pick it up" but three days later it is still out there. I've had DS Waters services for over 4 years and I just cancelled today. In Texas I had Sierra Springs and never an issue, but after moving to Arizona and getting Sparkletts, it's been a nightmare. They've missed 4 deliveries and delivered the wrong amount of water 2 times, in 3 months. Customer service is okay, they always say the issue is fixed and then no delivery again, but the wait times are insane, over an hour sometimes. The rep when cancelling was extremely rude too. If you don't believe the massive amount of reviews here, go look at their Facebook. They've turned off the ability to review there because they have so many 1 star reviews. Every comment on their pictures are just people complaining. WORST service ever, I can't believe they're still in business! OMG they did it again. I was told I would be receiving THREE water bottles on Sept. 6 and just came home to find 4 water bottles at my door. Today is Aug. 22. These people just can't get it together. I have like 8 empty water bottles that I would really like to get rid of, but they can't even get their schedule right. OMG, I just experienced the most worst customer service and most importantly, I was a New Customer whose service was due to begin by Nov 24th. I called to speak with customer service about a $50 charge made to my credit card for the new order for water service recently made online the day before, total cost was under $20. The initial wait time was about 4 min where I attempted to seek an explanation of the $50 charged to my credit card for my new order of $16.97. Quite naturally I thought that a mistake was made either by the company or me. However, I was told the $50 was a standard charge made before set up of new service and credit ck completed on new customer. It was here that I sensed something not quite right as I never gave anyone one from Sparkletts permission to run my credit and secondly, there was no mention of this procedure on their website's location for new customer orders. I stated this to the CSR who expressed total surprise of my lack of knowledge of this requirement. I then requested to speak to a supervisor who could point out exactly where this policy was written on their website for new customers. Well after waiting on hold for at least 19 min, I was disconnected. I went through 3 callbacks and holds, 2 different numbers, 1 hang-up and a partridge in a pair tree. Finally, by the 6th call back, I blurted out in my legal tone to the CSR that I wanted to cancel my new service as I no longer desired to continue as a customer with them and furthermore I was prepared to make a formal complaint to the Attorney General's Office of Maricopa County AZ about Sparkletts's atrocious, deficient customer service and erroneous business practice. Consequently, the CSR canceled the new service and explained that it takes 6-7 business days for a refund. Furthermore, I am prepared to proceed with my financial institution and law enforcement accordingly if this does not come to an appropriate resolution. read more

Their collections dept. couldn't answer how I'd accrued such a debt to them, but assured me if I didn't pay it, they'd pass it on to other debt collecting agencies, which will ding my credit. I had a contract with O Premium, who apparently was bought out by Sparkletts some years ago. I have had nothing but problems with this company. They give you a delivery schedule and you put out all your empties on the stated date. Only to come home to your empties bottles rolling around the neighborhood because they didn't bother to show up yet AGAIN. We got so annoyed by this repeated problem and began to wonder if it was us getting confused. We asked them to change the deliveries to our business address so we could actually watch and track their deliveries and accountability. It soon became very clear that it was not our imagination and that they in fact missed deliveries on a regular basis. They don't have any problem in their billing department, those folks get the bills out every month, on time, and they sure expect you to pay promptly, but God help you if you need a drink of water. They missed my last delivery (although the driver marked off on his little sheet that he came here), and they were supposed to make a special makeup delivery here first thing this morning. Guess what? They no showed AGAIN! I just called to verify I was in fact on the schedule for today, only to be told there was no record of my call or the special delivery. Spoke to a sparkletts rep inside of costco. The price of my previous water company were getting high, and they were never delivering on time. Sparkletts rep claimed their bottles were cheaper when I gave her the price, and she promised that their delivery agents showed up on scheduled days and could walk my water bottles up the stairs for us. (only reason we needed water delivery is because of bad car accident from a DUI driver - otherwise we would just refill our bottles like everyone else). Super quick and easy to sign up. Had difficulties getting water machine and first shipment delivered, was confirmed for a date and time, no one came, tried calling in 800 number told they were coming shortly. No one came, finally left my house late that day for groceries, got a call from delivery driver they were there. Told him I could hurry back, was told he would come back around and deliver later that day. No one came. Tried calling and texting delivery guy wondering when he would be able to come. It was 2 days later. Didn't think anything of it, because they were supposed to be great with regular water deliveries right? First maybe 4/5 deliveries were great, same guy came each time, always carried up stairs. Next delivery day, waited and waited around, no one came around regular window of time, came back to water bottles on ground outside my door. Following delivery time, left early to get errands run and got back by noon to make sure I was home rest of day, water bottles on ground outside my door. Planned to stay home entire next delivery day, new guy, didnt carry bottles up, said regular guy on vacation and rushed off to next delivery. Meanwhile in the middle of this they were doing a special, buy K-pods online and get free kerig. Purchased the special, had the k-pods for entire month before machine would arrive. No one knew who when or where the machine was coming from when I called. Or they would promise delivery that day and it wouldn't come. Spent quite a bit of time talking to customer service, the area rep and online chat trying to figure out when or if I ever was going to get the machine. Regular delivery guy never came back, no bottles carried up stairs and ALL of them were a whole dollar more expensive than my previous company and what I was told by costco rep. Hubby and I wanting to cancel and just refill bottle old fashioned way since we were having to carry them anyway and save money. I go online to pay my bill, pay it, get confirmation. Next delivery day, no delivery. Go online again to check account, says bill is due still? I go into past payments, doesnt show payment hasn't gone through or anything, Im wondering if it was a glitch? I pay it again, get order payment confirmation. Next delivery date, no water. Try to call sparkletts to find out what is going on. On hold for over 20 minutes, I hang up and try paying it online again, im checking my bank account wondering if I've transferred money to a different account? Maybe its declining? Nope enough money to pay the bill 10 times over is still in there?? Still nothing on past payments showing it didnt go through. No emails or alerts saying there is a problem, no ones called me? Water delivery was supposed to come 2 days ago, now I cant cant get into my account at all. Speak to customer service tell them I think theres a glitch because I keep paying the bill but I dont get water and its not being pulled. They've sent me to collections! I explain everything I've been doing to try to pay the bill. They said card declined, I told them thats what I thought at first too but I have had a regular high balance in that account so it doesnt make sense, and why would i get order confirmation? Can i please just pay the bill. Nope. They've send me to collections charging me $200 for water machine, for 6 bottles, though i only ever have 4 in my possession and have always turned them in. Collections says this is a regular thing, and that I should drop the machine off because sparkletts will ALWAYS tell customers they will come and pick up and then dont because they want you to have to pay for the water machine. She goes out of her way to give me address to drop off machine (45 minutes away is closest) tells me make sure to take a picture of me returning and dont leave without a document stating I've returned machine because they will try to make me pay for it. They seemed shady with starting the conversation "Did you receive a free jug of water yesterday at your door-step?" Reply: "What? No." - "Oh, well have you heard of Sparkletts Water?" Reply: No. - "Well do you buy water.." and this goes into their sales pitch about how it's just $6 for a jug water and now seeing a post review below regarding "they keep dropping water off... and charging", well it's quickly realized how much of scam this company is.
