I requested Peter because he was mentioned repeatedly in the reviews I scanned. Mistake. He was 30 minutes late to the appointment, on a weekday, at lunchtime. So I was late back to work - not a huge deal because my schedule is flexible but adding thirty minutes to the end of my day wasn't appreciated. But okay. Shit happens. The pedicure was good. No pushing me for upgrades, no pressure. I appreciate that. The manicure - good god. He cut every single one of my fingers. Every. Single. One. And LAUGHED about it repeatedly. Literally was like "did it again!" I'm not sure why I even stayed, lol. I couldn't believe it. I finally pulled my hand away and looked at him and he laughed and said "last time I promise". Yeah. It was the last finger you had. Anyway the paint was so bumpy on my fingers. Now my cuticles are all scabbed. What a waste of time and money. I tipped because I felt bad and the pedicure was good, but I wish I hadn't. I won't be back and I don't recommend this place. Hopefully I don't get an infection. read more

Don't get Vy. She was absolutely horrible. Seemed angry and annoyed the whole time -- snappy and rude. Made for an extremely unpleasant and negative experience. She was terrible on my pedicure, rushing through each step. Vy didn't do a thorough job of shaping the nails, pushing and trimming cuticles, or exfoliating my heels and toes. Her painting was sloppy; I have extra polish off the nail on at least 6 toes! Sharing photos. Andy was the nail tech who did the pedicure of the other person with me. He started over 20min behind, so the two of us - who reserved pedicures together, were not in sync on timing -- it threw off the appointment experience for us both. I had a much better appointment with Abby in the past. If I go back, I'll be asking for her specifically. read more

First time and I think it's a no from me... I paid $100 + plus tip for a pedicure and this manicure (please see pictures)... if you call this a decent dip manicure... and mind you, these were done last Wednesday (today is Monday, 5 days only). I also left with 3 nails bleeding and that's painful, she was rough! Very rough!!! Ahh also, extra $10 for cutting my cuticles... never heard of that before! A manicure should include that!! UPDATE: I spoke to the owner, she said she would make sure someone checked on me before leaving the salon and making sure I was happy, I had Lucas taking care of my manicure today and I can say that I am very happy with the way he treated my nails. He was gentle, professional and made sure I liked the result! I will be coming back! read more

Moved here from out of state and was really looking forward to having a nice relaxing pedi. I had the unfortunate experience of having the worst pedi I've ever had courtesy of Kathy. Tech rugged at cuticles...left some ragged. Didn't shape any of the nails until I asked if she was going to. I picked out a traditional (non-gel) polish that I gave to the tech at the beginning of the session. The tech puts on a clear base coats and then takes out a gel light!!! She ignored my polish and put gel on!!!! She then had to scrape the gel base off. Then proceeds to paint my nails. Because she, in her mind, planned to do gel...then put lotion on my legs and was trying to rub it in over the wets nails. I ended up having left over lotion and product on my legs and feet. Then she told me I had to move over to waiting area...with no toe spacers or flip flops. I was offered 20% discount which results in paying $45 for an absolute sh!tshow. Spend on some nice polish and do it yourself as it will be hands down better than this. read more

I simply went in to have my brows waxed. The greeting was friendly, and I was promptly served for a reasonable price. I will go again.

My dip nails were cracked and uneven. The employees were laughing at me and talking about me. Very unprofessional.

The atmosphere was wonderful but my nail tech seemed as if she just did NOT want to be at work. She was very quiet so maybe she just didn't speak English very well. She did a good job on my pedicure and made my feet feel wonderful!! I only wish that I could've gotten French tips using the regular polish. I'm not sure why they could only do French tips with gel polish. Overall, it was a good experience and would recommend Seven Nails!! read more

Ive never written a review, here goes. I went to Seven in hopes of finding a local salon. Ever since I've lived here 14 yrs, I've always ended up driving back to Nashville to have my nails. I've tried numerous salons but the nails either lift, crack or after I say what I want the tech will say "no you don't or that will look terrible" and they attempt to do whatever they want or I guess whatever their skill set is. Anyway, I gave Seven a try. Had my nails done, went back in 2 weeks for a fill and apparently water had seeped under 3 an green mold had grown. The tech replaced them and said "all good". Mind you everyone is super nice and friendly. Went back in 3 days one had broken in half. 1 week later 3 had fallen off with more green mold. I continued to return (I don't know why) every week for 3 more weeks with the same problem (being charged every time) After I returned from vacation ( 2 months ago) I soaked them off myself. I'm still dealing with the damaged aftermath, and for the first time in 32 yrs I'm unable to have nails. I will be driving back to Nashville bi-weekly again once the healing process is complete. This is a dangerously ran place, that need to implement continued education for both employees and owners. And I'm more then sure, with the education this will be a very successful business.
