By "less than stellar" I mean someone once stole it, but later returned it with an apology note pinned to a $50 bill. Regardless, the team worked to get me financed for a full-size SUV that met all of my needs and then some. It was a new acquisition that needed to be serviced before I could drive it home. Sid, the GM, took the time to sit and talk with me for several minutes and make sure all of my questions were answered and concerns were addressed. He put me in contact with Gregg, the Sales Manager who ensured I was kept in the loop the entire time. Again, Gregg went out of his way to make sure I was taken care of and kept up to date. When Gregg was out of the office he ensured Kai (sorry if I misspelled that), the Service Manager, was up to speed and stepped in seamlessly to address any issues that arose. I know that people have different experiences and opinions. I can only tell you my experience and it was outstanding. Facts are facts, and the fact is I have purchased new and used cars from dealerships in Central Indiana for more than 32 years. (My Husband wrote this!!!!)…read more Me and my wife have been going back and forth with this place for the past couple days , we had ran a credit because we are still in the middle of a bankruptcy and had gotten approved so we could finally have something to call our own (we were extremely excited) , my wife had mentioned over the phone to one of the people helping us that we would be bringing in a van as a trade in (it is my fathers van that he got us so we could have *SOMEWHAT* of reliable transportation, but we have been making the payments on it) , and had gotten a previous quote somewhere else to see if they could match it , and they ENSURED us that indeed they could match it or possibly even beat it.This made us all the more optimistic . I also warned them that we would most likely be rolling over some negative equity, and they ensured me it would be no problem and to come on in. After driving in an hour and a half traffic on a Friday night at 5pm with our 17 month old (we couldn't go on any other day because I had to work and my wife has a job this weekend) we finally got to the location and we're greeted by the people we had been in contact with . We handed off the keys and waited for our vehicle to be appraised , in the mean time we patiently waited and chased our toddler what seems like all over the store , one of the people who had been in contact with us came in and told us that there was no way for us to get into a vehicle because of negative equity. I showed them the paper from the previous dealer and they basically stated they couldn't match that because rebates were included in the trade in value, even though they told me they would give me the same price over the phone. They told us That we had 3 choices of NOT trading in our vehicle (not an option, we don't need more car payments , we need 1 car payment) , putting money down( we are in the middle of a bankruptcy, that is a stupid comment in general) , or getting another signer (once again we are back to square one of not helping my husbands credit and bumming off of someone else) . At this point me and my wife were extremely frustrated because we had basically not only wasted our time , but we had already ran my crappy credit for NO reason . This was the FIRST time we have ever stepped foot into a ray skillman store and I absolutely think it will be the last. My Bronco was not only delivered ahead of schedule, but they honored my A plan and treated me like I was part of their family. I worked with Jeff Bowen, and can't recommend him enough! I've never owned a brand new car, and Jeff made this process so smooth and seamless. He took the time to show me around the new Bronco, helped me with accessory shopping, and made sure I left with no question unanswered. I can't recommend Don Hinds, and Jeff Bowen, strongly enough. We had a great experience purchasing our Bronco from this dealership. Scott did an excellent job…read morethroughout the sales process. This is our second Bronco in three years, and we have intentionally tried to remain loyal to this dealership for both purchases and service. Unfortunately, our experience with the service department after the purchase has been extremely frustrating. After purchasing a $50,000+ Bronco and putting $11,000 down, we wanted to add illuminated Bronco grille lettering and LED grille lights. We paid the dealership for the installation and had them order the illuminated lettering. We dropped the Bronco off for the installation, only to pick it up and discover they had completely forgotten to install the illuminated lettering. We had to bring it back the following week. When they installed the lettering, they decided on their own to wire it to an AUX switch instead of the running lights that the other lights were connected to. Nobody asked us how we wanted it configured. When we asked them to change it, we were initially told we would have to pay additional money. After getting the Bronco home, we noticed the grille had been chipped and cracked around the areas where the lights were installed. The dealership took photos and eventually agreed to replace the grille. We brought it back again the following week, only to be told that the replacement grille wasn't painted and the repair would have to wait another week. We again asked them to correct the wiring, and were initially told we would still be charged. After speaking with our original salesman, Scott, they eventually agreed to correct the wiring at no charge. Unfortunately, when we picked the Bronco up, the replacement grille had brown/discolored areas in the paint, scratches, other imperfections, and areas where it does not sit flush with the body. The original grille did not have these issues. Photos are attached to show the condition of the replacement grille. What should have been a simple accessory installation has turned into roughly a month of making a trip to the dealership almost every week. We paid for the original installation, and we've repeatedly had to return a $50,000+ vehicle to address mistakes, damage, and now problems with the replacement. As of posting this review, we are still waiting to hear back from the dealership regarding the latest paint and fitment issues. I want to be fair and point out that Scott has been great, both during the sales process and in helping us get the wiring issue addressed. My frustration is primarily with the service department and the lack of quality control throughout this process. Mistakes happen, but I expect mistakes to be properly corrected and the vehicle to be inspected before it is returned to the customer. Unfortunately, that has not been our experience. For a dealership we've purchased two Broncos from in three years and wanted to remain loyal to, this experience has been extremely disappointing.

Sure thing, but there is someone here to look at it as we speak, ok thanks for letting me know. 2 minutes later, ya know what I just told my wife that has been waiting in the car with my toddler that I was going to buy it, so lets do it. Sales lady that was showing the car to someone else strolls through and my salesman says we are going to run his credit so he can purchase, Why would you do that my guy is a mechanic and is going to buy. But wait i'm still here and have been here now for over 2 hours, I would like to buy and I assume since I was here first I could still do that, sorry nope you missed your chance. Well she ended up storming off I am assuming to go get the manager, since like 3 minutes later he was in the office telling me their was nothing he could do because he couldn't take the keys away from the other guy, but yet that is what was done to me. These guys dont care about you just about getting a sale and their commission im assuming. Im sorry it took me 120 seconds to say yes I wanted to buy it.
