I like the touch of sending me a picture of the tech so I know who to expect. Gave a time frame that he would be here. Half an hour later he was here. It went quick. He diagnosed the problem, even had a spare part. Fixed it in no time. He spent more time vacuuming out the inner workings of the dryer than actually fixing it. All together it was well worth the call to these guys. The repair itself was much cheaper than I expected it to be. I was worried the quote would have been high enough that it would be cheaper to buy a new dryer. But no. Gonna bookmark these guys!

At no point was it clearly explained that this would be a trial-and-error process with uncertain results. Very disappointing experience--both in terms of the repair outcome and how the situation was handled.

With the thought that the circulation pump needed replacement, they gave me a bid of $277. They came later that same day and determined that the pump did need replacement and I was charged $277 for the work. My experience with Appliance Clinic is that they are honest, prompt, very fair, and efficient in their work. I recommend them.
