Were there for the Crosby Stills Nash & Young band and decided to come back the next nite to hear the Creedence Clearwater Revival band (one of our favorites) The first night had a nice crowd, but the Saturday nite crowd was insane!! Huge crowd, but friendly & fun dancing, singing & whooping it up! Now when it comes to bar type food, I'm a bit of a snob, but this place had some of the very best chicken wings I'd ever had !!! I was doing fine winning and losing. But gain some of the money. I went to this machine and I inserted a 20 dollar bill into the machine and it turns to 2.00 dollar bill. I was confused and tried to play. But it froze. It would not spend something was wrong. I thought maybe I can get my $20 bill back but I saw two dollar bill there which I called the maintenance or whatever security and they wouldn't help me at all. They thought I was lying to them. I put $20 bill in the machine. There's a glitch in this machine did not spend at all. Like if the machine froze for a few seconds!!!!! I should've told them it froze. It didn't spin. I didn't say anything to security. It took my money. It's not fair.!!!!!! They were thinking I was lying!!!! I just can't believe it that they couldn't see it in the camera so the cameras don't work. It is hidden gem in a little community neighborhood but the customer service is outstanding from the security (shout to Mark Silvas, don't tackle anyone lol) to the bartenders (shout to Andrea, hope you get to visit Miami soon). This place is a HOLE that should be avoided by everyone. If you are a visitor to El Paso, the customer service and the bingo slots sucks! Moreso, the security guards here are straight up trash. They love to "act tough" and start trouble with customers, especially over alcohol. Last call for alcohol is 1:59 a.m., and security begins pick up at 2:00 a.m. Yes, that's one minute later where you are asked to throw away or rapidly down alcoholic beverages that you just bought minutes earlier at an overpriced amount. This business has also been widely accused in online reviews of rude security guards and overserving alcohol that has been linked to several vehicular deaths in El Paso. This place is trouble and their security team has a VERY SERIOUS problem, especially with non-locals (which they target). We have been frequently visiting the casino from the day it opened and it has gone through major changes in the food department and I can certainly say that the food "sic" and the Cafe have literally gone to shit!! The food went from 5 stars to 0 stars, not to mention the terrible service at the food counter. Customer service is pretty much non existent in the food counter. Got banned due to personal matters rather than something reasonable. Attempted to appeal my case and the manager whom i spoke to didn't care to attend my case and his justification was, "we can prohibit the entrance to whoever we want and whenever we want" I had been a customer for more than 5 years and hadn't had issues whatsoever. Manager invented, that i have various reports against me but fails to show proof of them. I believe internal issues are occurring due to supervisors and even managers mixing work issues and personal issues such as sentimental relationships with other employees. Very unethical responses from employees to customers using bad words and security staff supervisors basing their decisions on weather they like you or not. I have proof to present my justification, I am hoping the general manager can attend my case unlike their designated managers. read more

Fun place with a lot of new slot machines. They need more workers on the food line. The lines to get food takes forever. Parking is also a mess. But the free concerts are the best. Oh man. This place, where to start: it's located in i guess a tribal reservation area of the city, but pretty much a ghetto. Rough area. Feel like you might get shot, walking from the parking lots to the casino. You walk in and the security guy at the entrance will give you attitude and make you feel stupid. Not welcoming. Then you start checking out the slot machines, to figure out what you want to play. It seems like about a quarter of the machines at any time will be not functioning/out of order. But from the screens you won't be able to tell that. You will NEVER win anything at any of the machines here. Then almost the entire casino is smoking, which is not fun if you don't partake in tobacco products. And finally, I started to play at this one machine, and it was going just fine. Then I added more money to it and it abruptly froze. Would not let me finish playing. I hit the button on the screen to request an attendant. Then I flagged down two separate employees and explained the situation. They said well, we will get someone over here to help you. I waited, and I waited. Some nice lady nearby even tried to go let employees know about my situation. Finally when I was about to just give up and accept that the machine was not going to let me finish my play, some employee came over and reluctantly fixed the machine. Wow. That place is unfair and makes you feel mistreated differently . The worst part is also finding a parking lot especially on the weekends, one time we were waiting on the person to get out bc she/ he gave us the parking spot and this lady on the opposite side was also waiting for the same thing but took it. Went ther the other night for the drawing for the for bronco. They said the drawing was starting at 5 so we went there thinking the drawing for the truck was at 5 instead it was at 8. And on top of everything they were still allowing people to put tickets in for the drawing until 730. I think that was unfair and they should have been more forthcoming on when the actual drawing for the truck would take place. On top of that my wife and I had ordered some tacos. We had asked for a extra taco sauce was told we had to pay a extra dollar for that really? Oh one more thing watch the machine when your playing. 3 times I caught a mouse cursor going across the screen at one of the slots I was playing at. Rudeness and intimidation is a requirement for employment at this establishment. Not only is this Casino very unorthodox in it's structure but the employees here have no class nor professionalism. During the morning hours all areas in the casino get closed. The gaming machines are all restarted. During this time an employee will ask you to log off with no regards to the current game you are playing. There is no forwarning to the customers that their area will be closed during the reboot. Instead one is bullied off the gaming floor. It is clear that these employees are a reflection of their management and leadership. Worst casino in my 30 years going to casinos, there are 3 or 4 machine types/brands if you drop $60 into a slot machine of a certain brand and you cash out that ticket can only be used on the same brand if you don't like any other machines of that brand then you have to cash the ticket at the cashier box which has a line that is 30 minutes, they make it a pain for you to get your money back any small tickets not worth your time you just put into a machine and let them get waisted instead of getting in line for that long, save your money and go to a real casino better. read more

I flew to the show from across the country all for nothing because the gm didn't like their comments. At the newer concert venue was nearly kicked out because a drunk lady was angry about me walking in front. She talked the security guard and he walked over and said that we can't push people and threatened to kick us out. Not sure why he took her word given the 6 20 oz cups stacked in her hand but I diffused the situation and moved to a different spot. The "gaming center" is just slots and very tame. The restaurant was a bright spot but being treated that way warrants this review. In review before I post, I was also completely sober at the concert and not once even touched the lady. Being one of the few white people there I kind of wonder if I stood out in some way and was picked out as a result. My poor wife was up in arms when the security guard started threatening us as we had done nothing wrong. I have to share with El Paso and tourists that this casino down here in lower valley has been remodeled and also new slot machines along with BINGO games since 2017 if I am not mistaken. Today, my purpose to visiting casino was to play only on the slot machines as I joined my mom. There is about four large rooms that hold more than 150 slot machines and it might be more. I Recommend playing the machines near the entrance to the food cafe area that have Money Mania on top of them because every 30min or less someone is randomly picked to win 100.00 or more instantly. I had some luck playing and won 72.00 and my profit was 52.00. But with this money I continued playing other 60 cents machines and lost. So the whole poiny of the slot machines is that you are gambling your money and in the end I ended up playing the Fu Nu dragon type machines near the bar and tv area and won 208.00 and stopped playing and cashed out tickets. If lines are long there are enough cashiers but not in all the rooms. This casino should have at least 1 to 2 ticket cash out machines just like other casinos I have been to in New Mexico. Well if you want to get away from home or after work you can have a beer or mixed drink and watch your favorite sport as there are plenty of tvs and also there are foods to choose from chicken wings , nachos , tacos, and seafood as well. Today was a Tuesday so there was alot of people but compared to Thursdays or Fridays because they have live bands then parking is hard and not too close to casino. Nobody is allowed to take pictures inside the casino where the gaming area is at as per the Tigua reservation council so I had to take pictures from outside and the parking lot I do not like because they keep changing it every year and appears to get smaller. My friends and I went today. Weve been coming here for the last couple of years and always had an amazing time. This time, not so much. All of the Excite games have been removed and replaced with Winter Sky games, ie, bany games. No more high roller games. Maybe they were paying out to well. And, we asked two cocktail waitresses for drinks. They were sullen and we never did get our drinks. Well, I guess it's back to Sunland Park for some serious casino time. Too bad.
