While the car was there, a service advisor called her and told her the rear suspension arms were "wearing and would snap" and that the car wasn't safe to drive. Frightened, she authorized nearly $1,500 in suspension work over the phone. No photos were shown. No old parts were offered. The inspection findings that supposedly justified the repair aren't documented anywhere on the invoice, and the authorization section of the paperwork was left completely blank. They also added a second tire she didn't ask for, a cabin air filter, and a $15 "Frigi Fresh" deodorizer -- none of which had anything to do with why she came in. Maybe some of this work was needed. But telling an elderly woman her car is about to snap, over the phone, with zero documentation, is not how a trustworthy shop operates. If your parents take their car here, go with them. I'll update this review based on how management responds.

When I called, Luis Castro (the founder and CEO of the business) immediately picked up. He was very polite, very professional, and thoroughly explained to me what can be done and the pricing structure. When I got to the shop, the work began promptly. And it was very high-quality. It was also nice that there was wi-fi in the lobby area, which made it possible for me to respond to work e-mails while the car cleaning was being done. And it was great to support a small family-owned business. Highly recommended. No regrets. I will absolutely be coming back here if I ever have future needs or want a thorough detailing.

Seem to by this observation have trouble doing a job right the first time.
