He offered to go out and have a look at the roof and said he'd call me. The same day, in the rain, none the less, Mr. Graves personally went out to my house and found the area with the 2 missing shingles and realized the shingles were on my porch in good condition. So he called me up and said he wouldn't feel right charging me for such a minor repair and promptly got to the repair. I made several offers to pay him and he simply refused. The next day when I arrived home from work he was just finishing up and had actually done more than we had discussed just to make sure I was fully repaired and yet he would not accept any payment. I was absolutely blown away after having dealt with the all the other companies who wanted to talk money before they ever looked at my roof. Mr. Graves has made a customer for life in us.
