Ameri Flow in Mesa is contracted with Spencer's TV and Appliance. I purchased a new water heater at the Spencer's Arrowhead location on Saturday November 29, 2025. I asked for the water heater to be delivered and installed. Ameri Flow called me on December 1, 2025 and set up a time frame for the water heater installation. Pedro, the technician, arrived at the scheduled time. There's not enough good things I can say about Pedro. He was genuinely polite. He knew what he was doing and installed my water heater without any issues. He did a great job on the overflow valve piping. It was very refreshing to see this young lad take pride in his work. This is the first, and likely only, time I've ever felt compelled to leave a review, but do yourself a favor and avoid Ameriflow for your RO system. We had our system installed in 2023. Three years later, we were finally contacted (for the first time) by their office to schedule a routine filter service. I booked the appointment within two days and was quoted $181, which seemed reasonable. However, when the technician (Anthony) arrived, he informed me that the membrane had failed and would need to be replaced for an additional $100. He mentioned he'd try to get it covered under warranty, but... conveniently... the warranty had expired just three months prior. I contacted customer service to see if they could offer any flexibility, especially considering this was the first time they had ever reached out to us for maintenance. I spoke with two different people and was told, flatly, that there was nothing they could do. No explanation, no attempt to make it right. One representative, Lori, even suggested this was somehow my fault; claiming their postcards are often thrown away and text messages ignored. That assumption is both incorrect and frustrating. This was the first and only communication we've received. To be clear, Anthony the technician was excellent! He was professional, courteous, and very easy to work with. Unfortunately, he's the exception. The customer service experience was dismissive, unhelpful, and frankly disappointing. In fact, on our third call to the support line, Jake actually hung up on my wife as she was trying to contact the manager. Between the lack of proactive communication, the conveniently timed warranty lapse, and the unwillingness to stand behind their product or service, I can't recommend this company. There are far better options out there. I STRONGLY recommend you look elsewhere. read more

AVOID!!!! Customer service with this company is TERRIBLE. We have had problem after problem with a simple task of getting the filters changed with three rentals. They are a nightmare and do not care to help. They have made up pricing and each person we've talked to has quoted us a different price. When speaking to them, they keep handing the issues off to someone else and are now making it our job to continue calling back to get a refund when we were overcharged $75! Reverse Osmosis system. After 11 months the system developed a massive leak while no one was home, destroying cabinetry and flooding hardwood kitchen floor, several thousand dollar repair. Ameriflow Water Systems blamed high water pressure and yet they were prepared to install a new system (i.e. would have happened again, if the issue indeed was the high water pressure). The explanation doesn't hold because the system was working for 11 months without issue. Company provides no compensation for damages, no remorse. Asked me to call insurance. I have had an RO system installed through Costco's service provider for 3 years without issue. read more

Installed a r.o. system in May 2025 which leaked for weeks before we noticed the pool of water hidden behind their unit. My plumber contacted the Ameriflow office and they said to have the insurance company sue them for a refund. My insurance company is State Farm and they refused to cover the thousands of dollars in damage ( They do not cover leaks). I am paying for everything out of my pocket. Absolutely Terrible Experience with Amerflow - Stay Away! If I could give zero stars, I would. I contacted Amerflow to check on a simple "maintenance required" message for my water softener -- something that should have been routine and minor. Instead, their technician ended up doing serious damage: he broke the bypass valve and stripped the motor gears. Before this technician touched anything, my water softener was working just fine -- tests showed it was functioning perfectly. After the damage was done, I immediately called the manager expecting some level of accountability or at least a plan to fix their mistake. Nothing was done. Zero responsibility. They left me with a broken system and no support. Now I'm forced to replace the entire water softener out of my own pocket -- all because of their technician's incompetence. I've had our Ameriflow system about a year. It's the second system I've had from Ameriflow. We have a large softener system, a whole house filter and an under sink RO . I recently contacted them to understand how to remove the resin units as our garage floor is being epoxied. Their helpful service manager called me back within 15 mins, looked up our system and walked me through step by step on how to disconnect the system safely. I feel like many companies won't empower their customers to do things like this so they can make an extra dime. Ameriflow are not. Super helpful and got me out of a bind moving my units. read more
