This place is WAY underrated. The food was awesome, the service was outstanding and the restaurant was clean and nice.

Nice restaurant /Grill in an old garage setting with lots of memorabilia ,and old cars waitresses were nice food was good.

We had a party of 9, half of whom were from out of state; but 3 people were about 10 minutes late. They told us they couldn't hold the large table and gave it to someone else. So we had to sit at tables away from each other and were unable to visit with our friends that were stopping though. So disappointing. Next time we will not come to Sparky's. read more

I used to really like this place. But, the last time I went, my burger patty was maybe an eighth of an inch thick. It was sad. The service is pretty good and the decore is cool. And they have outside seating. read more

Stopped in on our vacation ordered 2 ea orders of 1/2 slab of ribs. Sauce was not put on ribs, they were tastless, meat was very chewy and very tough. Baked potato was over cooked and we did not get the extra toppings that were ordered. We ordered 2 orders of apple pie with vanilla ice cream and received 1 order. I have receipt showing I paid for two Management just apologized and said we are usually on top of that and did not offer to fulfill the order or a refund. Will never go back. read more

The garage motif is a great idea for a restaurant, the ambiance was awesome and the food definitely followed suit. The ribs were tender and flavorful, the smoked sausage was great, the service was the best as was the pulled pork. Next time we're in the area we will definitely come back for more. read more

This is the best in town to eat at; I definitely recommend the Prime Rib on Friday and Saturday's they slowed cook and their BBQ ribs is the best in town in fact this is only place in town you'll find BBQ ribs and pull pork sandwiches. I really love their breakfast. read more

Ate here yesterday and one of our favorite places to eat in Dillon. Not so this time. I had the fried catfish dinner, and the catfish was over cooked and a small portion from my last visit in April. The sweet potato fries were not fresh. I was very disappointed after such a good meal from my last visit. Hopefully, the next time we pass through Dillon, the food will be better. My husband and I were driving through to Idaho Falls and the place we chose to eat was closed so we thought we would just stop in the next town but stumbled on Sparkys Garage on Oh My Gosh I cannot say enough good things about our food or the service. Casandra was great and guided us through the menu. the country fried chicken was tender and amazing, the brisket was by far the best I have had in years if not ever they are a must if you get a chance and don't forget the delicious cornbread and Mac n cheese. read more

This was a lucky find for us since it was our first time visiting Dillon, MT. The atmosphere is so inviting with the old cars, TV's and old time decor. The food was exceptional and service spot on. Fun atmosphere,sports bar meets diner. Excellent friendly service. Was able to sample a few beers before picking one. Burgers were straight forward and well prepared. We've been here a couple times on our way through Dillon. Food is consistently good with outstanding service. Today we weren't quite as hungry so we chose a lighter fare. My husband had chili with a salad and cornbread. He said the chili was good and hearty with a healthy dose of meat. I chose the chicken noodle soup with a salad and the cornbread. The soup was delicious with nice flat noodles and chunks of chicken. It wasn't salty which I really appreciated. The cornbread is fresh every day and really good, too. Our garden salads were larger than we expected and very good. All in all it was more than we could eat for just $8 each and when you throw in the excellent service I give this five stars. read more

Ambience is western Montana comfortable. They are working on expansion to accommodate all the foodies living there and passing through. The chopped brisket sandwich was very good. The pulled pork was excellent. They are known for their sauce on the sandwiches. It is not hot and spicy, but very tasty. The deviled eggs and sweet potato fries are outstanding. We stopped here on our way to Glacier National Park and it was a great find and the food was great. The sausage gravy and biscuits were good, as well as the pancakes. Hands down, the Denver (western) omelet was the best! The decor of this place was also cool. Old gas and oil signs, cans made into lamps, gas pumps, etc. There are also old license plates on the walls making it very welcoming. read more

Waited an hour only to find out the staff doesn't know what is on the menu. Cook substituted cheaper side and manager comped me $0.50 -- less then the upcharge for the side! You'd be better off going to McDonald's or DQ down the street, at least they will give you some value. read more

I had enjoyed the Sparky's Garage in Butte but the other night I tried the Dillon Sparky's and in addition to a good meal I had an extral special experience. A couple days later I discovered my credit card was missing; I called Sparky's beause that as the last time I could remember using it. Sure enough they had the card and mailed it to my home. That is honesty and integrity on top of great food and atmosphere. Thank you Sparky's staff. read more

Waited over an hour to get our food and then it was cold (after 30 mins. the waittress came back to our table to inform us they did not have baked potatoes...). The Manager, when called over, did not even apologize and did not discount our meals. We will never go back. Be warned, unless you enjoy wasting a lot of time and lousy, cold food -- DO NOT EAT AT SPARKY'S!! read more
