I called to confirm an appointment with this maid service. The woman I spoke with asked me to provide my address and told me that she would have to check her schedule and that she would let me know later in the afternoon. She never got back to me and I have reached out to her on two separate occasions and neither occasion did I receive a response. I anticipated on having them come to give me a quote but since they cannot even send a text to update me I felt forgotten as a potential customer and now I am leaving a bad review. If you do not have the capacity to handle additional clients then please inform future customers that you are too busy instead of ignoring them. The good, the bad, the dirty.... lol Oyla is super trust worthy!!!! The first clean I stayed around until I felt comfortable with her and then left her to her job. I left more than enough cash on the table for her, which was ment as a tip and she left some of money said she didn't need that much. The second time I made sure I wrote her a check so she would take her tip this time. I feel like the price of her first cleaning was very reasonable but the second cleaning was over charged due to the type of cleaning I was expecting and the type of cleaning I recieved. ... I am new to the city and have used cleaning services before which charged 50$ for biweekly surface cleaning so when she quoted me a price way above that I was not prepared for it. But she was kind and said she was willing to work with my budget... Oyla 's first clean was good, she completed most of the stuff i had written on my list for her. She missed a couple things I had written on the list (kitchen baseboards under the sink, and the batheroom wall next to the faucet) but I figured she might get it on her next clean because she was at the house for a good amount of time. The second clean was disappointing. It was a bare surface cleaning. She missed spaces i was hoping she would catch. For example, I just had a new refrigerator put in the day before and the door frame was a little marked up I was hoping she would catch that. Granted, I did not make her a list the second time since I felt a little silly when I gave it to her the first time,(iw got the look like she knew what she was doing.) She was in and out in less than 2 hours. I was really hoping for someone who would clean the stuff I hate cleaning like base boards, door frames, walls etc. I feel bad giving her less than 5 stars ( especially knowing she will see this lol) but I feel my review is fair and honest. read more
