They are the only part of your car that touches the ground. Sometimes I am unsure when it comes to tire warranties but the tire warranty that came with my tires did exactly what they said it would do. It took care of my road hazard repair and it also covers rotation and balancing. Have been a Tire Discounters customer for a dozen plus years and a number of cars. Have had great service with only a few hiccups over the years, but that is expected. Most of my work has been done at the Michigan Road store. THEN after very recently being circle jerked around by Brandon and Jerry at the Michigan Road location, I decided to look for a second but HONEST opinion. I read some yelp reviews and decided to drive 20 miles to the TD Noblesville location. [[HIGHLIGHT]]Folks, these people are game changers! Spent a great deal of time with Jamie and Bobby, who are FANTASTIC. Not only do they have an unbelievable wealth of knowledge, and the patience to break their explanations in "bite sized pieces" for someone like me, they found a great resolution[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]]. I once gave a glowing review of this location. I'm not sure if there was a management change or whatnot, but I will not be taking any of my vehicles here ever again. It's a very long drawn out story, but the basics is that [[HIGHLIGHT]]communication has waned[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]], they didn't diagnose the original issue with my car at first after getting two other issues done (while still having confidence in them), and then causing another issue altogether with my brakes. Now, since their computers were not working properly, the last thing they did finally seemed to work for the original issue and they did not charge me for the work and said that [[HIGHLIGHT]]they would send the receipt for it...which I have never received[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]]. This is in vast contrast to when I have taken my cars to them in the past. I will never take my cars to them again, but just to clarify also, [[HIGHLIGHT]]the gentlemen I dealt with were not overly rude at all[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]]. [[HIGHLIGHT]]do not go here. worst auto experience of my life.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] had an appoint for 12:30. my car sat in the lot for 2 hours and nobody touched it. all i needed was an oil change and alignment. Thought the whole point of an appointment was so you don't wait for 2 hours and nothing gets done to your car. the slowest shop ever!. I've been here 3x. the first was to get tires. they quoted me 2 hours it took almost 4. [[HIGHLIGHT]]the second was to get a quote on something, 30 minutes waiting while he typed on the computer only to say he'll have to call with the quote and never did.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] lastly to have my tires rotated and aligned, I'm going into the 3rd hour sittong here. just don't come here if you don't have all day to sit and wait. They did not call when service was "complete" so they kept the car over the weekend. No call, text or email. Claim there was a call made but no call or voicemail was received. Also they were unable to complete the service because the inner and outer tie rods needed replacement. Little did they know my husband is a certified mechanic. He brought the car home put it up and only found issue with one of the outer tie rods. That's 1 replacement not 4. They lied and then didn't want to own up to any of it. Family members have already left this location due to bad communication and now I will too. Not just poor communication but the fact that they lied!! How are "regular" people supposed to figure these things out? We're supposed to be able to trust these people and they are flat out liars. Say they recommend one being changed when the other is but this was not a recommendation, they stated they were broken. I just don't want other people to go through what we had to. read more

I was able to get in quickly and get my front brakes fixed same day. The price seemed reasonable and the man I spoke with (Kevin perhaps?) was very friendly and knowledgeable. Will most likely return to this location for future car needs. read more

This place was awesome today. I had pulled into two other tire places looking for air, including Tire Barn a few feet from them, and I could not get any outdoor tire pressure help. As soon as I pulled into TireDiscounters, Adam, a manager came out ready to help me. I was so happy, for his quick help, as I was trying to start a three hour trip with low tires. I tried to give him a 5.00 tip, and he wouldn't take it. That's when he told me he was the manager. I told him my whole story- he said to come back any time. When I need new tires- I'm coming here! From the first conversation with Chris to the departure in my vehicle this place is first class! Johnny knew my vehicle inside and out and gave the most professional and thorough brake inspection I've ever had done! Everything works like a champ. Went to see if they could install a brake light. They gladly took my car in and realized they didn't have the bulb in stock. They said the parts truck would be here in 20 minutes and they would install it and provide the bulb for free. I told them I could go buy the bulb and they insisted on me waiting and they would rather me drive safely then spend 20 minutes going to find a bulb. Can't ask for better customer service than that. I had a tire pressure problem and just stopped in to get it checked out and fixed. They got me checked in and on the rack quickly, without any appointment. This is where I took my sons vehicle for new tires and an alignment.. both went seemingly well. I usually take my vehicle to the dealership but decided to give them a try. I called and made an appointment for yesterday. The gentleman behind the counter was very nice and helpful and extremely busy. After 20 minutes I asked if my car was going yo get pulled back. I had waited 30 minutes past my appointment for them to start. Again, he was nice so I let it go. I was told my price would be $49.00. I also a 10% off coupon. He told me he'd applied the coupon and gave me $20 off for my total to be $69.00. That made absolutely no sense. So somehow they'd gotten it up to almost $100 and had to work it back down. I left paying $65 when I was quoted $49.00. I don't like bad business so therefore I probably won't be back. I also asked if my tires were rotated and he said he "thinks so." I highly doubt because when I left my tire pressure were off. I wish I had a better experience. read more

Things have slipped a little since this location opened. The people skills have suffered and the waiting environment has decayed a bit. (In these days, everything needs to look clean... and be clean.) Three televisions: Two of them have bad backlights which shows up as black stripes on the screen. (No big deal since there was nothing entertaining on them... just decay.) Third television is the one that used to show multiple cameras in the shop area. This television was totally off. (Cameras not working?... Don't want customers watching?... hmmm.) Another sign of decay. I was thinking three stars at best, but at the very end Adam saved the day for this location of Tire Discounters. I gave the fourth star just because of his professionalism. He seemed to posses the original disposition of the company and made me feel good about coming in. While I was waiting, I was thinking about other options in the area. Even though my service was a 'no charge' situation... I would be willing to pay for the right feeling. Thank you Adam. I will plan on returning when the mileage dictates, and I hope things get better. Please understand, I like the company and want them to succeed. I think seeing the decay hurts a little because I've recommended this place to so many people. If they take my advice, they're going to wonder what I was thinking! read more
