They were very prompt on picking my ( Bettie )car up. They kept me informed of what was happening with my car via text, which was amazing. I can't really speak about the cost because I only had to pay my deductible. But the damage was pretty severe so I feel like even if I had to pay out-of-pocket, it was what it was. everyone I dealt with via phone and/or in person was very nice and very patient. here are a couple of pictures of before and after. He also has people out on the road working for him, driving around preying on innocent individuals who are stuck on the road with broken down cars, referring them to his place. It's incredible that this guy can even sleep well at night but I believe in karma and have had to let it go. This shouldn't have taken a long time, so I planned for about an hour of my time. This ended up taking nearly 3 hours of my time. The price wasn't too bad for everything we got done, but the time could've been better. There was an understanding that they were short staffed, however when an appointment is made, there shouldn't be such a delay for simple services. The workers were extremely nice, however, and I would recommend them, just carve out a chunk of your day if you're going to wait. They also do not have a bathroom in the shop, so be aware of that too :)

Finding a shop willing to paint small trim pieces wasn't easy. A lot of places either weren't interested in the job or quoted prices that were nearly double what I ended up paying here. The finished product looked better than I had hoped for. The paint is smooth and consistent, and the overall quality of the work speaks for itself. They took the same care with a couple of trim pieces as they would with a much larger job. The turnaround time was also incredibly fast. I expected to be without the parts for several days, but they were finished much sooner than I anticipated. Between the quality of the work, the quick turnaround, and pricing that was far more reasonable than the other quotes I received, I wouldn't hesitate to come back for future paint work.

Called them after few minutes their tow truck came and took our car. Happened afternoon so they are almost closing. Next day, Billy called and said whats the problem with our car. It was transmission and a whooping $$$$! The level of communication that the people from Chris was impeccable, they call almost daily to give updates. Fast forward, parts was delayed and we received our car a few days before it turned a month. (Can you imagine how much we paid for rental?!) Anyway, they gave us a very good discount. I can't even put words how everything went. So you imagine the crazy stress we had experienced?! Thankfully Chris Automotive was very reasonable with their prices, staffs were great and our car is back! Will definitely recommend this place!

Since having car they have held my plates hostage waiting and trying to get the insurance company to give him money only after trying to get me to give him money and the title. It is between him and insurance company and you can not with hold someone plates. Even still after being told the check was in mail from insurance they still won't give plates. The father and son is very disrespectful calling leaving messages about money that has nothing to do with me . It is between him and insurance company only . Come to find out he is doing this to a couple of other people when it has nothing to do with them it's the insurance company
